Le personnel est vraiment au top, très accueillant et chaleureux. Le logement est également très bien situé, à proximité de Durbar Square. Un grand merci à Kedar, qui a su nous conseiller sur les différentes activités à faire, notamment pour la partie trek. Grâce à son expérience de guide, il a parfaitement compris nos besoins et nos envies et a pu nous proposer une offre adaptée et très compétitive. Le petit déjeuner est également très bon, et le prendre sur la terrasse rooftop est un vrai plus pour bien commencer la journée. Il est également possible de demander à l’équipe de préparer des repas, selon les produits disponibles. Nous avons testé et nous nous sommes régalés ! Une excellente expérience, que nous recommandons sans hésitation !

La chambre pourrait être un peu mieux insonorisée. Étant située en plein centre, il faut toutefois s’attendre à entendre les klaxons et certaines processions religieuses le matin. C’est un détail, mais quelques cintres ou crochets seraient également appréciables pour suspendre les serviettes de douche.

Good location. Very clean and spacious rooms. But the best part was the staff. So amazing and accommodating. They make you feel special.

Estuvimos tanto al inicio de nuestro viaje por Nepal como al final. Por alguna razón, la segunda vez nos gustó más. Es un sitio muy bueno para descansar, con camas cómodas y buen desayuno. Tiene todo lo que necesitas. Las habitaciones son amplias, dan toallas y hay agua caliente.

I arrived from an overnight bus and there was no one in the reception of the hotel I originally booked so I booked this at 4:30am and walked in. Payment was cheaper via booking.com and the receptionist couldn't match the rate so I just paid online. They allowed me to check in early and reminded me about breakfast on the terrace floor. The morning receptionist was very helpful with booking In-drives and helping me split my cash. Spacious bathroom and location of this hotel wasn't far from anything.

My room was window-less but had a door leading to a small storage room that smelt strongly of paint and chemicals. I kept the door closed and the curtains drawn over it.

The room was clean and the staff was polite and welcoming.

Ventilation can be improved.

The location of the hotel and all the hotel staff are so good and especially Arjun, because he is polite and humble person and also owner of this hotel and reception girl I don't know her name but over all I suggest any person who comes to visit Kathmandu Nepal stay here,

It's my view if the hotel owner starts the food in the hotel. Then the tourist party visit anywhere because they know that they get food in the hotel where they stay...

The Location was Good , kinda city centre & near by to most of the touristic sites

Te dan toallas, te dan desayuno y la localización es muy buena. Las camas son cómodas y está limpio.

Se oye el ruido de los coches de la calle, sobretodo por la mañana, pero no es culpa del alojamiento, son calles concurridas, es Thamel.

Сначала пытались поселить в номер без кондиционера, но потом переселили, но и там кондиционер еле работал. Завтрак очень скромный.

I had a lovely time here. The room was excellent, the staff were very kind, and the rooftop terrace for breakfast was great It is well placed, with everything that you need close by, restaurants, mini-marts, wine shops and so forth I will stay here again when I’m back in Kathmandu in a month Zero hesitation in recommending.

J’ai passé 4 nuits dans cet hôtel à Katmandou. Les chambres sont très confortables et propres. Le personnel est très sympathique et serviable, ils seront répondre à toutes vos questions ! J’ai également eu la possibilité d’y laisser des affaires pour mon trek, ce qui est très arrangeant de leur part. Bref, je recommande !!

Behaviour of the team specially usha was kind to us

직원들 정말 엄청 친절합니다. 시설은 좀 오래되서.. 그런데 혼자였기에 굳이 좋은데 머물 필요는 없다고 생각했어요. 아침은 그냥 so so.. 그래도 옥상도 있고 또 뜨거운 물도 마실 수 있어서 컵라면 먹기 좋았어요

4층에 머물렀는데.. 엘베가 없었어고. 또 마침 짐 들어주는 직원이 주변에 없어서 제가 들고 올라갔습니다. 이것만 제외하면... 딱히 나쁜건 없었던거 같아요.

The hotel is located at a perfect location and the rooms are spacious and clean. There is a rooftop to enjoy as well. All the staff, and the receptionist, were very sweet and kind. I will definitely be back.

Qué el desayuno fuera en la azotea

Que el baño estaba sucio y tenía humedades, el suelo de la habitación tampoco estaba limpio y las puertas no cerraban bien y eran muy antiguas y rotas, incluso la que daba al pasillo

La qualité de la literie une fois dans la chambre que nous avions réservé

Nous avions réservé 2 nuits dans cette hôtel. Nous sommes arrivés dans la nuit la 1ère du fait d'un retard d'avion. Notre chambre n'était plus disponible et nous avons été relogé dans une chambre médiocre (humidité, trace de moisissure au plafond, salle de bain sale, pas de fenêtre dans la chambre, 2 lits simples au lieu du lit double). Nous avons été transféré dans la chambre que nous avions réservé pour la deuxième nuit, qui était bien. Le petit déjeuner était bcp plus minimaliste que sur les photos. Pas de café le 1er jour.

Great value for money and excellent service. I arrived at 5 AM after a long overnight bus from Pokhara, and the staff kindly allowed me an early check-in, which was perfect after the journey. Highly recommended!

The staff is amazing! Usha, Ajun and everyone who works here are always making sure you are well taken care of and are welcoming and kind. Truly lovely people. Water is hot, WiFi is good and you are right in Thamel main street which makes it convenient for your stay in kathmandu. Comfy beds also :)

The room I got at first didn't have a window, which was very uncomfortable. But they staff was willing to move me to a different room the next day, which was much better, with big windows and good air flow. So if you don't mind a dark room it is ok, but if you do make sure you get a room on road side.

Room size is very big. Comfortable bad. Clean room. There was a smart TV in Room which was working. During our 7 nights stay in Nepal we booked 3 hotels with TV in room. But no where TV was working except this hotel. AC was not working in Room 401. Breakfast was good.

Twin bed room was a little bit small. There were TV and AC but no remote control to on those. Room 404. Hotel signboard is not noticeable. A bit difficult to find out.

It was a wonderful stay! We, a group of four friends, visited Kathmandu for leisure and stayed at this beautiful property. The staff were exceptionally polite and respectful. A special mention to the lovely receptionist ma’am, who was so kind and helpful, especially during our check-out time, assisting us with our luggage and valuables. Her warm and sweet nature truly made our stay even more memorable. Overall, it was an amazing experience, and we would love to visit again in the near future.

Amazing hotel No words to describe about their services Everything is perfect 🥰 They also offer coffee as a welcome drink and I like that .

The location was good

Bad infrastructure, no hot water (even though they claim there is) The owner of the hotel is one of the rudest people I’ve met They decided to renovate his office and paint the walls without informing us. The entire place smelled like toxic fumes, and there were non stop drilling and banging When confronted with the owner he decided to yell at us and gaslight that we didn’t hear anything (the noises woke us up at 7 am) after that he also made sure to make some racists remarks to really gaslight. He didn’t seem to care about our complaints until we told him we will leave a bad review - only then offered a different room, but the disrespect was too much and we decided to leave the hotel, they later tried to charge us 2 times the price and offered no refund for not disclosing the noise and dangerous fumes in the guest house.

Only the location and breakfast is okay.

The washroom was not cleaned and not with any kits. And no dim light
