Struttura un po’ più brutta esternamente ma molto bella e curata internamente. Personale cordialissimo. Camere sopra alle aspettative. Comodissimo per il lungomare di Palmanova, che dista circa 3 minuti a piedi. Veramente soddisfatto.

The staff was super nice, I think in all our interactions they went above and beyond. Best thing about the hotel. The breakfast was pretty ok, I only had toast, so I cannot say much. But the staff at breakfast was SUPER nice. They had oat milk! Which was a nice surprise. The room was super clean and had a nice balcony. It was way too hot for me to use it, but I can imagine it is super super nice when they temperatures are milder. You could see the sea from it :).

I am begging Spanish hotels to please add some more vegan options to the breakfast menu. I know it's not super common in Spain, but it would go a super long way in vegan visitors' comfort if you could add maybe a sweet and a savory vegan option. It's also not common where I am from, but it is very common in many cultures.

This is a great hotel, the location is great and the staff are lovely.

Ho soggiornato all’Hotel Gabarda per 4 giorni. Appena arrivati la camera riservata per noi aveva avuto un problema all’area condizionata, ma lo staff ha subito trovato una soluzione per noi e solo per una notte ci siamo appoggiati in un’altra stanza. Lo staff è molto cordiale e gentile. Per la colazione non c’è il solito buffet, ma ordini quello che desideri dal loro menù e lo preparano al momento. C’è una vasta varietà tra dolce, salato e anche la frutta. Tutto ottimo. Noi abbiamo trovato la posizione dell’hotel davvero comoda, vicina all’uscita di Palma Nova ma anche dal centro. Per il parcheggio dell’auto abbiamo sempre trovato un posto nei dintorni dell’hotel, tutti a pochi secondi dall’ingresso. In conclusione è stato un soggiorno ottimo, consiglio vivamente

El personal es muy amable y servicial. Cuidan bien de los espacios, son muy agradables, limpios y comodos. La ubicación es bastante conveniente pues cerca encuentras bares y restaurantes. Aun si vas al hotel solo a descansar, la ubicación del hotel es super tranquila. Volveria sin duda

Talvez el hecho de no tener parqueadero privado, lo cual puede ser preocupante, no obstante durante nuestra estancia siempre pudimos parquear en las calles proximas sin problemas y gratuitamente. No hay ascensor, y sí esto es un requerimiento muy estricto, creo que es mejor que consideren otras opciones. Adicionalmente senti falta de shampoo y gel de baño en la ducha.

Un accueil EXCEPTIONNEL de la part de tous le personnel, que ce soit à l’accueil, au bar ou au petit déjeuner nous avons toujours été extrêmement bien reçus. L’accueil est de très bons conseils et prend vraiment le temps de vous expliquez les choses, ils sont également très arrangeants et voués à aboutir à votre demande. L’emplacement est sympa, arrêts de bus à 5 ou 10min à pied en fonctions des lignes, pas très loin de la plage (environ 10/12min)… Petit déjeuner à l’assiette et non pas en buffet libre service, des options sans gluten incluses c’est parfait 🙏🏼

Le lit double est constitué de deux lits jumeaux collés, pas très agréable.

L'hotel è situato in una posizione strategica, a pochi passi dal Paseo di Palmanova. Si presenta ben arredato e dispone di camere molto comode, in stile moderno, essenziale ma accogliente. Lo consiglio molto per il suo rapporto qualità prezzo ed anche per il servizio di colazione incluso che tutto sommato è stato positivo.

Il bagno presenta una doccia senza la porta di chiusura, il che è abbastanza fastidioso in quanto dopo essersi lavati, inevitabilmente cade dell'acqua all'esterno del piatto doccia... Assenza del bidet... Per il resto nulla di negativo da sottolineare

Schöner, klimatisierter Bar-, Restaurant-, Loungebereich. Gutes Frühstück. Sehr sauber und super freundliches Personal. Duschmöglichkeit am Abreisetag, wurde auch aktiv angeboten.

Lage nicht ganz so schön, aber nicht weit zur Strandpromenade. Schwimmbad- und Liegenbereich lädt nicht zum Verweilen ein. Ziemlich einfache Zimmer (Bett, Möblierung) und wenig Ablage im Bad. Terrasse/Balkon einfach und keine schöne Umgebung.

L’hotel si trova a pochi passi dal lungomare delle tre spiagge di Palmanova ed è dotato di un bar e di una piccola piscina. In zona sono presenti numerosi market, bar e locali per cene o aperitivi. La camera è spaziosa, la colazione buona e abbondante, il personale molto cordiale e disponibile. A breve distanza dalla struttura c’è la fermata del bus da dove è possibile muoversi facilmente per ogni destinazione. Consigliato.

Il wi-fi, che funziona bene negli spazi comuni, ha poco segnale nelle camere

Nel complesso un bel hotel, personale cordiale e disponibile, camere pulite, colazione buona ma un po' ripetitiva, da tornarci per un altra vacanza.

From the moment we arrived, the staff were so nice and helpful. Anytime we asked about anything they were more than happy to help in whatever way they could. The hotel was comfortable and clean and in a good quiet location,very accessible to the bus stop .

La posizione era ottima, e lo staff ha saputo soddisfare ogni nostro bisogno.

La colazione era alla carta, l’ho trovata molto scomoda perché avevi poca scelta, avrei preferito un buffet classico. Inoltre, in camera non era presente una cassaforte.

Struttura molto pulita, letti comodi, buon arredamento, colazione ottima, ma soprattutto disponibilità e gentilezza dello staff.

Very clean and tidy, all staff were exceptional, Antoniao our man behind the bar was a fantastic cocktail maker and always cheerful as were all the staff, cutting a long story short this small hotel was in a great location and exceptionaly well run if you’re looking for five star this is not for you but if you’re happy with small clean and tidy in a great position with fantastic staff, go for it.

Le personnel était très souriant et accueillant ! La chambre était nettoyée tous les jours. L’hôtel est proche de la plage, des commerces et à 2 min d’un arrêt de bus. Très bon petit déjeuner et nous avons bien apprécié la piscine et notre balcon. Nous recommandons vivement cet hôtel !

People were really kind, breakfast was very good, good location with free parking space around.

The bed was very noisy. It even woke me up from sleep when turning around in the bed. It has like a system under it to change the sheets faster I suppose and that one creak in a very bad way. I also didn`t like that the bathroom had no window or ventilator. In rest everything perfect, but this 2 topics, as a constructive feedback should be solved.

Hotel delizioso a due passi dal mare. La colazione abbondante e variegata, la pulizia impeccabile ma soprattutto lo staff e' di una una gentilezza rara. Le signore addette delle pulizie sono gentili, le ragazze al desk sempre molto disponibili e i ragazzi del bar sono sempre sorridenti. Ottimo rapporto qualita'/prezzo!

L'accoglienza del personale, molto gentile e premuroso nel soddisfare le richieste.

La colazione non era a buffet, limitata alla scelta di due porzioni sia nel mangiare che nel bere, e sempre la stessa proposta.

The first night after check in we ordered pina coladas at the bar and the staff member charged us 10eur for each. Prices were not listed at the bar, however we later saw the menu on the table that said 8eur for each, so it wasnt a very good impression getting overcharged immediately after the start of our vacation.

Petit hôtel au top ! Idéalement placé à Palmanova, le long d’un boulevard, à 200m d’un arrêt de bus. Très près des commerces et de la plage. Tout était parfait, La chambre grande avec une très bonne literie, grand placard pour ranger ses affaires, et une petite terrasse pour prendre l’air frais avec chaises et table basse. Salle de bain très propre et nettoyée tous les jours. Petit déjeuner complet avec plein de possibilités salées et sucrées type européen avec un mix anglais ! L’équipe est super sympa, compétente, et trouve toujours des solutions pour vous rendre le séjour agréable ! Un grand merci pour nous avoir fait passé un super séjour !

Chambre propre et fonctionnelle. Literie de bonne qualité. Personnel accueillant et très sympathique. Piscine agréable.

Absence de volets. Petit déjeuner un peu tardif (seulement à partir de 8h30). Assez bruyant. Premières nuits très calme mais dernière nuit en we horrible. Les murs sont très fins, on entend tout dans la chambre d'à côté ou dans les couloirs, surtout quand on a des gens irrespectueux qui logent dans l'hôtel, qui rentrent à 2h30 du matin en hurlant dans les couloirs et qui continuent de faire la fête dans les parties communes. On se demande où était le vigile à ce moment là ...

the breakfast was amazing, everything so fresh!

The staff were very friendly and helpful. I forgot to bring the charger for my phone and the lady at reception lent me a charger for the duration of my stay. The reception staff were most helpful, and also lent me an umbrella on two occasions.

I dont think anything could be better, as the fact that the hotel didint have a lift, which was outlined in the description, so anyone with reduced mobility, it possibly wouldn't suit them to stay there.

Breakfast was small, had two days without proper shower, no feedback from hotel on that. Best service from bartender.

Feedback can be better from reception.

Globalement, tout était très bien. Pour être pointilleux : le rideau de la douche est déchiré sur toute la longueur (en haut) et les toilettes qui ne font que de goutter.

Amazing and accommodating staff. Breakfast included which is a plus! Excellent location, 5 mins from the beach, next to the bus stop which takes you to Palma and the airport (basically anywhere you wanna go).

Room cleaning ladies often just made the bed and didn’t bother replacing some towels. Or dusting. But overall was clean room and comfortable bed.

THE STAFF WERE AMAZINGLY FRIENDLY AND COULDN’T DO ENOUGH FOR US. BREAKFAST HAD A GOOD SELECTION OF OPTIONS COOKED INDIVIDUALLY FOR YOUR TABLE. THE ROOM WAS SPACIOUS AND JUST AS WE NEEDED AS I HAD A BROKEN LIMB. IT WAS ALSO QUIET AND OVERLOOKING THE POOL.

Liked everything. Safe, clean, Central. very helpful staff. not a thing I could fault. It is not a posh hotel but has everything at the same time. air con, small pool, comfortable bar/snack area and is spotless.

The staff from the moment we arrived were exceptional. It was my partners birthday the day we arrived, we were given complimentary drinks to celebrate. Our room was very clean, breakfast menu was plentiful. Bar staff wonderful.

Great and friendly stuff, nice and clean room, comfortable big bed. Close to the beach and restaurants, nice neighbourhood. Very good bus connection with Palma (3 different bus lines) and airport.

Breakfast could be more diverse, but still it was ok.

We were pleasantly surprised as the outside looks dated and some reviews aren't so great, but the inside of the building is modern, well-kept and clean. The staff are excellent - super friendly and helpful, especially at reception! The breakfast/bar area is lovely with simple but good breakfast options, good coffee and a range of drinks and items from a self-serve fridge. Nice pool, although small so gets easily crowded, but there is an option to use the quieter pool at their other property around the corner. Short walk to restaurants, shops and beachfront.

Our bathroom/drain stank very badly when we first arrived but the staff quickly fixed it. The mattress felt very old and worn, so not the best sleep, and because the property is on a busy street, the traffic noise is quite loud, especially first thing in the morning and if you want to keep a door or window open. It was manageable with earplugs. Our air conditioner also didn't work, but we were there during a cooler time so didn't need it and never asked them to fix it, so could be that we did something wrong. Parking directly around the properly is very limited, even in the quiet, off-peak time and can get frustrating.

The staff in hotel is super nice. The reception workers , restaurant workers and cleaners all are doing really good job to keep clients happy. Wifi is really good in the most of the hotel and when i got the room where it was not working well i got change to change the room which was very nice.

The soundproofing is not the best possible so earplugs are a must. But this also varies a bit from room to room and depending on how noisy the guests are in the neighboring rooms.
