Lovely comfortable rooms with fabulous staff in an ideal situation, ok it's above a pub, but that was no problem There are no lifts but the Lovely staff offered to take our cases upstairs The room was basic but comfortable Downstairs pub does nice food and entertainment on the weekend, there is also a comedy club in the basement The hotel is a few hundred yards from Albert dock and the same from the shopping centre

There was nothing not to like maybe the lack of a fridge and no walk in shower but that didn't bother us

Nothing to dislike. However if you’re looking for a quiet place to rest this may not be for you. We didn’t hear any noise in our room but we had been out ourselves during the day and night.

Check in / out staff could be a bit more chatty, at arrival they shouted from other end of bar for my name despite me standing where it said 'check-in' then gave us the key etc. Check out the lady just took the key and said thanks ! , not "how was your stay?" Etc. The rooms are NOT soundproof, we might aswell have been sat in the bar. Luckily it ended at 10:30pm and besides some drunk people getting back at 4am it was quiet. Broken bedside lamp was quite sharp if you don't notice it could have sat back on it due to bed placement. Plug socket for kettle had stopped working in the morning but plenty more in room. Towels weren't obvious but very nice . Numerous steep steps to rooms should be mentioned too. Despite this if was a nice stay and great location just a few little things that need sorting and noise/steps should be mentioned before booking.

Struttura centrale, a 10 minuti dalla stazione e dai Docks. La camera e bagno ampi e luminosi. Buona comunicazione e buon rapporto qualità/prezzo.

In bagno mancano dei ganci appendiabiti per poter appendere asciugamani e accappatoi.

Hacía muchísimo calor en la habitación, no hay aire acondicionado. El fin de semana hay muchísimo ruido

Loved the location and the space … how clean it was and the breakfast

No elevator so everyone really must be fully mobile … we were so this was not an issue for us (but we know we can not bring granny for instance).

Vwry hit with limited fan mitigation. Vwry noisey with tge windiws ioen at night. Breakfast was terrible. How can you mess up an English breakfast so badly in England...!??

Lovely big room and bed and exceptionally clean. Very reasonably priced.Also quiet and the staff were helpful and friendly.

Unfortunately one of the lifts wasn’t working so I had to carry my luggage down the stairs to check- out as the other lift was continually full. These things happen though and it was in the process of being fixed.

The place was very clean and tidy, it was very close to everywhere near by, the room was really big for 3 of us and the beds were so comfortable! All the staff were really friendly and helpful, would definitely recommend and would definitely stay there again!

Great location. 3 fans provided for the hot weather and they were very quiet which was great. Plenty of everything, tea and coffee, towels, soap, shampoo etc.

Could be noisy, due to the bottle bank nearby, if you have the window open. Have to check in via the pub, which was fine, but some pub staff were not very friendly or helpful (which is unusual for Liverpool!)

La ubicación del hotel era muy buena y la cama era cómoda.

Las toallas limpias tenían manchas, me parece poco higiénico dar a los clientes toallas con manchas, o las lavas bien y se las quitas o si no se quitan pues las reemplazas por nuevas. Y el ruido de madrugada es insoportable, pasan muchos camiones recogiendo vidrio y basura de la calle de atrás que hay muchos contenedores.

Top Lage! Super zentral, Partymeilen um die Ecke, aber trotzdem entspannt und nicht laut. Wer Freitags und Samstags hier ist, sollte Live Musik im Pub mögen, vor 24:00 ist dann in den Zimmern wohl nicht an schlafen zu denken. Gut, dass es morgends Frühstück gibt und abends noch wad zu trinken im Pub (oder an den Tischen davor an der Straße). Unser 3 Bett Zimmer (wir waren zu zweit) war schön und super sauber. Ohne Aircon, aber mit 2 Ventilatoren war es auch im Juli bei 30 Grad tagsüber dort gut auszuhalten. Betten und Dusche gut. Super nettes Personal (das Thekenpersonal kümmert sich auch um das Einchecken).

Era molto centrale e i letti erano molto comodi e i cuscini perfetti!

La porta e la serratura erano poco sicure. Ho viaggiato da sola e mi ha fatto molta paura dormire con quella porta. Inoltre in bagno la doccia era intasata e mancava la maniglia.

Limpeza deixa a desejar pois o dispensador de gel de banho tinha um cabelo, o dispensador das mãos no lavatório estava vazio e ainda o ralo do lavatório e da banheira estavam entupidos.

I cannot recommend this place enough, great staff (Tom especially) great central location, 50% off breakfast voucher in the room and plenty of fans which were a godsend in this heat. Brilliant hotel.

Location was excellent. Walking distance to the Docks, shops & lots of food options. Staff were great, rooms clean, spacious & well stocked. Traditional English breakfast in the pub was good value & a hearty start to the day.

It was noisy on Friday & Saturday nights, but there was fair warning & the hotel provides earplugs. Best option is to go downstairs & join in. It would be useful to have some shelving / bench space in the bathroom.

I left my phone charger in the hotel, even though I made contact on a few occasions. Nobody got back to me, to let me know if they could send the charger back to me. I would have been happy to pay for this service. A little disappointing.

A localização é muito boa!! Mesmo para aqueles que querem conhecer os estádios de futebol da cidade, este é um ótimo lugar! Conseguimos pegar ônibus praticamente na frente do hotel o que ajudava muito! Além disso, o tamanho do quarto e do banheiro são muito bons. O quarto fica em cima de um PUB, mas que meia noite encerra o expediente e não tem nenhum barulho.

No banheiro a gente toma a ducha dentro de uma banheira a qual não descia a água tão rápido fazendo com que juntasse um pouco de água. Mas isso não atrapalha nem um pouco a estádia.

Great central location and the room was great. Very spacious, with large beds and good facilities. It is above a bar, so if you want peace and quiet its not for tou. If you want a bit of craic, its a great place. We were looked after. No issues.

L'hotel si trova in una posizione strategica , in centro e a due passi da Albert Dock e Liverpool 1 bus station. Le camere si trovano al secondo piano di un antico stabile (senza ascensore) sopra il tipico pub "The Slaughter House" , dove si fa il check in e c'è la possibilità di lasciare le valigie in custodia se si arriva in anticipo (grazie!) La nostra camera era ampia, con l'affaccio interno , letto king size comodissimo, bagno essenziale con ampia doccia. Colazione inglese al pub a metà prezzo a chi risiede in hotel, quindi molto conveniente. Nelle sere che al pub suonano dal vivo, si sente la musica in camera, personalmente non mi ha disturbato ma invogliato a scendere! Se dovessi tornare a Liverpool alloggerei ancora qui, senza dubbio!

Manca una seconda sedia/poltrona e gli appendini nel bagno, la camera non viene rifatta ogni giorno ma per me non è stato un problema.

Really noisy with glasses being emptied into bins down the alley until about 3am- then the bin lorrries came at 7am to empty the bins. Our room was round the back so it probably was louder because of that.

Location is great and staff where friendly would stay again if its cheaper than other accommodation. Room was spacious and clean and beds where comfortable

No tv channels so had to watch YouTube, noise from the bar was loud in the room but stopped around 11 this was a Friday and after that was silent until the window cleaner woke us up at 7am on a Saturday morning

Our stay was lovely, from the minute we arrived the care and attention from all the staff was exceptional, we look forward to returning. The room was spacious, the bed very comfortable and the pillows were luxurious.

Big spacious rooms, comfortable beds, large towels, very clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful The rooms are over the slaughter House pub, great pub with live music. We stayed Friday and Saturday and were out til 12, we could hear the music but it didn't bother us. Hotel gave us ear plugs. Location is fantastic, great restaurants (San carlo and tiger Rock) around the corner Lovely pubs - baby temp'l- excellent barman Alex from Dublin. We were over for the grand national, got an Uber to the track, but James street train station is around the corner.
