The location was ideal and the staff very friendly and helped as much as they could.

The room was very dated and dirty. The last occupants empty shampoo bottles were still on the floor in the bathroom, the bath was grimy where it had just been dry wiped. The carpets were filthy and there was dust everywhere. Half the sockets didn’t work in the room and the tv on the wall was pointless as you couldn’t even watch it from the bed due to the angle of it. Also false advertising of spa baths.

I’ll be honest — I was a little apprehensive when I first arrived! The entrance is basically an escalator door in a lobby, which initially reminded me of going up into a multi-storey car park! But once you reach reception on the first floor, everything changes. The receptionist was friendly, engaging and helpful. Check-in was quick and efficient, and he explained everything I needed to know. My first room was very hot because the air conditioning wasn’t working. I went back to reception, and the receptionist couldn’t have dealt with it better. He went up to check it himself and immediately arranged to move me to another room. No fuss, no excuses — just excellent customer service. The room was spotlessly clean, with lovely fresh bed linen, and I genuinely couldn’t fault the cleanliness. I was also a little apprehensive about the mattress. When I first sat on the bed, it felt really thin and I thought, ‘I’m going to struggle here tonight!’ But hey ho — it turned out to be surprisingly comfortable. In fact, it was every bit as comfortable as the really thick, plush mattresses you find in some of the other hotel chains. And one thing that really surprised me was how quiet the room was. Considering the hotel is right in the city centre, I heard very little noise from outside, and also from neighbouring rooms. I’m a light sleeper, but I slept really well! Yes, the room was compact, but this is a budget hotel, and the size is reflected in the price. I thought what I paid was very reasonable, especially for such a central location. It’s also only about a ten-minute brisk walk from Liverpool Lime Street station, and there are coffee shops, cafés and convenience stores virtually on the doorstep. There are no tea- or coffee-making facilities in the rooms, but that really isn’t a deal-breaker for me. With so many places nearby, you’re never far from a decent cup of coffee, cold drink or bite to eat! Overall, I was very happy with my stay.

Es gibt dort kein Frühstück. Personal sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich.

Die Sauberkeit des Zimmers war nicht ok. Es gab auch auf Nachfrage bei der Rezeption keine Toilettenbürste. Zimmer war so klein, dass kein Kleiderschrank vorhanden war.

No window in room although the picture on booking showed two. I only saw the words windowless room after I had completed payment when it was unchangeable. I was in a rush and relied on the picture. Room was good apart from that. Only two clothes hangers and no drawers to put things in.

The room had no wardrobe no shelves no table and chairs in fact only one foot all round separated the bed from the walls .there was no window which was lucky I could put my clothes and things on the window sill. There was no towel rails all in all very difficult to live with all these draw backs

No kettle, no cups or glasses, the toilet stopped flushing, (it was sorted within a few hours, but not the point)the cleaner opened our door while we were in bed, without knocking, the spoke quite loud and could be heard from the room, bed was not comfortable and the TV was at an awkward angle and I had to sit on the floor to eat take away food because no chair or dresser to eat from. There were windows, but could not be opened, your literally paying for en-suite room, a bed and a TV, But your clothes and other bits will be on the floor, stayed for 3 days, but I was glad to be leaving it.

Very clean and nice hotel, well located, close to the train station and to the main street.

As it is basically in the main street, which is full of bars and restaurants, what i didn’t like was the fact of other people staying in the hotel were very loud and disrespectful, the staff should advise guests to keep good manners. I woke up at 2am and 4am with groups of people chatting loudly in the corridor as they were still in a bar. As the rooms are small, the bedroom is close to the door, which makes you hear everything that is going on the corridors. I didn’t hear any loud noises coming from the street.

The beds were rock hard and only 1 pillow to each bed. The bathroom in right in the room so whenever another guest used their tap you could hear it like it was in my eoom and also the drains stunk and when you bed is next to it its hard to sleep. The floor hadnt been mopped and the music blasting from a near bar you could not sleep

Well I’m not complaining really because I kind of knew what to expect. I was in a windowless room and there was no space whatsoever. 8” down one side and maybe a 1ft at the bottom of the bed. Rest take. Up by the Toilet/shower area, whicj was clean and functional as was the entire room really.

No receptionist when we got there. No room to move in the room bed took up the space and got flee bitten

The hotel is in a great location, with bars, restaurants, and a Sainsbury's right outside, and L1 is only a little walk away. The rooms were clean, and the staff were great. The rooms have AC, which is great in this heat. We booked this last minute so our rooms didn't have windows, but as a place to rest your head this is great - especially for the price.

The beds are a little hard, and the rooms are small - but this wasn't an issue for us and I would definitely stay again.

Ausstattung: Es gibt nichts im Raum, kein Föhn, kein Mülleimer (nur ein kleiner fürs Bad). Gegenüber vom Hotel war ein Nachtclub, es war bis spät sehr laut. (Ich hatte nach einem ruhigen Zimmer gefragt) Zimmer wurde zwischendurch nicht gereinigt. Nicht schlimm, aber bei so einem kleinen Mülleimer, hätte man wenigstens den Beutel wechseln können.

The price, gutted that we paid £145 (1 night)for this only to check for August and it was £78. (1 night)Shame Easyhotel has to join the rat race on this one.

Location was convenient to get to from the railway station and the stadium . The room was quiet throughout the weekend and comfortable during the heatwave

Given the price I paid, the room was smaller than expected and the door of the shower cubicle was broken and unable to close properly. The sound from the lift was distracting and disturbed my sleep The bed was quite hard and uncomfortable

Decent price, clean room, reasonably comfy bed (quite firm though), good soundproofing from outside noise and other rooms, great location.

These aren't really "dislikes", just a heads up of what to expect. It is a budget hotel, with no bar/lobby/restaurant. There is no parking (plenty options available nearby but they're not cheap). If you're on a motorbike, park on castle hill round the corner. Five minutes walk, free on street parking,but double lock your bike and put a cover on it. The bathroom wall/door is frosted glass so very limited "privacy". There is nowhere to put bags, my room had a window alcove but there's no dedicated space as such. If you have lots of bags, you'll be tripping over them. The room is very small, bathroom smaller. Fine for one person or two if they get along REALLY well. There were two coat hangers bolted to the wall. You can't move them so you can only hang two things unless you double up on a hanger. There are plenty of food options nearby, including breakfast places. You get what you pay for right?

Stayed previously so k we exactly what to expect. Decent location, basic rooms but last time was fine. This time not so

The air conditioning in the room did not work, it was 30 degrees in there. Felt like a sauna. The staff knew this but kept telling us to push this button and that. Eventually the reception person came to the room. Acknowledged it was broke and offered us a fan. Said we could not change room as hotel 100% booked. Offered to move us following day as long as we checked out then checked back in. No customer focus whatsoever. Staff are young, inexperienced and other than apologies could offer little. This is an EasyJet issue and experienced similar this year with a flight. I won’t be using this brand in the future.

Okropnie ciasno, klimatyzacja wyłączająca się co godzina (w upalny dzień to było irytujące). Dostaliśmy dwa ręczniki kąpielowe, żadnego ręcznika do twarzy czy też dywanika na podłogę. Podłoga była strasznie brudna,okna były brudne. Okropnie śmierdziało z odplywu kiedy używało się zlewu. „Najlepsza” była obsługa, która jeździła windą z jakimiś rzeczami góra dół i kazała gościom czekać, aż oni skończą by mogli wjechać na swoje piętro.

Cleanliness, room and floors especially looked like they hadn’t had a good clean. Bed was so uncomfortable and totally dipped in the middle (I’m sure it was broken).
