Świetna lokalizacja, bardzo blisko Lion Rock. Hotel położony wśród zieleni z piękną roślinnością. Na powitanie dostaliśmy sok z mango. Basen do dyspozycji gości do godz 22. Śniadania smaczne. Przemiły właściciel, który pomaga zorganizować wiele atrakcji w okolicy i transport. Doradzał co zwiedzić oraz negocjował ceny w naszym imieniu. Gorąco polecam to miejsce. Czuliśmy się zaopiekowani oraz zrelaksowani.

A quiet area, nice pool

We were asked to pay before seeing the rooms and then shown to a substandard room. This room was not what we paid for, it was not clean and it had a steep, broken staircase up and down to the bathroom. We were moved to a better room the next day but still not the deluxe poolside we booked and were charged for.

De ligging was prima. Op zich een leuke accommodatie, maar onderhoud en schoonmaak is nodig. Ze bouwen nu ook een Hostel boven de eetzaal. Dat is denk ik ook het niveau wat je moet verwachten.

Kamer was vies met muizenpoep. Koelkast was stuk. Stroom viel uit. Oude zeep van vorige gasten lag nog in de douche. Een vervangende koelkast zat vol schimmel, die hebben we zelf maar schoongemaakt. Zwembad was niet goed schoon en veel scherpe randjes. Het ontbijt moet je smaak zijn, je hebt geen keus en vaak is het koud inclusief het gebakken ei. Personeel lijkt vriendelijk totdat je commentaar geeft, dan worden ze heel bot.

Le bruit du toit en tôle pendant la nuit à cause du vent et des singes (avec des boules quies ça passe) La piscine n’était pas hyper propre et comme dans les commentaires précédents malgré notre vigilance mon fils de 16ans ainsi que mon fils de 7 ans se sont ouverts les pieds à cause des carreaux cassés de la piscine.

Úžasní majitelé. Příjemné ubytování, pohodlný pokoj s venkovním posezením, skvělý bazén, velká snídaně i moc dobré jídlo k večeři. Zajistili pro nás tuk tuk i výlety a vše podle potřeby. Byli jsme velmi spokojeni. Prostor byl velký a krásný.

Das Personal war so lieb. Der Garten ein Traum. Die Lage toll und das Frühstück gut.

Das Badezimmer. Das Klo ist unten ausgelaufen weshalb der Boden nass war. Es waren Ameisen drinnen, Geckos und Frösche weil man das Fenster nicht schließen konnte. Im Pool waren einige Fliesen gesprungen und die Füße der Kinder deshalb aufgeschlitzt.

Er kon niets geregeld worden, dat moest je zelf maar uitzoeken in het dorp. Kamer was niet schoon, zeker de badkamer niet. Viezigheid aan muur en vies afvoerputje.

Great, spacious room for the family with top and lower level in the one room. Pool was good and location was central to amenities, restaurants and attractions.

The property is not at all maintained. It has no lights. It’s in middle of the jungle

Everything. The room door lock didn’t work. The property felt unsafe for women travellers. There was no restaurant. The pool was dirty. The room was extremely small. I didn’t get the room with pool view even though I booked it. They gave some random room. The staff was creepy and kept messaging and calling (even video called) on my number. He kept giving me creepy looks and messages throughout the stay. I felt extremely unsafe in the hotel.

Really nice place to stay. Central to the things we did. Very helpful staff. Great pool.

Avoid this place — tourist trap. They couldn’t find our reservation on arrival and we had to wait. The room wasn’t prepared; we even saw them bringing furniture from another room. The room was next to reception with zero soundproofing — extremely noisy and impossible to rest. Dirty walls, stained bed sheets, broken and filthy fridge, and the room looked uncleaned. The bathroom was disgusting, and the shower didn’t drain — dirty water came back up, meaning the second person had to stand in wastewater. The advertised 22 m² was much smaller in reality. We booked two nights but left after the first due to the terrible conditions. They still charged us an extra $22 on top of the high price, and we ended up paying $97 for a terrible room. Completely unacceptable for the price. Overpriced, dirty, and dishonest. Stay away.

Prima hotel

Velmi příjemný penzion. Bohužel jsme první noc spali v přízzemním pokoji, který byl cítit zatuchlinou. Pokoje v patře jsou v pořádku.

Good size room. Friendly staff. Nice pool to cool off in after a day sightseeing. Good breakfast. Good price. Arranged tuk tuk to take us to lion rock in the morning. Lots of monkeys about giving it real jungle feel.

Location was a bit far from main restaurants/bars for our liking but plenty of tuk tuks about to get back.

El personal súper atento para cumplir todas las necesidades que tuvimos, incluyen menú gluten free, coordinación de transporte, etc. El desayuno y la pileta impecable. Nos volveríamos a alojar.

Personel był bardzo sympatyczny. Chętni do pomocy, ciągle uśmiechnięci. Na powitanie otrzymaliśmy sok. Miejsce bardzo klimatyczne- pokoje z balkonami wśród palm.

C'est rustique mais plein de charme. La chambre au format cabane, avec un étage en mezzaine pour les enfants leur a beaucoup plu. La piscine est très agréable et l'environnement verdoyant en font un lieu parfait pour une étape de quelqies nuit à Sigiriya. Le rapport qualité / prix est excellent, le petit déjeuner copieux et le personnel très agréable. C'est un point de départ top pour silloner la région : rocher au lyon, parc naturel etc.

Rien ! Si vous ne souhaitez pas diner sur place, il y a des petits établissements accessibles à pieds et l'hotel lui-même dispose d'un tuk tuk pour vous emmener au centre du village.

Omgivelsene var helt fantastiske

Eine kleine Oase, in die man nach seinen Ausflügen gerne zurückkommt. Der Pool ist toll und sauber, und im Garten sieht man Streifenhörnchen, Mungos, Vögel und manchmal Affen. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt.

Im Badezimmer tropfte es von der Decke. Müsste mal repariert werden.

Er had wat meer aandacht aan de hygiëne besteed mogen worden. Ook was de aanbevolen gids niet Engelssprekend zoals beloofd.

De tuin en het aanzicht van de tuin en kamers. Super leuk aangekleed. En aapjes in de bomen.

Prachtig hotel met een restaurant en zwembad. De kamer was ook erg comfortabel met een ruime badkamer en de airco werkte top! Ook had je uitzicht op de Lion Rock vanaf de kamer. Ze hebben veel services die het hotel kan aanbieden. Ze hebben zelfs goedkoop een taxi voor ons geregeld, goedkoper dan PickMe.

Gute Lage, geräumiges Zimmer, Sonderwünsche möglich.

The manager and his wife were wonderful hosts...offering excellent suggestions for local activities. Arranging transport and booking tours. The resort is comfortable and relaxed.

The resort is a little tired but the people definitely make up for any shortfalls the facilities may have.

De kamers waren super en het bed lag heerlijk. We zagen zelfs wat aapjes vanaf het balkon. Locatie was goed, maar iets uit het dorp. Met onze eigen tuktuk was het prima, ook konden we goed parkeren.

Er was wat stroomuitval overdag en je merkt dat het hotel in de opstartende fase is. Een deel is namelijk nog in aanbouw (er werd overigens niet gewerkt).

Wij hadden een familiekamer op de benedenverdieping. Het personeel was heel vriendelijk. Ontvangst met een lekker sapje. Zwembad was fijn. Dit hotel heeft absoluut goede potentie, maar in onderhoud moet wel blijvend geïnvesteerd worden.

Wellicht dat er verschil tussen de kamers zit, als ik de beoordelingen lees. Onze kamer was verouderd en had onderhoud nodig. Deur kon alleen maar dicht als hij op slot was (onhandig met alle muggen en 4 mensen in een kamer). De badkamer rook naar riool. Het zwembad had scherpe tegels.

Spazi esterni molto belli, la camera è grande, accogliente, abbastanza pulita. Il proprietario, gentilissimo, parla bene italiano. Noi abbiamo fatto colazione a la carte, ottima. Come anche la cena, piatti super abbondanti e veramente buoni. L'hotel ha veramente un buon prezzo, un po' meno il ristorante, con prezzi sopra la media. Il centro è a 5 minuti di tuk tuk, ma non è che ci sia granché. Davanti all'hotel c'è molto poco

Siamo stati 2 notti e non sono state fatte pulizie, ma per così poco tempo non è un problema. La camera si vede che è stata rinnovata da poco, il bagno no e stona col resto della camera, ma è comunque funzionale

Zwembad, mooie kamer! Lekkere roti

Erg leuke duplex kamer met een trap. Voelt toch anders dan een standaard familiekamer. Aandacht voor detail. Fijn zwembad, mooie tuin, rustige plek. Locatie is ok, dichtbij diverse restaurants. Met de tuk tuk ben je zo in het drukkere ‘centrum’ van sigiriya en de Lions Rock.

Op de verdieping direct onder het dak kan het overdag warm worden, maar met de airco krijg je dit ‘s nachts wel koel. Overdag ben je er toch niet.

Śniadania średnie, w jednym z pokoi nieprzyjemny zapach, natomiast po zgłoszeniu na kolejną nic dostaliśmy inny pokój.

In general, this place is very paradise-like looking. Everything is located in the garden among palm trees and other greens. Monkeys are playing, you can hear birds and other animals. Beds, room are clean. Bathroom is a bit old and requires some more attention, but it is ok. The pool is clean and there is service during the day to order drink or food. Almost paradise :). The food in the restaurant is ok. Owner and people very nice.

First night we had received the room on the ground floor next to the pool. The room inside was a bit dark and smelled strange. At the beginning we did not notice that much , because we just got there, were tired and under the first impression of the whole place and THE Pool was right there. Door was opened. So, yes, we did not pay proper attention as we should to the details. However, when we got back from the dinner at night, we closed the door, because of the mosquitoes. The room felt dingy and there was black dirt in the refrigerator. Bathroom also did not feel clean. Additionally, there was a water seeping on one of the walls . Since we had few nights planned there, we have asked for the room change. It was late and they did not have any rooms available, so we had to stay in the room, but in the morning we have received new room on the first floor, which was ok. During the whole discussion the owner was very apologetic and supportive. We moved to the new room and new guest checked in to our previous room on the same date. We were out the whole day, so we haven’t seen any repairs done during the day, but since new guests occupied the room, we assume it was fixed. So, in general the first room was not good, but the owner took our claim seriously and solved our issue – which is good. The second room was ok.

Staff estremamente gentile, posizione top. Ha tutto quello che serve, senza essere esagerato. Camere pulite. Molto funzionale.

Bagno con odore un po' sgradevole. Cadevano truccioli di legno sui letti dal soppalco della stanza.

Personale gentile e sempre disponibile. Buona posizione e buona cucina.

Struttura un po’ lasciata andare. Bagno della camera un po’ trasandato e la piscina non curata. Unico posto che, senza avvisare o spiegarcelo, ci ha fatto un piccolo sovrapprezzo per aver pagato con la carta di credito al ristorante (mai successo in tutti gli altri posti dello Sri Lanka…). Glielo abbiamo dovuto chiedere noi perché i conti non tornavano rispetto al conto.
