Had to figure put quite hard where the rooms are

Communication before arrival was great, there was a TV with Netflix in the room, the bed was comfy and the type of room (top floor double) was completely reasonable for the price. Included wall hooks and plenty of hangers to substitute for no wardrobe.

They had ran out of towels, and the lady on ‘reception’ wasn’t particularly helpful - she did confirm we would get some the next day, but we were only there for one night… if they had communicated this before our arrival, we could have bought our own. The bathroom had quite clearly not been deep cleaned in a very long time - clumps of dust around the extractor fan (which is eye level if you’re tall) and in the corners of the floor, limescale around the bathroom tiles, etc. The toilet seat was broken, the sink tap was just about holding on, and the skirting board when entering the bathroom looked like it had been mulled by a dog. The kettle could have also used a bit of limescale remover..

Really good value for the location and easy access to the city and the airport.

Having owned a property in that Victorian estate, the plumbing was a bit smelly because sewers were designed for a single residential application and don't cope very well with multi-person occupation.

There was a fan in the bathroom but it didn’t have a switch so the bathroom did have a bit of a smell the second day. Also wasn’t super keen that the keys were all just left on the side with no one there to check in. I could’ve picked up anyone’s keys who was checking in that day

The room was clean, and the location was relatively good. The staff was friendly and tried to find solutions, but unfortunately without success.

There was no air conditioning. Given the intense heat there, staying in the attic room was very challenging.

Easy check in, clean and tidy room. Traveled down for a gig at local location and stayed for one night, no complaints would stay again.

This was an awful experience. The room was extremely small and seriously lacking in cleanliness. The bedding did not look properly changed, and when we arrived on the first night, we found two drops of blood on our pillow. That was completely unacceptable and honestly horrifying. The biggest warning I would give to future guests is to check the cancellation policy very carefully before booking. Our reservation was non-refundable, and once we saw the actual condition of the room, we immediately wished we could leave and cancel, but we were effectively stuck with the booking. Anyone thinking of staying here should double-check the recent reviews, room conditions, hygiene standards, and refund policy before paying. We were extremely disappointed and would never book this hotel again.

Lovely and friendly staff, hotel is close to the centre which we really appreciated. Bed was very comfortable.

I’m 68 and room was top floor 6 flights of stairs🙁. No staff to assist. Toilet seat totally loose. To use shower bit dangerous as bath so slippery, shower mat would be good. Chipped sink, double doors to Juliet balcony could not lock. Kettle was manky not descaled. Tap on sink was really loose.

I like the decor, and how close it was to the venue

The shower and bathroom was far too small (I'm 6 feet tall), 5 flights of stairs, no staff when I arrived, wifi signal was poor, VERY hot in room (but that was because it was in direct sunlight so can't really complain there), the other guests were very loud.

The only member of staff I saw was a cleaner. The bed was hard and uncomfortable. The toilet seat didn't fit and kept falling forward when sitting on it. The lower floor where I was smelt very strongly of cats, not sure if it came from the dirty linen bags stored in the hallway. The toilet seat had stains on it possibly from not being cleaned. There was cat mess outside the garden door and an empty plastic cup. There was no breakfast arrangements, not even mention of local facilities to obtain breakfast. I picked up a piece of rubbish on the bathroom floor. The tiles in the shower were showing signs of what is likely to become mould. There was no ventilation, so thank goodness it had not been the week before in temperatures of 30°.

The location was good. That is all.

The walls were dirty or covered in mould. There were no kitchen towels, oven trays, salt, pepper basic kitchen amenities. The walls are incredibly thin and whoever was above us decided to rearrange furniture and stomp very loudly at 1am-5am in the morning. The reception numbers were different and the staff were extremely slow at responding to any questions or needs. The general lack of care was poor.

The location was close to to the nearest tube station and was in a quiet area. The bed was comfortable and the shower was of a good size.

The bathroom had a sewer smell to it. When I went to retrieve an item I dropped under the bed, it was dirty underneath.

Close to the Olympia venue and good value for money in the area. Bed and pillows were also comfortable and a decent shower. Can open up the French windows and bathroom skylight to get a breeze flow through

Could have been a bit cleaner in the bathroom and the fan provided wasn't ideal - the attic room gets very hot in a heat wave so a powerful desktop fan would have been better.

Situato in zona 2 della metro a circa 7 minuti di distanza da 3 fermate metro (Hammersmith, West Kensington e Barons Court) a pochi metri un supermercato aperto H24 e una caffetteria per fare colazione. Gradita la presenza di USB in camera così che non servono gli adattatori EU/UK Camera con vista nel retro palazzo, letto comodo. La nostra era la numero 8. Gradita la possibilità di lasciare i bagagli prima di occupare la camera. Asciugacapelli non funzionante fortunatamente cambiato in giornata.

Staff quasi inesistente. Il check-in è stato fatto da remoto con la chiave della camera lasciata in reception, nonostante avessi sollecitato un cambio biancheria (lenzuola ed asciugamani già prima di arrivare a Londra dopo aver letto le precedenti recensioni) dopo 4 notti finalmente sono stati cambiati i soli asciugamani senza cambio lenzuola (il nostro pernottamento era di 7 notti) i pavimenti non sono stati lavati ma solo i sanitari. La pulizia della camera non è prevista, vi viene detto che verrà fatta su richiesta, ma alla nostra richiesta in terza giornata ci è stato detto che le camere da sistemare erano troppe e avrebbero rimandato al giorno dopo. Non è un hotel, è un affittacamere senza reception. Il nostro bagno puzzava di fogna, abbiamo ripetutamente sollecitato il problema sia in forma scritta che verbale, abbiamo acquistato un deodorante per il bagno per alleviare l'odore pessimo ma nulla è cambiato. Inoltre la porta del bagno non ha una chiusura ermetica, è scorrevole e appoggiata esternamente a un binario pertanto non chiude bene, passano odori. La camera all'arrivo era abbastanza pulita ma alcune parti del bagno (vetro doccia, guarnizioni bagno, ventola bagno e binari finestre) non vengono puliti da mesi (foto a disposizione). In bagno vengono forniti solo gli asciugamani da doccia, non quello per il viso né il tappetino per la doccia. Manca un frigorifero.

Staying at a typical English House and neighbourhood is a plus. 10 mins away by walking to the closest subway station.

Único ponto negativo foi que os utensílios de cozinha estavam sujos quando chegamos, não tinha a bucha para lavar e a tampa da sanita estava quebrada de um lado, mas não afetou em nada nossa viagem. Foi incrível.

Room was very dated, paint chipped and walls, skirting boards not clean. Cobwebs and splattered flies on walls. Was also very thin walls so could hear people above and to side

El barrio, cama muy cómoda y las vistas.

There was thick layers of dust in parts, in particular, the bathroom side of the door, that should have been cleaned. And no teabags, only coffee. Very disappointing when I came to make myself a cup of tea.

Booked the hotel as attended a concert in British Airways ARC, hotel was a 5 minute walk from there and also a 15 minute walk to Hammersmith Station. Room was clean and easy to access with code. Telephone numbers provided to call housekeeping staff if needed.

Noone on reception desk just an envelope with a key, could have someone there to greet and welcome during check-in times. Room quite small but expected in the area.

Floors were quite dirty in the room. Lights in the bathroom were aggressively hot when turned on and ventilation fan didn’t work. No amenities provided besides hand soap and toilet paper (listing said there would be toiletries and a hair dryer).

There are ants in the room and the floor feel oily if my feet are damp after walk out of toilet. There is also spider in my room. I complaint to the staff but nothing solves. Also no room service at all for 5 days 4 nights I stayed there. Later I also found some ants died in my water bottle...

Proche de plusieurs stations de métro, il était plutôt simple de se déplacer en centre ou dans les autres parties de la ville. La rue est assez calme. La chambre est plutôt petite mais contient tout le nécessaire quand on veut un endroit où dormir

Plutôt lié à la canicule mais l’établissement malgré qu’il fournisse un ventilateur les pièces restent chaudes et le sommeil est du coup plus complexe. L’établissement est aussi très discret et on peut passer devant sans le remarquer .

Where do I start? Room was filthy. Went to reception to ask for it to be cleaned, no one was there. So I helped myself to a gross broken broom and rechargeable hoover that was just left up against the wall near a fire escape in the corridor. The floor in the room was filthy, cobwebs everywhere on the ceiling, especially in the bathroom which was literally infested with tiny spiders. Absolutely stank of sewage. We were ground level (well in the basement) and the Windows didnt lock (they were big sliding ones you can literally climb in and out of). So being 3 young women, didn't feel comfortable at all sleeping in this room and took sleeping shifts. Ridiculous to be honest. Plug sockets didn't work so was left with 1 charging port between 3 of us. Shower pressure was the worst I've EVER used, almost unusable. My 2 cousins refused to use the shower anyway because of the spider infestation in the bathroom. Paid £60 each (x3) for one night in this room and was booked months in advance. It was gross. When we came back in for the night after being at a concert, bare in mind we are basement level, the fire exit was completely blocked by full clean/dirty laundry bags stacked up high against the door. But hey ho, if there was a fire at least we could have escaped out our room windows that weren't restricted or lockable! Can I add, we didn't see a single member of staff the whole time apart from briefly at check in. So couldn't ask for help or anything to be rectified.

La posizione era comodissima, a in zona 2 e a poco più di 5 minuti dalle fermate della metro West Kensington (District line) e Barons Court (District e Piccadilly line) ma comodissimo anche l'autobus 28 che ti porta in poco tempo a Notting Hill e l'autobus 9 che ti porta verso Harrods, alcuni parchi, Piccadilly e poi lo Stand. La zona è residenziale e silenziosa e ci sono dei market aperti fino alle 23. La camera era un po' piccola ma con bagno interno e soprattutto davvero pulita che non è per nulla scontato a Londra. Ottima comunicazione con lo staff che si è resa disponibile sia per tenere i bagagli prima del check-in sia per un late check-in

Non so se è stata una dimenticanza ma era presente solo l'asciugamano grande da doccia e non quello per il viso così come non era presente un tappeto per la doccia. Ho sentito un po' la mancanza di entrambi.

Location was great for access to the tube and shops. The room was clean and comfortable despite the heat when we stayed. Check in was easy.

Room was very hot and had sash windows which when opened allowed a lot of noise from the street in overnight.

Perfect for attending events at Olympia - 10 mins away on foot. Good location - 10 mins from Barons Court underground, in a very pleasant neighbourhood. The room was compact, but clean comfortable and safe. Excellent value for money.

We got a lower level room which was cooler during g the heat wave. It also came with a fridge which was helpful.

We were there during a heat wave and the small fan in our room barely did anything to cool it down. We didn’t have even a small refrigerator to keep any food or drinks in.

Our booking was not honoured. When we arrived they said we had been allocated a single room, despite having confirmation that a double had been booked. They tried to persuade us to take the single despite the bed being only suitable for one person, and we were two! They offered us no alternative and then failed to make our refund quickly so we are still waiting for that. It felt like this was a regular occurrence and potential scam. ETA Booking.com tells us you are not responding to our request for a full refund. We are still waiting nearly 2 weeks later - despite your confirmation that you did not provide a room. Please expedite.

The location was good as it was near the Queens Tennis tournament. Being able to leave luggage at the property if arrived before check in time.

Good location.

Seemed aware of a pre-existing problem in the room leading to a complete shutdown of electricity on my first night at the property. Did very little to rectify the situation when called in the morning, and electrician only arrived 3 hours later which led to me being late for an event. I was asked "if I really needed the light given it is so light outside" by manager Daisy which was an extremely callous way of managing a difficult situation. Was ultimately told the issue cannot be fixed and I booked another stay. Reception and housekeeping staff were apologetic and helped with issuing a refund for the remainder of the stay.

Location was good

The room was bit small and it was so hot even with the fan , it was raining alot so couldn’t open windows. Rooms are too hot for summers. Asked reception staff to change the room , no other room was available. No air conditioning available in any rooms

Excellent location as I was going to the Queens Championship so it was perfect and in general a good location in a nice building.

Reception was not available at 15:00 had to wait to be checked in; also the rooms is not sound proof; I could hear everyone coming in and out and also all sort of activities in the other rooms until late night, but the worst part is the way they clean the rooms; it looks clean but then you feel everything is cover in some sort of layer of whatever product they use that makes things slightly slippery as well as sticky; it is very unpleasant, had to use either shoes inside or wall on top of the towels that I put on the floor.

The location was great as it was near to avenue we attended to see a show called Chat Noir

The shower was dreadful and was only a trickle. There was a strong smell of mustiness being in the basement, which was supposed to be a better room as the one we booked online didn’t show on their booking system when we arrived.

- À l'étage, tout le système de chaufferie en face des chambres chauffe l'étage ainsi que le système de plomberie dans les murs qui irradie dans la chambre (L'hiver cela doit être sympathique mais pas au printemps/été quand on rentre dans la chambre se rafraîchir) Le miroir de la salle de bain était bouillant. - Autre problème de plomberie, la chambre a été inondée un matin. Aucune explication de la part du personnel - Aucune aide ni solution n'a été apporté par la cheffe d'établissement uniquement joignable par téléphone quand elle veut bien répondre. C'est dommage car cette maison/hôtel aurait pu une bonne adresse bon marché, mais au moindre problème vous êtes seuls à gérer

I'm not sure if all the rooms are the same but the top floor room I was in was extremely warm throughout the night. The fan provided wasn't the best even on the highest setting so an upgrade would be a good idea

No milk didn't reply to messages then decided ld have black tea better than nothing kettle didn't work. Bathroom door very poorly fitted considering l paid for deluxe room god knows what the budget would be like definitely not value for extra money

Servizio assolutamente inesistente, come lo staff che di fatto non esiste. In 3 giorni nessuno si è mai affacciato in camera per portare un telo o magari fare un cambio lenzuola o dare una spazzata al pavimento. Assolutamente niente. Questa struttura non si può classificare come hotel, ma è solo un semplice affittacamere.
