Staff is super friendly, they make the most effort to make you feel comfortable and enjoy your stay. I do totally recommend. Worth every moment spent there.. and the FOOD! 100/10. We complimented the chefs on the daily.

Cradle Boutique Hotel, you owe us nothing! What an amazing stay. Even as one of many guests, the experience felt completely personalized and exclusive to us. I cannot recommend this place enough.

The villas beautiful. Surroundings peaceful. Felt privileged to be a South African and can access this any day.

The suites were too close to each other. And we struggled a lot open our door. It slides, but it’s not clearly indicated. I loved everything else.

Great place to visit and unwind. Very beautiful facility. The greatest compliment goes to the chef. They have a a good enough variety in their menu, and whatever you choose to order, it come out exceptional. It is a good place to visit for longer stay because you can try a different dish everyday without being disappointed.

My only dislike is visiting in a cold week. Moving between the restaurant and the chalet during cold weather is not nice. They offer cart service to transport you, and you can order everything a part of room service.

The property was very beautiful and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room was perfect and the whole place was so quiet and peaceful. The food and view from the restaurant was also amazing.

The location is pretty far ordering in and navigation was a bit tricky.

The place is huge but despite that you don’t have to walk from one place to the other if you can’t. They have golf carts for that. Plus, it was my birthday, had gone there with my wife and we got free rose petals and a birthday note on our bed.

We booked for two but only had one shower cap and towels for one in the room. The room also didn’t come with sleepers but we got warm gowns. We called the reception for more towels though and they delivered.

Great hospitality, fantastic food and overall the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful.

Bianca our game drive guide was an absolute gem! She made the experience so beautiful for us. Informative and funny. Hotel Staff were proactive, professional and very helpful.

Restuarant staff were excellent but the kitchen seemed to be slow. We waited long for food. Some offerings on the are a bit pricy and didn't meet expectations.

From the welcoming at the main gate, to arrival at the parking, to the transfer on the golf cart with Samolon our stay was just what our souls needed! They take a lot of care in the small details - welcome drinks, goodbye treats etc.

We had a wonderful stay. It's hard to believe it's only 30 minutes from Johannesburg. The setting is beautiful, the accommodation was great, the staff very friendly (especially Solomon who looked after us), the food delicious. The boma dinner was really special. We really enjoyed our stay.

Only that they didn’t replace my birthday cake after the ants covered it up it wasn’t my fault and they just cleaned it up and took my cake that I paid for and never got to eat.

Loved my stay. It was my sister’s birthday and they welcomed us so nicely and added a little birthday card for her. She felt really special. The room was amazing and the views were beautiful. The hot tub was the main attraction and was so nice and soothing. The staff went out of their way to make us feel at home and comfortable. The breakfast was also nice and filling. Overall we had a great experience.

The game drive, was a bit long and not that interesting.

It’s a really beautiful, quiet and calm environment. The place is clean, rooms are quite spacious and the staff is really friendly and welcoming. Would 100% recommend the spa and outdoor activities but the game drive does not have the big 5 (it’s understandable though). The food from the Cradle Restaurant is absolutely amazing.

The breakfast option is not a buffet, you have to order from the menu and pay extra for some drinks (speciality coffee, bottled water and hot chocolate etc).

Dinner was superb, and the cake of the day. Guided tour was fun and educational.

Main room and mat were dirty with visible dusty footprints. Bath tub had dark footprints and and dirty marks.

The property is gorgeous better the the pictures. The face that we could get a golf cart in a split second !!! This was amazing and those gentlemen were very professional and respectful. Loved having an iron and ironing board in the room ♥️🙌🏽 The food is top tier!!! Spa Ladies!!!! MBALI!!! made sure I am aware of other facilities and never sort of information.

Lady at the Restaurant 😳 Nompumelelo was just rude. She couldn’t explain a simple camera policy politely, I had to ask Amanda and verify with Mbali. I carry my small camera everywhere I go and I wanted to take pictures of my husband as it was his birthday. I think her colleagues spoke to her but and she later realised and adjusted her sticking attitude. The executive suite I booked was freezing cold I had to take the extra blanket and closed the gap from the powered room door. Gauteng is generally cold but at some point it felt like there was a whole on the roof

Room was fabulous. Bushveld experience very good. Peaceful and relaxing.

The food was good but Barista needs more training and the Prawn risotto starter was let down by bland risotto. Ingredients are top quality but flavours could be better on the risotto. Hollandaise sauce should be served warm not ice cold. Breakfast was ok but cold hollandaise on a poached egg was a fail. Small details but if they get the details right this place has potential for a 10/10.

It was honestly so beautiful and our rooms had everything we needed. Reception was also very responsive and attentive. It was very special!

We arrived early for a spa treatment and ended up waiting an extra hour for our room after normal check in time.

The views were stunning and the stuff were absolutely amazing and went above and beyond in making sure our stay was amazing from the young gentleman who assisted us with our lounge unfortunately I can’t remember his name, the ladies at the spa and Andrew our tour guide for our game drive. If you need a break from the busyness of the city I would 100% recommend this hotel to anyone.

The stay was absolutely amazing the only thing that went wrong was that we were over charged while at the restaurant but the staff made sure to resolve the issue.

We had a wonderful stay at Cradle Boutique Hotel. The property is beautifully maintained, exceptionally clean, and offers great value for money. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. The food was outstanding, an easy 10/10! We thoroughly enjoyed our experience and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

The only minor disappointment was that the hot tub didn’t get as warm as we had expected. Aside from that, we had a fantastic stay.

Rooms are exceptionally clean considering that it is bush vibes. The Spa was amazing and tranquil. The food at the restaurant is fitting for the facility and the restaurant staff are all friendly 10/10 to Cradle Boutique Hotel

This is a great experience. Less than an hour away from sandton, convenient drive. I booked this place as a R&R weekend, and it delivered. Travelling alone, I felt safe, especially at night. Excellent restaurant. Amazing staff Watching the winter sunset from the jacuzzi was incredibly beautiful.

Bath Tub was amazing, shout out to Thabang who helped set the fire for the bath tub and he kept on checking on us to make sure that we have all the wood we need. The spa treatment was amazing. Generally all the staff members where professional and available

I wished the pool area had a club house/bat area to chill. It would have been nice to chill by the pool with cocktails.
