Не понравилось, что в общем номере для гостей иногда находился сын хозяев жилья. Это на мой взгляд не приемлемо. Это уже посторонний по отношению к гостям. Это всё равно, что дать байк в аренду и самому продолжать на нем ездить время от времени)

Emplacement idéal, dans une petite rue calme.

Les deux Français bruyants qui sont arrivés saouls dans la chambre au milieu de la nuit, qui se sont comportés comme si ils étaient seuls (ouech frérot je transpire comme un porc, je cite), qui ont commencé à regarder des vidéos sur leurs téléphones avec le son allumé bien entendu, et à qui j’ai été obligé de faire comprendre (...) qu’ils n’étaient pas seuls dans la chambre. La politesse et le respect, certains ne connaissent malheureusement pas. Bien entendu, les gérants de l' hotel n' y sont pour rien et ne peuvent pas être derrière chaque client. Mais sinon par rapport au lieu et au personnel, rien à dire à part du bon. Très sympas, chaleureux et accueillants.

beds were comfortable, plus there was AC in the hot summer months. Easy to store big suitcase downstairs and have necessities upstairs. they balcony attached to the room was a lovely addition at night time.

- The first thing isn't huge but it would be nice to have comfortable chairs on the balcony at night time. Even small garden chairs. - The shower in the room was a bit weird with the curtain, you can hear people watching themselves quite vigorously and making noises (at least when I was there) which made me feel uncomfortable as I have sensitive ears. - Lastly and most importantly, the washing service is bad. 35Dong and they didn't use laundry detergent. most of my clothes came back smelling not fresh at all. the worst one was the top I on top of the bag...it hadn't been washed at all! it still smelt as sweaty as it went in. So I should not recommend using their service they get from elsewhere. With that said, these are all small things and won't hinder your stay. it's a good accommodation.

The 2 egg /and toast with coffee breakfast , the great staff service and help , even got dropped off and returned from supermarket will groceries .

The little pesky dog barking every morning and evening at passersby coming in through 2 nd floor balcony as if just outside AND construction work adjacent noise from swallows fart !

Douche dans la chambre seulement séparé par un rideau, ni mur, ni porte. Difficile de se laver si l'on rentre après 22h.

La relación calidad precio está correcta. El lugar es limpio y cómodo. La ubicación está buena, cerca del old town y de la playa. Se tienen bicicletas que se pueden usar para pasear.

Si buscan piscina este no es el lugar. La piscina está prácticamente adentro del comedor/cocina. No es para nada práctica para usar.

I rarely leave reviews, they really have to impress me positively or negatively but frankly this place is absolutely thrilling, the dorm rooms are very spacious, very bright, with a balcony and full curtains for complete privacy, beds are very comfortable too with high mattress and is extremely clean, the bathrooms too, the location is excellent because is halfway between old town where can get too touristy and noisy but you can walk or even better rent a bicycle in the guesthouse to go there whenever you feel, and the beach also easily reachable by bicycle. The value for money in my opinion is exceptional as the general cleanliness and kindness of the staff and the owner, I absolutely recommend it!!

Ich hatte einen kurzen, aber sehr tollen Aufenthalt. Die Besitzer sind sehr lieb und zuvorkommend. Das Zimmer war sehr schön und sehr sauber! Ich kann die Unterkunft nur wärmstens empfehlen und würde definitiv wieder kommen. Danke!

Female dorm is clean and comfy, there’s kitchen for use. A little bit walk to old town.

Дом находится в старой части прямо у рисовых полей.Легко добраться на автобусе из Дананга, остановка в трех минутах и маршрут Дананг-Хойан проходит прямо там. Ночной рынок, остров с парком, японский мост и пр. все находится рядом. Лендлорд очень отзывчивая и пошла на встречу когда у меня возникло затруднительное положение, я безмерно благодарна ей. В доме есть кухня где можно готовить еду, бассейн и можно взять велосипед в аренду.

The location was very good, it was a short grab away from the beach and a lovely cafe called ‘Rice Paddy cafe’ which had lovely brunch options. It was 15 minute walk into the town centre which was also super convenient. The staff were very nice and allowed us to leave our luggage in the lobby before and after check in and check out.

The shower in the middle of the room can at times be a bit awkward. I originally was in the mixed dorm but then moved to the female dorm where I felt more comfortable. The lady was very helpful and nice and allowed me to move

It was very calm place. Only 5 beds with curtains in female dormitory. Separate shower and toilet in the room. It was clean and never lack of toilet paper😊The contact with the owner through WhatsApp was easy and they do their best to meet your needs. There is possibility to rent motorbike or book transportation to another city at the reception. One of the best accommodation that I had in Vietnam.

I felt very safe and comfortable as a solo female traveler. Staff was very nice and attentive.

The female dorm was nice and clean. I enjoyed the comfort of the bed, the colors in the room, the clean toilet and shower, and the sliding door which allowed fresh ventilation to circulate in the room. There’s AC also available.

Es uno de los mejores hostales en los que me he quedado en Vietnam! Eata muy bien ubicado, siempre esta limpio, los dueños estan pendientes si necesitas algo, debido a que me emferme extendi mi estadia y ellos me ayudaron en todo, me hicieron sentir como en casa.

Absolutamente todo. Aunque se encuentra algo apartado del centro de la "Old Town", una pequeña caminata te lleva allí. Tanto la limpieza, las instalaciones, la atención del personal como la relación calidad/precio tienen un nivel muy alto.

Por poner una pega, la ducha de mi habitación disponía de una cortina para mantener la privacidad; no obstante, para entrar en la ducha tenías que forzar dicha cortina con riesgo alto de romperla. Sugiero eliminar la cortina y oscurecer los cristales.

stayed one night in there, and it’s not a party house. very quiet and tidy. bed is cozy and everything close, and the rice paddies just nearby.

La piscine n'est pas accessible pour les clients pourtant bien indiqué quil y a une piscine sur Booking. Ce qui m'a fait choisir cette guesthouse et mettre plus cher pour pouvoir profiter de la piscine justement

This was one of my best stays in Vietnam. The owner makes everything so comfortable for you, either it's booking day tours, buses or bike rental, Everything was super smooth. This place is like your home, it has a kitchen, the vibe is just amazing. Vi is the bestest ever host! Trust her with all her recommendations, she will sort everything for you. I booked a day tour to Bana Hills, E Bike and my bus to HCMC...and everything was just top notch!!! If you are thinking of booking, don't even think twice, I can guarantee you will love it! Thank you Vi for providing me with the best time in Hoi An.

Ich kann dieses Homestay wärmstens empfehlen. Die Familie ist super nett und macht es einem sehr einfach, sich willkommen zu fühlen. Die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig und in wenigen Gehminuten ist man bereits bei den Reisfeldern. Die Zimmer werde täglich gereinigt und da die Familie selbst dort wohnt, ist es überall stets sauber. Fahrräder, Motorroller, Wäschedienst oder auch Tagestouren könne zu sehr fairen Preisen bequem über die Familie gebucht werden. Zur Altstadt braucht man zu Fuß ca. 30 Minuten und zum nächstgelegensten Strand (Cửa Đại Beach) ca. 45 Minuten. Fußläufig befinden sich in der Umgebung auch zahlreiche Restaurants, Cafés, ein keiner Markt sowie Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Übrigens darf man auch die Küche mit nutzen und Lebensmittel im Kühlschrank verstauen.

Muy tranquilo, se sentía como estar en casa! Está lejos de old town si vas a pie (40 minutos caminando) pero puedes arrendar una bici en el mismo alojamiento.

La struttura era pulita e in ottima posizione, perfetta per visitare la zona. I proprietari sono stati eccezionali, sempre disponibili, gentili e pronti ad aiutarmi anche con la prenotazione delle attività. È stato bello anche scambiare due chiacchiere con loro, persone davvero simpatiche e accoglienti. Consigliatissimo!

Nice homestay with very nice and lovely owners. It was clean.

Nothing we disliked, just a note so you know what you’re booking and you’re happy: The showers are inside the dorm seperated with a glass cabin and hidden with a curtain. For us it was no problem, for some people might be uncomfortable, check the pictures, its ok tho. Its a bit outside so you need a scooter or take a grab when u wanna go to the center.

The woman who runs the place makes you feel instantly at home, She was so sweet and helpful! The place is very clean and outside the main centre which makes it really calm, there was air conditioning too. The beds are nice and there is a big table to put your things on. There is also a small locker.

the shower is in the middle of the room so if someone comes late or you want to shower you will bother the others but it's such a small detail compared to how nice the place is.

I had a pleasant and relaxing stay in this homestay nestled outside the busy streets of Hoi An ancient town.

Absolutely fantastic homestay, the most friendly place I have stayed at in Asia. The family are lovely and will help you out with anything you need and make a point of telling you that you are family while you are there. I cannot recommend this place enough!

It is the best stay I have ever had and that's because of the owners. Jonathan and his wife made me feel welcome and are so friendly and sweet. It is a homestay and it feels like living like a family there. Beds are comfy with all amenities. Also, the location is great. I would want to stay there again.

The room was very clean, the hosting family is very welcoming and kind! Rent a bike for a small sum to get anywhere very easily! I had a very nice and peaceful time for a very low price.

Lovely recently built house with a proper homely feel. Hosts Nga and Jonathan were very helpful and friendly. It was a pleasure talking to them both each day and meeting some of their extended family, and sons. Comfy beds and a great shower. Hot and cold water available morning and night.. Would stay again without hesitation.

The rooms are split male and female. The beds are comfortable, room has A/C, shower has great temp and pressure. The owners and their children are just delightful and so friendly. The location is next to the rice fields about 1 mile from town and about 3 miles from the beach. You can rent a bike from the home stay for 35 doung which was perfect. The home stay is in a village a few blocks behind a main street with lots of restaurants if you prefer to stay local.
