Everything about our stay was great - the room was big enough, clean, the staff were great- very helpful from check in until check out. They left us two Aperols, chocolates and nuts as a compliment from the hotel on our first night. Also, there were many snacks and drinks that were on the house and available 24/7 in the kitchen area. The location was also good - within walking distance from all the famous locations. Overall a great experience, would stay there again if in Rome.

Tolles lage nähe villa borghese und piazza di Spagna. Sauber, freundliche Personal, als Raucher schätzen sehr die kleine terrasse wo ich rauchen konnte. Leider gab eine kleine Unfall während ich mich geduscht habe die Strom ist ausgefallen und ich stand da one was zu sehen mit dem angst rutsch Gefahr im einen fremden Umgebung, nach vielleicht 20 min. Ist jemand gekommen um das zu regeln. Kann das passieren. Ins gesamte von 1 bis 10 pkt... 8 ist meinen bewertung. Zum empfehlen trotzt dem Unfall

Friendly, helpful staff, convenient and safe location. We feel comfortable and enjoy the stay for one night and at the end of our 3 weeks trip in Italy. We were so tired but were welcome by the staff as they checked us in.

The bed could be a bit firm, but we slept well anyway because we were so tired. The room was small but we travel with a small carry on luggage each for 3 weeks.

The rooms were clean, large, comfortable, with AC. Plus, it was so modern and cozy! Breakfast was served all day, and it was good! Perfect for families. And: a parking lot just 1 minute away. Very central, so we parked the car and then walked .

Bellissima posizione, zona tra le più belle e tranquille di Roma. Un passo da Villa Borghese e da Via Veneto. Palazzo antico ed elegante, struttura ben tenuta, camera spaziosa e fornita di tutto. Personale gentile e professionale. Ottimo indirizzo davvero!

The Cleanliness of the room & the free snacks , tea & coffee offered for free of charge.

The noise from other guests in the early morning , as it is not a hotel as expected by me , it is more like a big flate with many rooms in the same floor , in addition to very thin walls , every morning I wake up from children noise & chair movement & a very strange sound most of the time from the bathroom ! In addition , I checked out early morning at 8,30 am on my ladt day & left my lauggages , so I gave my room key to the housekeeping as there was nobidy in the reception as they are employees came at 9 am toll & pm ! Buf there are entrance keys to enter the builfing , the housekeeping insisted to take them & I preferred to keep them wigh me tkll I come back on 11 am , at the end I let them with me , then I received a message to bring the keys till 12pm although I checked out before the check out time! The housekeeping lady didn’t understand enhlish , she thought I will come back on 2 pm ! In addition the location of this pinciana is overrated on booking as I have to walk on a very high ascent road , & escalate all the spanish steps to go to the hotel , so It was very exhausting.

La stanza, per quelle che erano le mie necessità (dormire una notte, essendo arrivato abbastanza tardi - le 22 - per recarmi il giorno successivo a un appuntamento di lavoro), andava benissimo. Ma se un cliente dovesse passarci qualche ora diurna forse avrebbe qualcosa da ridire. Di fatto, la stanza era illuminata solo da una piccola finestra (70x40 cm) che per di più si apre su un corridoio interno dell'edificio.

Early check-in was kindly facilitated, and the team contacted us days before our stay offering the option to send documents by email, which made the check-in process very quick and smooth. Jason from reception was exceptional and incredibly helpful — special thanks to him for all the assistance during our stay. The room was a very good size with the added bonus of two bathrooms. The AC worked well, which was much appreciated in the summer heat. The location near Villa Borghese was beautiful and convenient. Overall, a very comfortable and pleasant stay.

Ho soggiornato presso Opera Suites Rome purtroppo solo per una notte, ma è bastato davvero poco per capire di trovarmi in una struttura di altissimo livello sotto ogni punto di vista. La struttura è bellissima, curata nei dettagli, elegante e soprattutto capace di farti sentire immediatamente a casa. L’accoglienza è stata semplicemente straordinaria: sono venuti personalmente ad aspettarmi e mi hanno spiegato con grande gentilezza e professionalità tutto ciò che poteva servirmi per vivere al meglio il soggiorno. Un servizio davvero eccellente, con tantissime attenzioni per gli ospiti, compresa la disponibilità anche nelle ore notturne di snack, bevande e tanto altro. Sono quei dettagli che fanno la differenza e che dimostrano quanto ci sia passione e attenzione verso il cliente. Questa mattina, prima della partenza, all’accoglienza ho trovato una ragazza di una simpatia e cordialità rare. Mi ha dato il buongiorno con un sorriso autentico, facendomi sentire davvero il benvenuto. Le ho fatto personalmente i complimenti perché oggi è difficile trovare persone che trasmettano così tanta professionalità e umanità insieme. Inoltre la posizione è perfetta: in pochissimi minuti si raggiungono comodamente Via Veneto, Piazza Barberini e il centro di Roma, con tutti i servizi a portata di mano. Mi sono trovato talmente bene che chiederò sicuramente una convenzione per tornarci anche in futuro. Senza dubbio entrerà tra le mie strutture preferite a Roma. Complimenti sinceri a tutto lo staff per l’eccellente lavoro che svolgete ogni giorno!

The ease of check in and warm welcome at reception. The comfort of the bed and amenities in the room. The welcome drinks and snacks were a special touch. I appreciated the working area where we could hold our meetings. The central location to explore the historic sites. And a bonus were the snacks and great coffee on offer the entire day!

Dip in wi-fi in our room in particular, but it is manageable, and was disclosed to us upfront.

The internet didn’t work at all for us

This is a great place in Rome (great value for money). This is close to Villa Borghese and Via Veneto, 25 minutes walking from Termini train station. The rooms are wide, well equipped. The personnel is very kind. Continental reakfast isn't included by actually it is free of charge (that is you can have coffee, cookies, croissants, bread butter and jam for free).

El personal muy atento y amable. Todo muy limpio y nos dieron la oportunidad de desayunar en otro hotel concertado. El desayuno allí, si que es verdad que era pobre, lo que pasa es que nosotros íbamos con niños pequeños y nos costaba mucho desplazarnos 10 minutos andando solo para desayunar. La ubicación muy bien, muy cerca de Plaza de España y Fontana de Trevi.

Мы приехали ночью, нас встретил прекрасный гостеприимный мужчина, отнёс все вещи, все рассказал, показал, нарисовал подробную карту по Риму, мы были в первый раз и она нам очень помогла. По приезду нас ждал сюрприз с Aperol, орешками, конфетаими и букетиками мимозы, это было так мило. Место расположения отличное, все достопримечательности в пешей доступности. Рядом прекрасный огромный парк с попугаями, зоопарком... в отеле 24 часа в сутки доступен буфет с выпечкой и кофе, водой. С утра буфет пополняется молочным продуктами.

La suite avec 2 chambres et 2 salles de bain était très confortable. A l'arrivée, du spritz sur un plateau, des petits gâteaux à disposition, c'était très agréable. A noter : propreté, lits très confortables, chambres hyper calmes, machines à café et théière dans les chambres, fenêtres donnant sur un parc. Nous avons apprécié dans la journée pouvoir profiter d'eau, de petits gâteaux secs, et de micro onde dans la salle du petit déjeuner. Le quartier est calme mais à 10 mn à pied de plusieurs endroits : Trévi, place d'Espagne (métro), terrasse de Pincio dans la villa Borghese et plaza del Popolo. Petits restaurants très bien à 5 mn à pied. Les photos sur booking reflètent vraiment la réalité.

J'aurais apprécié plus de diversité au petit déjeuner et notamment quelques fruits, bananes, pommes, oranges etc... Il y avait des gâteaux emballés et des biscottes, j'aurais apprécié aussi un peu de pain frais. Néanmoins les biscuits secs faits maison proposés dans les bonbonnières sont très bons.

Umfangreicheres Frühstück (abgesehen von Cerealien, süßem Gebäck, Marmelade, Obst und Joghurt) nur im Partnerhotel (etwa 5-10 Min Fußweg) erhältlich. Am 3. Bett im Dreibettzimmer (Schlafsofa) fehlte eine Leselampe oder zumindest dezente Beleuchtung.

Bardziej pensjonat niż hotel, cudowna obsługa, duże pokoje, czysto, bardzo smaczne śniadania. Personel uśmiechnięty i pomocny. Lokalizacja doskonała, szczerze polecam :)

Lokalizacja, obsługa , tarasik , kawa, herbata, woda, słodkości i owoce dostępne całą dobę ❤️ Dostaliśmy świetne dwa pokoje ze wspólnym korytarzykiem i wyjściem bezpośrednio do jadalni, a obok wyjście na mały tarasik. Dla naszej 4 było to świetne rozwiązanie ❤️ Aperol na powitanie i wypełniony barek , woda , soki, piwo było miłym zaskoczeniem . Dziękujemy za świetny pobyt !

Die Lage ist sehr central. Frühstück war für den Preis super! Das Zimmer war sehr gut ausgestattet, Tee, kaffee Duschbad usw.es war alles da.

The Location was very convenient also staff behaviour was impressive.

From early in the morning, there was a lot of noise coming from staff movement, which was quite loud. Unfortunately, the room was not well soundproofed, so the noise was easily noticeable. Another point is that the building felt very quiet, to the extent that it was difficult to tell whether other guests were staying there or not. As this was a new place for me, this quietness made me feel a bit uncomfortable and uneasy.

Very good breakfast, very cozy place, convenient location. Hint: Available coffee and snacks free all day!

Magnifique établissement, merveilleusement entretenu, des attentions à tous moments. Je recommande vraiment, très bien placé, dans un endroit très calme et agréable et pourtant à 3 minutes de la place d’Espagne. Une propreté d’un niveau très élevé et un personnel toujours disponible et très accueillant.

מיקום מצויין, מספר דקות הליכה מהמדרגות הספרדיות. החדרים מצויינים, ארוחת בוקר קטנה אך מספקת, הצוות אדיב ונענה לבקשות, אפילו הכינו לנו שקיות ארוחת בוקר ביום היציאה מכיוון שיצאנו מוקדם.

הדרך למלון היא עליה, קצרה יחסית ולא קשוחה אך צריך לקחת בחשבון. החיסרון היחיד זה המיטה שלא היתה נוחה.

Το κατάλυμα βρίσκεται όμορφη και ήσυχη περιοχή απέναντι από τη βίλα Μποργκέζε. Είχε άνετο κρεβάτι και επαρκή θέρμανση. Το προσωπικό ήταν πολύ ευγενικό και εξυπηρετικό. Όμως θα πρέπει να ληφθούν υπόψη τα εξής: 1. Από τη στάση του μετρό ή του λεωφορείου έχει ανηφορικό περπάτημα περίπου 7 - 10 λεπτών. 2. Θα πρέπει να ανέβετε κάμποσα σκαλιά μέχρι να φτάσετε στο παλαιού τύπου σιδερένιο ασανσέρ. Αυτό θα πρέπει να ληφθεί υπόψη από άτομα που έχουν θέματα κινητικότητας είτε δυσκολίας στο να σηκώνουν τις βαλίτσες (προβλήματα μέσης ή αυχένα). 3. Η θέα που είχαμε από το δωμάτιο ήταν ο ακάλυπτος χώρος της πολυκατοικίας
