Reviewed Aug 17, 2026went to buy the property as a solo traveller and had the price jump from £65 up to £137 after payment was taken out and had no help from either residence contact on booking.com or whatsapp! if i had known this i would not have bought and was provided with no refund options! on top of that, when you check in you need to give the concierge cash as a deposit but when i went to check out early (as planned), the concierge was asleep so i was not able to get my 50AUD back and he did not respond to my text messages - very bad service indeed!! no wifi service when in the bathroom and you can hear lots of noise from outside the room!

Reviewed Jun 8, 2026The accommodation is good and close to the metro.
I booked the accommodation with a supposed discounted price. (I only booked for that reason) Then I was charged an "accommodation fee" of 50 MYR per day. How can it be an "accommodation fee" if I already pay a daily rate? Clearly, the owner took advantage of Booking's passivity to include an abusive fee. You book thinking you're getting a discount, then you pay the same full price. And you only find out when you receive the credit card statement. The owner is being "clever" and profiting from this. I'm amazed that Booking lets this happen. BEWARE. Don't book with a promotion; know that you might have the same surprise I did.

Reviewed May 17, 2026The location was good, near the market.
The rate per room was high compared to the amenities given. and there was a foul smell all the time from the bathroom. No shampoo and no tissues .I checked in early due to my flight for which they chareged me extra 50 ringet. When i called them from the airport they were not helping for early chekin and said we dont have rooms and we follow the rules. but later they gave us an offer of we pay extra they would allow early check in. for so much money i think it was not worth it. i found a better room at much cheper price and better ameneies near by by the name "ARTE MONT KIARA"by COBNB, the room was fabulous and with a great view. and no smell. they had shampooo and soap available.

The whole property has a funny smell to it, all the cupboards, and the bathroom smell of mould. You also have no where to dry plates and bowls other than getting the side soaked after you have washed them up and no towel provided to dry up.
