- location very good, close to the beach and the shops but quiet - very nice staff - cleaning and change of towels - nice pool and facilities in the kitchen - a terrace in every room - at the reception, in another close by building, you can find good coffee and full bar

- the bed was almost falling off in M220, needs changing and the sofa is a bit uncomfortable - no toiletries - bathroom a bit small but good shower - the opening hours for breakfast are impossibly late 😁

It was clean, exactly as described and looked in the photos. The bed was a very decent size. Was exactly what we needed during our stay.

Just a shame there wasn’t an ice box part of the fridge. Would have been good to put ice blocks in there for young baby food to take about. But this is just a convenient thing!

Ho alloggiato nell’appartengo Martinez, ottima struttura ben fornita dell’essenziale per la cucina, pulizia della camera e cambio asciugami ogni 2 giorni, posizione perfetta sia per il mare che per la sera e autobus per l’aeroporto, alla reception c’è personale molto accogliente.

Старый кондиционер , очень шумный, приходилось пользоваться только им ночью так как было вне очень жарко и высокая влажность и близость к дороге , которая создавала ночью много шума. Мы не спали совершенно ((

La ubicación y la distribución. Las camas eran muy cómodas y tenía todo lo que precisábamos para nuestra estadía. Además, nos permitieron dejar las valijas y bañarnos antes de irnos al aeropuerto

Service and personnel were so so good, personnel was very attentive and helpful, the apartment was cleaned 3 times during our 1 week stay, pool is immaculate clean and the territory is very nice and well maintained. Apartment is new and fresh, one finds everything one needs for the apartment, huge balcony, and location was so good because its both close to the supermarket, store and beach, a bus stop is just around the corner, it felt very safe and very nice their, we used the strategic location and took bus tour to the beaches and parks nearby. We loved our stay at Martinez!

Je n’ai pas aimé le bruit que nous entendions dans la chambre provenant d’une sorte de bloc électrique présent dans l’appartement ainsi que des traces d’humidité dans la salle de bain je venais pour la deuxième fois et ce séjour n’as pas été aussi qualitatif que lors de mon premier passage certes ce n’était pas un taudis mais pour la somme demandée je ne me gêne pas de relever et de faire savoir ce qui ne va pas

Vi elsket stedet! Veldig behagelig leilighet med et funksjonelt kjøkken og en stor smart-TV med mulighet til å bruke alle strømmetjenester. Veldig sentral beliggenhet, nær byen, restauranter og stranden. Leiligheten ble ofte ryddet, og vi fikk nye håndklær nesten hver dag. Veldig hyggelig, snilt og behjelpelig personale. Vi elsket også å ha basseng, som vi ofte hadde helt for oss selv. Anbefaler stedet på det sterkeste!

Det eneste vi kunne ønsket oss, var en litt bedre løsning for oppbevaring av kosmetikk på badet. Det manglet en hylle eller noe lignende, men det gikk helt fint uten også.

El aire acondicionado era viejo y hacia ruido todo el rato a la noche, y ademas no enfriaba la habitacion!! Hemos estado una semana y nos han limpiado solo un dia el apartamento, ya que tenian unos horarios muy raros, limpiando a las 15:00? La caldera del agua tambien estaba en la habitacion y hacia ruido!!

Непрацював фен для волосся, й небуло праски в номері, хоча аона вказана що присутня, в вітальні було досить прохолодно так як там працював кондиціонер, але у спальні нажаль бракувало кондиціонера , так як лише один і він був розташований в вітальні тому він незміг охолоджувати й спальню, знайшли носки в шафі можливо прибиральниця небула достатньо уважною

Indretningen af køkkenet og badeværelset kunne være bedre. Særligt toilettet var meget klemt placeret.

Los apartamentos estaban muy limpios y cómodos, con camas y colchones muy confortables. También hay piscina. La ubicación es excelente: muy cerca del mar, de Mercadona y de Lidl, a los que se puede ir andando. El cambio de toallas era regular y el personal muy amable. Llegamos bastante tarde y nos alojaron sin ningún problema. También salimos muy temprano y todo fue fácil y bien organizado. ¡Muchas gracias! Hemos disfrutado mucho de nuestra estancia y recomendamos estos apartamentos.

Jeden z najlepszych pobytów w hotelu. Cudowna, niezwykle miła obsługa. Wszystko można bez problemu załatwić, odpowiadają sprawnie na wiadomości. Wyjątkowo smaczne śniadania, duży wybór, każdy coś dla siebie znajdzie i można się nimi najeść. Apartament przestronny, jasny, dobrze umeblowany. Klimatyzacja działała bardzo dobrze, a pokoje były regularnie sprzątane. Na plus basen hotelowy, jako alternatywa do wychodzenia na plaże. Sama lokalizacja idealna, centrum Palmanova, blisko sklepy, restauracje, plaże. Hotel nie ma parkingu, ale nie było problemu z parkowaniem przy ulicach w pobliżu, zawsze znaleźliśmy jakieś wolne miejsce. Bardzo polecam i na pewno wrócę!

El traslado desde el aeropuerto, comodísimo. La ubicación fantástica, a un paso de la parada de bus. La zona, además, era muy tranquila.

La relación calidad-precio es muy mejorable. Sabemos que la zona está muy masificada y que la oferta es la que es. Pero aun así, entendemos que los servicios para lo que pagamos eran escasos. La nevera no tiene ni un mini congelador, cosa que en verano en esta zona se echa mucho en falta. El baño era pequeño, no disponía de geles y solo nos dejaron un rollo de papel higiénico para cada uno (éramos tres y estuvimos tres noches). Supuestamente tienen servicio de habitaciones, sin embargo tras la primera noche no pasaron a recoger a pesar de dejar el colgador de aviso en la puerta. Después de la segunda nos tocaron en la puerta para dejarnos unas toallas, parte de las cuales estaban sucias. Les pedimos más papel higiénico y solo nos dieron un rollo más. En fin, detalles que no cuesta cuidar y hacen que la experiencia quedara un poco afeada. Las fotos, además, están retocadísimas y, si bien corresponden a las de los apartamentos, la pureza del filtro lleva a engaño.

Lovely apartment in a great location (near to beach, shops and a bus stop that gets you into palma and the airport) access to both pool at the apartments and pool at the hotel where you check in and out.

The air con in our room wasn’t amazing, it cooled the kitchen/living area down a bit but was still rather warm and didn’t reach the bedroom at all however we were visiting when it was 34 degrees everyday.

The apartment was perfect for what we needed it for very clean and had everything we needed. The air con is great. All the staff where extremely friendly and helpful would definitely stay here or in the hotel again.

Esta muy bien ubicado, tiene muchos electrodomésticos útiles, camadas cómodas y es muy limpio. Además cuenta una linda pileta.

Appartamenti nuovi, spaziosi e ben isolati, muniti di piscina e con staff molto gentile e accogliente. La struttura è a 5 minuti dal mare, vicino la via principale di Palmanova dove ci sono molti ristoranti e negozi. Inoltre è vicino fermata Bus per spostarsi comodamente in tutta Palma.

Zimmer war im Gegensatz zur gesamt Immobilie, überraschend sehr gut, sauber und modern.

Достаточно места, в номере просторно. В спальне нормальные матрасы. На ресепшене хорошая женщина и команда по завтракам. Ремонт свежий, пол приятный. Рядом Лидил, Алди.

Район, по тротуарам нельзя ходить из за столбов, провода везде похоже как в Азии. В ванной нельзя нормально помыть руки, кран очень низкий. Проход к Унитазу закрыт умывальником. Стулья поломаны. Шторы в пыли сильно. Не видно старания вообще об удобстве гостей. Завтрак по меню очень маленькому, очень быстро надоедает. Напор воды на кухне очень слабый.

Very clean, good air conditioner, modern decor, comfortable beds, hot water, well equipped kitchen, excellent staff, close to lidl and mercadona. Cafes nearby, close to main bus stop. Nice beds around the pool, excellent if you want a quieter place, well run, great for couples and families.

A good budget-friendly option close to the sea. The location is convenient, and the beach can be reached within a short walk. Parking might be a challenge during the high season, but we visited during a quieter period and were always able to find a spot without much difficulty. Overall, this hotel offers excellent value for money. If you’re looking for an affordable place to stay near the coast, it’s definitely worth considering.

Tolle Lage, sehr sauber.bSupermärkte in 5 Minuten fußläufig erreichbar. Zum Strand ebenfalls 5 Minuten. Lokale in unmittelbarer Nähe. Handtücher werden jeden 2. Tag getauscht. 2 Balkone, gepflegter Pool. Freundliche Mitarbeiter. Klare Empfehlung.

Im kleinen Badezimmer wären ein paar Haken vorteilhaft. Die Küchen Ausstattung ließe sich noch verbessern.

The staff at the hotel (connected to the apartment) were amazing. Everything was very clean and tidy, recently refurbished to a high standard. Lovely private little pool area - just what we needed.

No fault of their own, but there is some construction work ongoing on a property at the end of the street which was quite noisy if you were wanting a chill by the pool. You can however nip across to the hotel for a pool day there instead

Modern appartement met prima keuken. De ontvangst in het naastgelegen hotel ging erg vlot. Daar kan je ook met al je vragen terecht. Dicht bij het strand en de boulevard. Supermarkt om de hoek. Goede bedden en goede douche. Handdoeken worden vaak verschoont en het appartement schoongemaakt tussendoor

Heel weinig, behalve dat de keukendoek en vaatdoek niet verwisseld werden. Dus na een week erg vies. De ruimte tussen wc en wasbak is erg krap ontworpen. Haal het plastic van het bed of je zweet weg.

Les appartements cotés piscine sont plus agréables. Ceux qui donnent côté montagne, donnent également sur les routes. Nous avons toutefois pu changer facilement.

Exactly like the pictures, clean and fresh. Requested a double bed and this was facilitated. Staff were really helpful, particularly with calling us local taxis. The housekeeping staff were so friendly too. Right near a Lidl which is perfect to cook your own things. Shower was great and water was always hot when we wanted it. No complaints

Only possibly improvement would be some cleaning spray in the kitchen and a couple more tea towels but really that’s the only thing

I cannot recommend this property enough, from arriving at the reception desk to be greeted by a lovely receptionist to the worlds COMFIEST bed it was nothing short of a 5 star stay in my opinion. They even allow you to leave your luggage if you arrive early/depart late and have a shower room to shower if you need. The apartment is spacious, clean and has the swimming pool facility and is only a 5-minute walk from the beach. For the price we paid, Martinez apartments exceeded my expectations.

Logement très propre, tout a fait conforme aux photos. Le personnel de l'hôtel était très agréable. Proche des restaurants et de la plage.

Petit bémol sur la salle de bain : très peu de rangements, notamment pour ranger ses cosmétiques et poser ses vêtements et sa serviette lorsque l'on prend sa douche

La comodidad, la tranquilidad y la luz que tiene es lo más destacable. También la limpieza es notable. La ubicación es ideal y se adapta completamente a lo que necesitamos.

El baño es muy pequeño y le falta algún estante para poder colocar las cosas de uso cotidiano. En cuánto al menaje de cocina creemos que faltarían 2 ensaladeras de uso individual.

Sehr nah am Strand gelegen, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gleich ums Eck und Parken ging auch in den Straßen direkt am Appartmemt. Großzügiger wohn- Essberrich und Schlafzimmer Mir gefällt das eine kleine Unterkunft ist mit wenig Apartments und sehr sauber

Teilweise Geräte beschädigt (Wasserkocher) Sehr kleines Bad Außenrum viel Baustellenlärm zu unserer Zeit. Leider keine direkten Ansprechpartner oder Personal gesehen, außer den Putztrupp. Kommunikation lief aber gut über die booking App

Die Wohnung selbst war völlig in Ordnung – sauber, gut gepflegt und genau wie beschrieben. Wir hatten keinerlei Probleme mit der Unterkunft und haben uns während unseres Aufenthalts wohlgefühlt.

Wir waren sehr enttäuscht darüber, wie an der Rezeption mit Gästen umgegangen wird. Wir sind früh am Morgen (gegen 8:00 Uhr) angekommen, aber da der Check-in erst um 14:00 Uhr möglich war, wurde uns keinerlei Unterstützung oder Alternative angeboten. Das größte Problem trat beim Check-out auf. Unser Flug ging erst am Abend, daher mussten wir unser Gepäck bis etwa 18:00 Uhr irgendwo unterbringen. Als wir an der Rezeption nachfragten, wurde uns anstelle einer einfachen Lösung ein Zimmer in einem anderen Hotel für 80 € angeboten. Das war besonders unverständlich, da im Gebäude selbst ein Gepäckraum vorhanden ist.

We stayed here off-season during March, so the price was super. The pool is lovely, sadly it was too cold to dip in :) The apartment is small, but sufficient for a family with 1 baby.

There is no king sized bed, but 2 separate single beds next to each other. The gap in the middle is not good if the baby sleeps in the bed with parents. The property kindly prepared the sofa-bed for us, which was OK to sleep in with our baby. There is no baby chair.

My bedroom in room 102 was directly above the pool house for the swimming pool so the motor/pump was constantly in use switching on and off 24 hours of the day which was ok during the day but during the night the motor/pump switching on and off and making a droning noise whilst trying to sleep It took me several nights to locate where the noise was coming from and after having reported the problem late at night the miter/ pump was switched off but by the time this was done I had moved my bed into the living room /kitchen to enable me to get some sleep but by the following day the noise was back on 24 hours and I slept in the living room for the rest of my holiday because I was told there were no other rooms to move me to The problem needs resolving by the management and owners of the complex and room 102 should not be used by holidaymakers until the problem is resolved By either fitting a new motor/pump and sound proofing the pool room below It is a shame because the apartment was nice and this ongoing noise problem should have been rectified before me and any other guests had arrived

Schönes helles Apartement. Fast jeden Tag gesäubert und neue Handtücher. Der Wasserkocher war defekt, der wurde ausgetauscht. Nah am Strand. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten für Frühstück 3 Minuten entfernt. Busse direkt um die Ecke. Daumen hoch.

Bett etwas ausgelegen. Leider hatten wir nicht die Sonnenseite, Balkon zum Pool wie auf den Bildern. Sondern Sicht auf eine Wand und somit Schatten. Schule um die Ecke.

The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. A small issue on the first day was sorted promptly by the staff. Great location, only 5 min walk to the beach and a shop, and a Lidl and Aldi across the road. Will definitely recommend and will book again if we find ourselves in Mallorca in the future. Appartamenti fedeli alle immagini sul sito, tenuta bene e pulita, con cambio lenzuola e asciugamani ogni 2 giorni. Finestre giganti e appartamento super illuminato. Zona comodissima, sia per uscire a piedi la sera, sia come punto di partenza per girare l'isola in macchina. Vicino a tutte le comodità: supermercati, ristoranti, spiaggia, noleggio biciclette, ciclabile...

Noi siamo andati a metà marzo quindi abbiamo sempre trovato da parcheggiare l'auto o per strada sotto la struttura, oppure nel parcheggio gratuito a 100mt... ma dicono che con l'alta stagione sia molto difficile parcheggiare, anche se è un problema l'email di tutta l'isola. Forse il bagno un pò piccolo ma per 2 persone era comodo.

The apartment was bright and airy, comfortable with a large balcony. The WiFi worked perfectly on my tablet. There was plenty of utensils and equipment in the kitchenette. The sofa and beds were very comfortable. The shower was powerful. There was a smart TV. Location was very convenient. 2 to minutes from restaurants and bus stop.

Estuvo genial, todo muy bien, el apartamento tiene lo necesario para pasar un par de días ahí y muy agradable.

Si que haría falta cerrar la ducha del todo ya que si no tenías mucho cuidado se salía algo de agua.

De ligging qua afstand tot zee, winkels cq centrum is top. Kunnen het interieur wel iets gezelliger maken !

The apartment style reminded me a bit of my home so I felt really comfortable. The balconies were the biggest highlight, and the coffee machine and Italian espresso maker! The bed was extremely comfy and the view from the bedroom was amazing. I already miss having coffees on the balcony and watching the stars at night :) the TV was very well equipped also with all the apps so if you have subscription to Netflix, Movistar etc you have access to all entertainment in 1 click. I watched a lot of tennis in the evenings. Cleaning was very efficient and frequent. Great location and 5 min walking distance to my 2 favourite spots - the beach and tennis courts.

Just a minor observation. Sometimes I could hear bathroom noise from the neighbouring apartment either upstairs or downstairs, but it wasn’t disturbing. An oven would have been a great addition to the apartment, but the microwave does the trick too.

Die Wohnung war modern eingerichtet und durch die großen Fenster angenehm hell. Der Pool im Außenbereich ist sehr schön angelegt. Es gibt ausreichend Parkplätze in den umliegenden Straßen.

Die Küchenausstattung war funktional, aber minimal. In einigen Ecken (unterm Bett und hinter Nachtschränkchen) war es teilweise staubig. Unterm Bett fanden wir große und riechende Stockflecken, die nach unserer Anmerkung entfernt wurden.

Het was een prachtig, onlangs gerenoveerd appartement met alle benodigde voorzieningen en voldoende ruimte.

LA UBICACION Y LA LIMPIEZA

LAS CAMAS, EL AIRE ACONDICIONADO CON OLOR A POCA LIMPIEZA Y EL FRIGORIFICO MEDIO ESTROPEADO EMPEZO A ENFRIAR CASI AL IRNOS

Als wir (im Januar) ankamen war das Apartment super kalt. Geheizt wurde über ein Klima-Gerät im Wohnzimmer. Schlafzimmer und Badezimmer hatten keine Heizung und blieben eiskalt. Auch nachdem die Heizung über Nacht lief, blieb die Wohnung unangenehm kalt. Die Möbel und Oberflächen waren stark abgenutzt/ hatten abgebrochene Stellen. Das Klimagerät war ursprünglich mal weiß - jetzt vergilbt. Das Warmwasser wurde über einen Boiler aufbereitet, der auf Kopfhöhe im Schlafzimmer-Schrank ist. Die Geräusche haben einen entspannten Schlaf verhindert. Im Badezimmer war zusätzlich die Handtuchhalterung gebrochen. Hätte man gerne vorab reparieren können. Der Platz zwischen Waschbecken und Toilette ist so gering, das ich als schlanker Mensch Probleme hatte.

Tener aparcamiento gratuito cerca del alojamiento. Poder hacer uso de la tostadora. La televisión era de buen tamaño. Excelente ubicación, cerca de comercios y supermercados.

Los muebles eran básicos y la cocina sólo tenía lo esencial . Faltaban tijeras, las sartenes de teflón estaban desgastadas y una de ellas completamente rallada. Hay cafetera de cápsulas, pero ni siquiera te dejan un par. Habría estado bien tener algunos ganchos para ropa y toallas, así como un estante en el baño. En el salón hubieran venido bien unos ganchos para colgar el abrigo. En el dormitorio y en el baño hacía frío. La bomba de calor estaba detrás de un mueble, no calentaba todo el apartamento. Las camas se hundían por el medio, los colchones están desgastados. Relación calidad-precio Caro.
