Comfort Suites Regina

It was quiet, rooms were clean and great staff.

Very difficult to figure out the tv

Clean and modern

Breakfast bar was too small and overcrowded

Friendly staff, and convenient to allow for pets

The pillows were tiny, flat, and uncomfortable. Zero support.

Continental breakfast was a larger variety than anticipated. They were very accommodating regarding our early check in and the hotel was extremely clean. Kids loved the pool!

Clean, spacious room. Good breakfast , good location .

Nothing really could use better shower head and flavoured creamer for coffee.

The pool and hot tub, the breakfast was great

A little out of the way.

Rooms are spacious. Hot breakfast included with room rate.

Stained and dirty carpets, lobby furniture. No real place to walk around the hotel.

The swimming pool for the kids

Some plugs were not working

We really enjoyed the water park! The rooms were very clean and quite large!

The front desk staff was friendly, but quite new maybe, as they couldn’t understand how to charge the room to a different card that held the reservation. The location is a little out of the way, but I think that inconvenience was reflected in the reasonable room rate.

One of the most comfortable beds I’ve slept in!

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. It felt comfortable, cozy, and very family-friendly. The king-size bed was especially amazing — super comfortable, and we slept really well! 😊

The only things I would suggest improving are the pool, as the chlorine felt a little too strong for me, and the room had a slightly dusty smell. It would have been nice if the room felt a bit fresher. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and really enjoyed the warm, family-friendly atmosphere.

Amazing pool, great room!

Staff was great at welcoming then not so helpful when we requested support.

Close to where our function was

The noise. I’m used to kids and regular noise however a dog barking all night I am not used to.

The facility and the staff

TV didn't work

It was clean and nice swimming pool for the kids especially the sprinkler.

Just the tub it's kind of clog.

Clean room good water pressure.

Walls a little too thin but the morning is busy.

no

none

The pool was fun for the kids. We received a cute little toy for our dog. The staff were very nice and friendly

The toilet paper was super thin.

Clean … staff was welcoming

Nothing

Breakfast, stuffs, water park.

Nothing

It was a nice pool and breakfast area, the room was large!

The room had an off smell to it.

Very clean and spacious room. Everything was imcluded in the room. We loved our stay.

The pool water was soooo cold with a strong chlorine smell that cause tears in our eyes even before entering the pool. Breakfast was yummy but could have more variety. It had 3 warm options only, egg, chicken popcorn and waffle.

Was a very good hotel the room was great very big lots of room for my family. Swimming pool was awesome my son said.

Nice and clean

Breakfast had a limited selection

Front desk extremely helpful Great breakfast

Pool was shut down most of the stay

I like it! We enjoyed the pool with my family.. and the room was so clean and secure..

Quiet

Waiting on front desk to give keys to room and having to wait 10 mins for an escort to the room which was a first to be shown to our room.

Convenient and clean.

Pool was extremely loud

Its was clean

Price is a bit, but if your stat there for several times they should give you discount

Having a water bottle fill station and laundry was so welcome. 3 beds (including sofa bed) allowed our family of 4 to rest. Washroom was a food size for a family. Staff were friendly and prompt. A window that opened was awesome to get the evening breeze.

More choice of fresh fruit at breakfast would be welcome.

The room and bed

Nothing

The location was easy to find. Close to stores for shopping and food. My kids enjoyed the pool and slide.

Very comfortable

Nothing

We loved everything from their breakfast, room sizes and excellent location. We were close to many recreational facilities and shops.

Nothing comes to mind.

The location was perfect. The training I was enrolled in was just a few minutes away. The breakfast was great. I could grab a quick bite before heading off for the day.

Overall it was pretty good so not much I would change.

Beautiful property with friendly staff.

4 jours en famille. Voyage professionnel si je puis dire. Hôtel au top. Chambre nickel. Refermant frénétiquement l'ascenseur quand on arrive. A refaire. Je conseille.

Certains clients.

Close to highway, waterpark, awesome free breakfast

Hide-a-bed was broken. Would not open.( informed staff upon checkout)

No complaints

No complaints

Rooms large & comfortable.

Pool not open late enough.

Good

Nothing to mention

The tv didn’t always work properly and the shower didn’t have enough water pressure

Room space

Nothing

Clean

The pool was closed and it was the only reason I booked there as they had a toddler pool.

Location, cleanliness, and kindness of staff.

There were people, I think kids, that were loud and running around d all night.

It was close to my event.

Very clean and the kids enjoyed the pool!

The pool room has a very strong chlorine smell. Burns the eyes!

Friendly clean easy parking

Poor breakfast

The rooms were clean, and the staff were also good.

The Breakfast, not so many options. We couldn't eat.

Service

It was a very clean, comfortable, family oriented hotel

The fact that my floor was full of parents partying, being obnoxiously loud in the rooms and yelling in the hallways, letting the doors slam shut all throughout the night. Front desk was notified twice, told the parents who reported them and then the parents proceeded to talk extremely loud outside my door, purposely keeping my young (4 and 2 year old) awake. This lasted till 3:30am. The parents were aware of my young children as I confronted them at 1am outside my door. Hotel has done nor did absolutely nothing about it. The solution was to move the hockey families from partying in one room to party in another room further down the hallway. Absolutely disgusting behaviors from both the adult parents and hotel staff!

I enjoy the area the hotel is in. The price is great. Only part is the hotel is very busy.

Lack of monitoring in the pool area, hotel was very busy.

There was a sofa to be comfortable while watching tv instead of from the beds

Breakfast is pretty boring

Excellent location. Most comfortable beds. Great pool to exercise in after a long days drive.

Could stay longer say till 10:30 am

Breakfast was good. Lots of options and although it was quite busy a couple of the days we were there, things were re-stocked as needed. The pool temperature was pleasantly warm.

The pool area was very busy on the days that were there and so it made it very loud. We were hoping to swim more than we did, but not really the hotel's fault, just a function of when we visited I guess. The location of the hotel is a bit out-of-the way as it's on the north end of Regina.

Super clean, very accommodating staff, amazing breakfast.

Sad to have confirmation of the pool and hottub being in working condition and operational only to arrive and find the hot tub drained. No warning and no one told us at check in. Hotel was specifically selected for a work trip to accommodate our children. Beds are small, pool towels are extremely small. Housekeeping should refrain from vacuuming at 7 am.

Affordability

Room had damage when we arrived. Breakfast had food items missing/empty from lineup.

Break fast very good, the sausage take good.

The pool and the breakfast and comfy beds

Coffee station. Rooms were exceptional. Good breakfast. Pool. Awesome place

All goos
