Riad Kismet Marrakech

Gostei muito do Riad. Quero agradecer a disponibilidade da nossa anfitriã, Stephanie, e a forma como fomos tão bem recebidas. Um agradecimento especial também à Bouchra, pelo optimo pequeno almoço, bem como pela sua disponibilidade e amabilidade.

El Riad era muy bueno. Amplio, cómodo y con un mobiliario y decoración de muy buen gusto. La terraza de la azotea era increíble. La vivienda estaba situada en pleno centro, en la Medina pero a la vez era muy tranquila y silenciosa. Las instalaciones eran muy cómodas, en perfecto estado de conservación, las camas, toallas, amenities de buena calidad y en abundancia. La cocina totalmente equipada y limpia. La atención exquisita, nos esperaron en la plaza para llevarnos al Riad, nos recibieron con unas botellas de agua que agradecimos inmensamente y el día de la salida nos guardaron el equipaje hasta la tarde. Muchas gracias por hacer nuestra estancia en Marrakech tan acogedora.

El acceso nos daba sensación de inseguridad porque estaba en unas callejuelas "escondidas" de la Medina, pero no tuvimos ningún problema. Por poner un pero el que no te hagan las habitaciones a pesar de que en muchas reseñas habíamos visto que sí lo hacían y en todos los Riad anteriores las habían hecho. El desayuno era bueno, la persona que se encargaba de hacerlo era encantadora, pero sí que nos pareció escaso en variedad y en cantidad, comparado con otros Riads en los que nos hemos alojado.

Riad de uso exclusivo para un grupo de máximo 8 personas reformado con mucho gusto, muy cómodo, silencioso, limpio y perfectamente equipado. Ubicación excelente. La acogida ha sido muy buena, con total disponibilidad por parte de Stéphanie tanto antes como durante la estancia. Destacan también los estupendos desayunos marroquíes servidos y retirados por Bouchra a la hora solicitada. La llamada al rezo durante la madrugada puede molestar a las personas de sueño ligero pero para nosotros fue realmente un plus. 😊

Stephanie maravillosa desde el principio al final de la estancia, siempre disponible. El Riad es increíble, de ensueño en instalaciones, decoración y comodidad. Es imposible no tener una inolvidable experiencia en él. Amenities, calidad toallas, sabanas, la iluminación, la cama, baños..... Desayuno muy bueno.

Our stay at Riad Kismet was truly perfect. The location is excellent; it's an oasis of calm in the middle of the Medina, yet just a few minutes' walk from the iconic Jemaa el-Fnaa square. The service, however, was the absolute highlight. Stéphanie is a wonderful host—incredibly welcoming, always available, and extremely helpful, especially in managing all the needs of our large family group. Bouchra was just as kind and served a delicious, fresh breakfast every morning. The Riad itself is stunning. It has been beautifully renovated with stylish Italian furniture, was impeccably clean, and features a beautiful rooftop terrace with a great view over the city. We cannot recommend it highly enough.

We genuinely liked everything so much that it is difficult to pinpoint any real areas for improvement. If we had to suggest one minor thing, it would be to perhaps offer a slightly more varied breakfast (e.g., more choices of coffee or tea, or different fruits). However, this is a very small detail in what was an overall perfect stay.

Es un Riad precioso, muy bien equipado y muy limpio. Se encuentra muy cerca de la plaza y del Zoco. Ideal para ir con amigos o la familia.

La casa tiene todo lo necesario, decoración con mucho gusto, aire acondicionado, el desayuno excelente, el trato fue inmejorable.

We cancelled our original Riad as we had been advised to book inside the Median and switched to Riad Kismet. It was a short walk from the main square and easy to find (after a few attempts!). Stephanie and her team could not have been more thoughtful - with short notice, breakfast was adapted for gluten free guests with omelettes, and introductions to local restaurants and details of places to visit WhatsApped through. Stephanie also booked our guide Amine, who was so good we extended our tour with him. The building was very cool (in terms of temperature and presentation) and had everything we needed for our 3 night stay. The rooftop terrace had great views across the city and was shaded in parts - needed as it was hot during the day.

Stephanie was amazingly gentle! We had a lot of issues with the flights' delay and she helped us so much with taxi and reachable all day long. The Riad is so beautiful and was all for us 6. Breakfast super good highly reccomend!

Amazing house in a perfect location just off the Djema. Beautifully furnished and deocrated. Stephanie the host is welcoming and flexible and helped us a lot with things to do (even booking us a table at Kabana- recommended)

We loved everything about the facilities and the lovely Stephanie. Her House keepers were very kind as well and provided us a full set of breakfast 🥰

Nothing - everything was just PERFECT

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Riad Kismet. The Riad is even better in person than what the pictures shows. It is freshly renovated and has been artistically decorated. Loved the lights, wall decorations, tile, rooftop patio and the courtyard. And the location is great, just a few minutes from Jemaa-el-Fana but still mostly quite in the night. The host Stephanie is very friendly and accommodating person. She met us for checkin and gave us a tour of the property and advised on activities and places to visit / eat. She stayed in touch throughout our visit and even let us leave our luggage at the place on the day of the departure as our flight was in the night. The house is maintained by wonderful Bushra who also makes and serves wonderful breakfast every day. Just like Stephanie, she was very helpful.

Beautiful contemporary twist on a traditional property with gorgeous outdoor spaces and a central courtyard. The dining and living area was also very relaxing. Stéphanie was on hand and only a phone call away if we needed anything and was super helpful. The house was tended by Bouchra who fed us with huge Moroccan breakfasts that set us up for a days of wandering around the Medina. The location is excellent it’s just off the main square and you can easily find your bearings. This was my second trip to Marrakech and I couldn’t recommend this property more, it is a peaceful oasis in the heart of the bustle.
