This was a nice clean apartment well equipped and the reception staff were really friendly and helpful. It was within walking distance to the city centre and Anfield.

Great kitchen and appliances needed. Nice bathroom. Good lounge and TV. Bedrooms were a good size. Lady on reception was helpful.

Very very noisy at the front as directly on a very busy main road. Could not leave windows open at night. Even when closed could still hear traffic. Back roon where their wasn't much noise was boiling hot. The front bedroom had no working plug sockets, the light did work tho. The sofa bed was uncomfortable , when laying yr head sank down so needed extra pillows.

Great location for an easy stroll into the city centre, apartment was nicely furnished and was clean. Staff at reception were super friendly and helpful with all enquiries.

I wish to raise a complaint regarding our recent stay at Picturehouse Apartments on Scotland Road, Liverpool, from 26 June to 27 June. Upon our arrival at approximately 5:00 pm, we were informed that there were no towels available in the apartment because they were still in the dryer. As check-in begins from 4:00 pm, we were disappointed that the apartment had not been fully prepared for our arrival. In addition, we experienced several issues with the apartment itself. The blinds in the main living area were misaligned, the “balcony” door would not close properly, the fans provided were of poor quality and ineffective, and therefore the apartment was uncomfortably hot throughout our stay. The bathroom also had a strong unpleasant odour. When checking out, we mentioned how excessively hot the apartment had been. The receptionist commented that the apartments become so hot that the cleaning staff are reluctant to enter them. This raised concerns that the extreme heat and lack of cleaning may have contributed to the unpleasant smell in the bathroom and may also explain why fresh towels were not ready before our arrival. We fully appreciate that the recent heatwave was beyond your control. However, it is difficult to understand how guests can be expected to stay in such conditions when even members of staff are reportedly reluctant to work in the apartments due to the extreme heat. At the very least, effective fans or other measures should have been provided to make the accommodation comfortable. Given the cost of the room, expecting guests to stay in these conditions without adequate cooling is simply unacceptable. In addition, the door to the front single room seemed to be badly swollen meaning that it would not close properly. The cost for one night at this apartment was £320.00 and I do not consider that we got value for our money. Overall, we were very disappointed with our experience.

Too hot no ventilation the windows are closed we could not open , not enough bathroom towels for the family to noise all night when the big cars and trucks go by

The property was extremely dirty, the bedding was dirty we had to get moved, the place looks unfinished and under construction all you can smell is dust, from the outside the place looks derelict, and very untidy it’s not kept well all, the photos of are under false pretentious

Allotjament que li dóna el sol tot el dia, com a conseqüència, la temperatura dins d'aquest és horrible, ja que no hi ha aire acondicionat, l'únic que hi ha és un ventilador per apartament. A més a més, les finestres quasi no es poden obrir. L'apartament està situat just al davant d'una carretera molt transitada, per la qual cosa, costa molt dormir-hi. Les parets estan brutes i amb insectes. La dutxa perd aigua i el lavabo queda inundat.

Easy check in, staff was really good, accommodation is clean.

No parking space, accommodation was really hot when we got in coz all the windows was closed, the weather is hot already and they should have open all windows before we checked in but they didn't. Blind in the tv room needs fixing coz no one wants their blind down the whole day with this hot weather.

The layout of the apartment was very good it had all mod cons spotlessly clean nice shower nice range of tv channels Comfy beds and comfy settee .nice size fridge .

As other reviews have pointed out sleep quality in front room wont be good traffic is going to keep a light sleeper awake for a long time .unfortunately no air con in the apartment so windows also have to be left open .but if you stay in back room you might get more sleep there .

Not much... only issue was having to press a buzzer to he let in the main building, but they had 24 hours staff so all good

The bin had not been emptied and was nearly full. One of the plates had black buts on it not sure what it was.

Location and flat size was good

The floor was quite dirty. The fridge temperature wasn't very good, even maxed out it wouldn't chill much. The shower plate wasn't draining properly and water pooled. Ps: An extra tiny fan was left in the room that quite frankly didn't do much.

La pulizia è da perfezionare. All’arrivo ci è stata chiesta una cauzione che ad oggi, a distanza di una settimana dalla partenza, non è stata rimborsata ancora.

My daughter and myself had a lovely nights stay. Easy to get into town via public transport or taxi.

Apartment was good, few issues with the room but that was solved quickly. The lady at reception was brilliant and very friendly.

We had a great stay in these apartments, plenty of shops near by. Also a huge B&M and Home Bargains at the back of them. Was only a short bus ride to Anfield syadium and taxis very cheap back into Liverpool one.. The staff couldn't do enough for us. Carol was so friendly and accommodating . Beds so comfy and the apartment was spotless clean and spacious.

it was very modern, spacious and not a long drive to the centre and the receptionist were lovely x

the floor was just abit dirty, i wore white socks and you could just see that the floor wasn’t cleaned

The apartment was unclean when I checked in with my daughter. It was smelling of cigarette smoke.We had to clean it by ourselves and had to use air freshner. The cooker was faulty. There was water cut off that we couldn't have our bath and had to check out to another hotel.it was just a waste of money.

Excellent location for Anfield and the centre. Great size apartment with rooms big enough for myself, partner and son.

Nothing to do with the apartment but the hottest May temperatures ever made it like a greenhouse inside.

Neat accommodation, big enough for a 3-5 day stay.

The front window blind string in the living room had been broken off, I assume it was the previous guests that did it. We had to roll the blind up with our fingers and it was slow and uncomfortable to do so! Please sort that out when possible.

Everything apartment location staff brilliant.

Its not a dislike its an observation white walka shows everything a lock of paint also some of interior door haven't been cut properly you can see variation in gap when doors are close. This wouldn't stop me from using your apartment again

Good location, not in the centre but there were things near by like Sainsbury's, macdonalds etc It was quiet as well

The only downfall is it could do with some curtains over the bedroom windows. It has a blind but doesn't keep the light out in the morning There were no main issues. The place was great

Pani w recepcji przyjmująca nas była bardzo uprzejma i rzeczowa. Wszystko dokładnie wytłumaczyła. Super, że jest toster, czajnik, piekarnik, mikrofalówka i płyta. Na krótki wypad do miasta ok.

Mieszkanie pozornie czyste. Nigdy nie chodzimy w butach po domu,mieszkaniu, hotelu. Nie zabraliśmy tym razem kapci. Nasze białe skarpety zostawiliśmy w koszu. Nie było sensu ich zabierać ze sobą tak mocno się zabrudziły. W kuchni brakowało podstawowych pacek, szpatułek których można by użyć przy smażeniu jajecznicy czy innych podstawowych posiłków. Okna wychodzące na Scotland road, bardzo ruchliwa ulica podczas tygodnia. Szum z drogi bardzo słychać w mieszkaniu do późnych godzin wieczornych i od wczesnych godzin porannych. Na krótki pobyt w miescie ok, z pewnością nie z małymi dziećmi. Było wiele obiektów w podobnej cenie i jedyne co przekonało nas do zabookowania to lokalizacja.
