The facilities were all good and the family that runs it were lovely and very welcoming and helped us sort out laundry, taxis etc

L'air climatisé fonctionnait mais prenait beaucoup de temps avant de rafraîchir la pièce. La fenêtre donnait sur un mur. Il y avait de la poussière un peu partout.

Reviewed Aug 4, 2025Heel goed verblijf gehad. We konden om 07:00 al vroeg inchecken. Het ontbijt was perfect. De dames van het hotel waren super vriendelijk. De kamers zagen er goed uit. En de locatie was goed. Ook hebben we een tour via het hotel geboekt en scooters gehuurd. Bedankt!

Ninguém fala uma palavra de inglês o que torna tudo muito difícil. Nunca tive água quente =/ o wifi nao funciona nada bem. Faltam blackouts nas janelas (bom investimento), caso contrário às 5h30 da manhã somos acordados pelo sol. A cama fica mesmo encostada à janela.

a hotel in an alley, with old facilities, uncomfortable beds. The sheets were dirty and the bathroom was moldy. Plus, it's not cheap. the only thing that works well, the air conditioning

Reviewed Jul 9, 2025Nous avons vraiment apprécié le Green hôtel Personnel agréable, lieux confortables et très bien situés, restaurant délicieux! Nous avons passé un excellent séjour . Directement depuis l’hôtel, nous avons loué des scooters et pris une sortie dans la baie de LAn Ha. Tout s’est fait extrêmement facilement. Nous recommandons très sincèrement !!!

Sale (des cafards se promenaient dans la chambre, robinetterie lavabo toute poisseuse), mal fini (porte salle de bain avec poignée provisoire sans possibilité de fermer de l'intérieur, sèche serviette qui se décroche et tombe dès qu'on pose une serviette dessus, pas de petit déjeuner servi, famille d'hôte pas accueillante (pas un seul regard ni bonjour le matin alors qu'on était seules avec mes enfants et qu'on attendait de savoir si on pouvait petit déjeuner). Notre plus mauvaise expérience

La propreté de la chambre, il y a de la vie sous le lit et la propreté du linge de maison laisse à désirer. Nous avons fait changer les draps, les taies d'oreillers et les serviettes de toilette ! Le linge récupéré avait aussi des traces... Équipement sommaire, pas de lampe de chevet et le sol est poussiéreux.

The bathroom was very basic with a leaky tap, no toilet roll and a toilet that didn't flush very well. Some miscommunication about tours. Admittedly I was very tired but I couldn't make it work.

Reviewed May 12, 2025Pratique avant de prendre le bateau pour visiter la baie d’Halong. Chambre lumineuse, lits confortables. Personnel sympathique et arrangeant, ils ont gardé nos gros bagages pendant notre croisière. Très bon rapport qualité prix.
Cat Ba en général vu ce qu'ils en ont fait... Lhôtel est dans ume petite ruelle, pas de vue dégagée car c'est construit de partout. Bien pour une nuit. Petit-dejeuner bof, mais vu le prix de la chambre, on n'a pas à se plaindre.

i have no idea how this property has such high ratings it was by far the worst place we stayed in vietnam. rarely any staff downstairs at the desk, air conditioning didn’t work neither did the tv, lots of mould in the bathroom and the bedding smelt of such strong chemicals and make both of our skin itch badly. it is also not actually called ‘green mountain’ outside.
