Reviewed Sep 11, 2026A family run apartment building..Staff could not do enough for you. Alex, professional but also extremely friendly. Price is so reasonable for its facilities and location. Buses to airport and local buses avaliable throughout the day. One huge supermarket within a three minute walk and a lydl a five minute walk. Palmanova a 15 minute walk or three minute bus ride for under two euro. We will be back!

Reviewed Sep 7, 2026Las camas son muy comodas y las sabanas y toallas estaban muy limpias Es muy silencioso asi que muy bien para descansar La parada de bus esta justo al lado y el supermercado a 2 minutos Esta muy bien que te dejen ducharte y utilizar la piscina despues de tu hora de salida nos dieron toallas para la ducha el ultimo dia por la tarde asi que eso genial Las limpiadoras me prepararon cafe las dos mañanas cuando el bar estaba cerrado asi que muy bien por ellas
Elegimos este apartamento por la cocina pero nos decepciono No tiene cafetera asi que tienes que bajar al bar el problema es que abren a las 10 y no hay ningun sitio cerca donde tomarte un cafe si eres madrugador y cafetero pues fatal . No hay ni una sola sarten solo un cacillo y una cacerora el aire no se puede regular o pasas calor o frio La playa esta lejos 15 mimutos caminando si te pillas dia de calor lo pasaras mal la tele no conectaba con internet lo dijimos en recepcion pero la respuesta fue que no sabe las cadenas de tv tampoco funcionaban En el baño no ponen gel ni champu utilizamos el jabon de manos Solo nos pusieron un rollo de papel higienico y ya empezado Pedimos a la limpiadora mas La ducha de abajo que te dwjan para ducharte vuando ya as dejado la habitacion no tiene agua caliente asi que nos duchamos con el agua super fria y sin gel ni champu Espero tomen esto como consejos de mejora y no como una critica

Reviewed Sep 3, 2026La ubicación era perfecta, muy cerca de playas, restaurantes, supermercados y paradas de bus y taxi, y a la vez en una zona tranquila. El personal fue muy amable y servicial, ayudándonos en todo momento. El apartamento cumplía con lo prometido: limpio y con todo lo básico que se necesita en la cocina. Incluso superó mis expectativas, ya que estuve en uno recién reformado. Sin duda repetiría.

In apartments 311 and 304, the air-conditioning didn't work very well. It was just slightly cooler and very noisy. Beds were old and uncomfortable.

literally just the sofa bed was uncomfortable.. It was not horrendous but tough going when you are on it for 5 nights. bed was clean.

Apartment very dirty with cockroaches , we where 3 people and booked for 3 people ended up in a room of 2 people and one sofa which was not suitable for sleeping. Floors very dirty, stains everywhere, wifi only works in reception and not in the rooms, kitchen not clean to use

Reviewed Aug 29, 2026El aspecto por fuera es bastante bueno. Piscina recién reformada al igual que el baño del apartamento.
Se oye absolutamente TODO, si tienes suerte y cuentas con familias, dormirás bien, sino, olvídate. Terrible. Además, las puerta son muy antiguas y para cerrar o lo haces con llave delicadamente o con un portazo vale, y tristemente, la gente prefiere cerrarlo así, por lo que te tira TODA la noche oyendo portazos a diferentes horas. Una pena, porque tiene potencial, pero estos detalles en el descanso pesan mucho.

Cerca de una cala tranquila donde con gafas se pueden ver peces (mejor acceder con escarpines porque es de piedras) y de una playa "más turística" con bares y restaurantes Además está muy cercana una parada de bus que lleva a Palma (a menos de 5 minutos) en 30-45 minutos, dependiendo del punto de la ciudad al que se vaya (en coche cuesta unos 20 minutos). Supermercados muy cerca también No tiene parking pero es una zona de fácil aparcamiento. Hay una recepción con una persona en todo momento que te da información.
Horario de piscina de 10 a 19. Considero que podría ampliarse ese horario sin molestar a los vecinos/huéspedes, sobre todo en días calurosos Se nota que están invirtiendo en la renovación porque el baño está recién reformado (incluso la mampara tenía la pegatina que como detalle no cuesta nada quitarlo) y los exteriores se les ve modernos; no sé cómo sería el baño anterior pero sin duda la cocina necesita una actualización El apartamento en el que nos alojamos tenía una habitación doble (con dos camas individuales juntas) y una simple (con una cama individual). La reserva era para 4 personas (2 niños y 2 adultos), nos apañamos bien, pero si hubiéramos sido 4 adultos o en vez de niños hubieran sido adolescentes, alguien hubiera tenido que dormir en el sofá que no era muy cómodo (no era sofá cama). Los colchones también precisan renovación porque se hundían demasiado La WIFI no funcionaba del todo bien, en muchos momentos del día se quedaba colgada

Reviewed Jul 4, 2026Me encantó todo en general, quiero destacar la gran plantilla con la que cuentan, en especial Alejandro, es muy profesional y bastante majo! Las instalaciones son perfectas para el precio que tiene y se encuentra bastante bien ubicado y con calas preciosas y playas a tan solo 10 minutos andando. Volvería mil veces y lo recomiendo muchísimo!
Quizás más papel higiénico? Gastamos mucho jejeje.

Reviewed Jun 29, 2026Un lugar perfecto para lo que yo buscaba, tranquilo, bien equipado, con terraza tranquila para cenar o desayunar, aire acondicionado. El Mercadona a cinco minutos andando, el parking público y la autopista a Palma a la vuelta de la esquina. Y si no te apetecia ir a la playa o querias refrescarte espontaneamente, una hermosa piscina. Me encantó!
No me gustó que estuve muy pocos dias :-)

Reviewed Jun 27, 2026Small and friendly. Very quiet area which suited us in the evening. The beds were extremely comfortable. The apartments can be reached via an airport bus to the Son Caliu stop which is a minute away from them, cost €3. Also must mention the friendly Archie’s Bar, 2 minute walk, for the food and drinks which were excellent.
It’s a bit too far out from the large sandy beach and bars and restaurants.

Reviewed Jun 22, 2026Nagyon jó az elhelyezkedése. Bolt, strand, buszmegálló közel van. Tisztaság, barátságos személyzet. A medence kifejezetten jó. Ár érték arányban nagyon jó.
Egy probléma volt, hogy csak két főnek volt előkészítve a szállás, illetve az egyik ágy javításra szorult, de másnap minden az igényeinknek megfelelően lett megoldva, a személyzet nagyon segítőkész volt.

Internet only on the ground floor , not in the rooms . I was there for 8 nights and never had my bed sheets changed or did the cleaners come in and sweep snd mop the floor the whole time I was there . However they rang the door bell every morning wirh fresh towels , loo roll and have me new bin bags and I have the cleaner the Rubish . The pool bar was poorly stocked . Only used it twice . No ice with drinks , no eating around the pool

Reviewed Jun 15, 2026Sin duda alguna el mejor punto a favor son los empleados que son tan agradables que te hacen sentir como en casa ,en cuanto al piso todo esta correcto en su medida y tambien es importante que hay un mercadona a pocos metros , es un hotel familiar asi que no te vas a encontrar la locura de extranjeros borrachos o haciendo escándalos en los pasillos o alrededores
El sofa, desprendía un olor ...un poco peculiar ...

Кімнати потребують оновлення, оскільки виглядають досить старими. У місцях із підвищеною вологістю була помітна пліснява. Також протягом шести днів перебування постільну білизну жодного разу не змінювали. Басейн маленький рідко коли був чистий(

We didn't had a coffee machine, we stooped there for 11 nights and nobody come to clean apartment, even don't had a mope i use my own i bought. They had only one washing machine for whole hotel and when i try to use it was not working. No wifi in apartments only downstairs and also not working ok. I was very disappointed and will not advise to stay here.
