Hôtel magnifique et super bien placé. Je recommande car c est vraiment une expérience à faire.

Je n ai pas apprécié mon check out: Je devais rendre la chambre à 12h, et j ai demandé à la réception de pouvoir me changer dans 1 endroit prévu pour et prendre une douche en fin de journée car je voulais profiter de la piscine l'après-midi. On m'a répondu à la réception que je pourrai me changer sans problème mais que si je voulais prendre 1 douche, elle me serait facturée 100 euros. Au vu de la qualité de l'établissement et surtout du coût, j aurai apprécié une douche gratuite... c est la seule remarque négative que j'ai à faire. Mais j'avoue ne pas du tout avoir appréciée.

Magnifique séjour en couple. Tout était splendide, chambre, personnel, emplacement.

Fantastic property, very well placed within Stresa for access to the train station, main town and islands. Fantastic restaurant in the property and all the facilities you’d expect from a 5* hotel. Staff were exceptional and would happily recommend staying here to anyone

Das Hotel liegt an bester Lage mit wunderschönen Aussicht auf den Lago. Das Personal war sehr freundlich/ hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer großzügig und ein wunderschönes Badezimmer. Das Abendessen war ausgezeichnet, moderne Küche.

７月中旬に宿泊。車でイタリアからスイスに戻る際の中間地点で一泊立ち寄りました。マッジョーレ湖の目の前にあり、ルーフトップの朝食レストランからの眺めが素晴らしく最高でした。街にも徒歩３分くらいで行けてロケーションも最高でした。

建物自体も新しく清潔だったのですが、少し廊下等にフレグランスを置くなどして香りを付けた方がいいと思います。

Beautiful Hotel, rooms are amazing. Such a fantastic location.

I visited in September and everything was 100% on this visit you can tell there has been cost cutting. staff seem less experienced at this level and small things like the small bites you get with cocktails have been downgraded. Also the attentiveness of staff around the pool could be better at this price point. Think I will try other hotel next time I'm in Maggiore.

Das Gesamterlebnis war leider enttäuschend. Der Service am Pool war unterirdisch und eines 5 Sterne Hotels unwürdig.

De parkeergarage ( voor mijn man) , de locatie is top. Mooie kamers en erg schoon. vriendelijk personeel. Goed ontbijt wel veel zoet maar je bent in Italie.

De drankjes waren erg prijzig zelfs voor dit vijf sterren hotel. En we zijn al op vele vijf sterren hotels geweest

Ons tweede bezoek aan dit prachtig hotel. Opnieuw een belevenis We kregen direct een mooie upgrade toen men opmerkte dat dit niet ons eerste bezoek was Heel vriendelijke medewerkers. Attent en super service gericht. Schitterend ontbijt geserveerd op de vierde verdieping met schitterend uitzicht. Kortom een echte aanrader en hopelijk was dit niet ons laatste bezoek

Wat een fijn hotel. Vriendelijk en een warm welkom. Heerlijke kamer met fijne bedden. De geuren die je overal ruikt in het hotel. Goede ligging direct bij het gezellige centrum van Stresa. Ontbijt is zeer uitgebreid.

Das Frühstück ist verbesserungswürdig, so wie es jetzt ist, wird es dem Anspruch nicht gerecht

L’emplacement et la proximité de l’embarcadère des îles. Modernité et qualité des chambres. Grandes chambres avec beaucoup de confort. Un personnel très à l’écoute. Le petit déjeuner était excellent. La piscine en toiture, bien pour se reposer en fin de journée.

Un côté un peu impersonnel et froid de la décoration.

Riesiges Bett und wunderschönes Bad. Top Tiefgarage. Sehr gutes Abendessen im Restaurant und auch perfekter Roomservice. Tolle Dachterrasse fürs Frühstücken. Liebevoll hergerichtetes Buffet mit nicht ganz so riesiger Auswahl, aber doch genügend. Äußerst freundliche Leute an der Rezeption.

Der oben liegende Aussen-Pool ist nur ca 90 cm tief und zum Schwimmen doch bischen klein und bei mehr als drei Personen drin eh nicht mehr möglich. Aber schön beheizt und mit Sprudel an einer Seite

I had a wonderful 4-night stay at Boutique Hotel Stresa. The hotel is elegant, comfortable, and very well maintained, with friendly and attentive staff throughout my stay. A special mention goes to the spa, which was absolutely excellent—beautifully designed, relaxing, and the perfect place to unwind after a day exploring Stresa. The entire experience was peaceful and enjoyable, and I would happily stay here again. Highly recommended.

I honestly couldn't find anything significant to complain about. My stay was very enjoyable.

Excellent location, rooftop bar and pool provided a relaxing space. Room was spacious and bed large and very comfortable. Staff were helpful and friendly.

Lack of hanging in the room eg for coats and dressing gowns. Basic gym equipment. Lack of information eg the Giro D’Italia passed by the hotel but we were unaware of this until we saw it

L'emplacement idéal et la qualité de l'hébergement !

A l'arrivée, l'hôtel bloque sur la carte de crédit un montant équivalent à l'hébergement et aux consommations éventuelles. Dans mon cas environ 2000 euros pour deux jours. Au moment du départ, au lieu d'utiliser ce montant, la préposée à demandé un paiement immédiat qui a été débité instantanément de mon compte. Je me suis donc retrouvé avec un retrait de mon compte de près de 4000 euros. La préposée a reconnu avoir fait une erreur, mais j'ai dû attendre 5 jours pour qu'une solution soit trouvée à cette situation avec des explications embrouillées et contradictoires des responsables de L'hôtel. Donc au moment de payer faites attention à votre addition et à ce que l'on vous demande de payer.

Séjour très agréable- l’emplacement de l’hôtel est parfait pour découvrir la région et notamment aller visiter les îles Borromées. L’hôtel est luxueux sans être ostentatoire. La chambre était d’une très belle taille, avec un lit immense, une salle de bain magnifique tout en marbre. Très luxueuse. La salle du bar/restaurant avec ses baies vitrées et sa terrasse donnant sur le lac est très belle. Petit déjeuner très savoureux et personnel très serviable. Tout était parfait. Seul petit bémol: une vraie piscine avec une profondeur pour nager serait la bienvenue même si le bassin est agréable pour se rafraîchir.

We had a wonderfully relaxing stay at Boutique Hotel Stresa. The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, making sure we felt comfortable throughout our visit. The breakfast was spectacular, both for its delicious selection and the stunning view over Lago Maggiore. Dinner was equally superb, and we truly appreciated the team arranging a table for us on a short notice. A memorable experience all around.

Établissement exceptionnel, idéalement situé en bord de lac et à proximité de l’embarcadère pour les îles boromees, chambre très spacieuse (nous avons été surclassés dans une suite) et vue incroyable depuis le roof top. Petit déjeuner excellent

The hotel was beautiful, room excellent. The staff were fantastic- so accommodating and welcoming. They were able to check using early and it made a huge difference to our stay. Location was great and everything really walkable

Super Lage, saubere Zimmer, sehr aufmerksames Personal. Tolles Frühstück in der Rooftopbar mit Blick auf den Lago Maggiore ‚ mit Bedienung am Platz & toller Auswahl. Der Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage wird nicht separat berichtet.

Die Zimmer sind etwas kühl gestaltet. Aber das ist ja Geschmacksache. Ohne Zusatzbuchung & Zusatzgebühren kann keine Sauna genutzt werden.

Amenities were there, parking was splendid, location great as well with cute market area next door. Nice spa area, friendly staff and amazing cleanliness and great room.

Service felt uncoordinated, with no clear ownership, leading to multiple touchpoints but no one truly responsible for the guest experience. Communication was inconsistent throughout, from delayed pre-arrival messaging to unclear interactions at the bar and during breakfast. There was unnecessary friction in simple processes, such as booking the spa, which should have been handled seamlessly. Operational discipline seemed weak, especially with the housekeeping incident, which should never occur at this level. Food and beverage execution did not align with pricing or positioning, particularly at dinner. Taken together, these small but repeated gaps created a fragmented experience that falls short of a 5-star standard.

Das Frühstück auf der Terrasse im 4. Stock bietet einen unglaublich schönen Blick auf die Inseln und die Promenade. Das am Tisch zubereitet Fruchtbrot mit Ricotta, Honig und Amalfi-Zitronen Raspel ist köstlich.. !

Es ist alles noch so neu, dass die Abläufe aber insbesondere die Technik noch nicht reibungslos funktionieren (Türkarte, Steckdosen). Das Personal war aber sehr hilfsbereit und hat alle Schwierigkeiten behoben.

Sehr hohe Kosten für ein Haustier.
