Gek dat je zelf waspoeder moet aanschaffen. Douche was laaag en ik ben 1,70 dus lange mensen passen er niet.

The room has totally nothing related to the picture shown online. I booked a room with bathroom, the room is freaking small and old, like a helper room. Bathroom shower head was rusted, no hand shower, hot water takes long time. Basin was outside the bathroom, small. Single bed, tiny space like just a 28” space in the middle of the room, you need to hang towels and clothes on the rack on top the table, not even having wardrobe rack space in the room, totally different from what they have in picture shown, what a scam. Room was beside busy road, you hear honks and busy truck noises all day long, 12am girls outside the corridor was shouting and talking loudly, slamming doors, sound proof was bad. The property is located in a very tiny lane, not safe at might too. The worst experience was when I checked in, staff attitude was really bad, the chinese guy rudely told me check in time was 3pm, and he went to open the door and ask me to sit outside the hotel, and came in at 3pm. ??? I asked then where can I put my luggage then, he just said no luggage space in the property. Even though eventually he said I can sit at the public area with my luggage and wait there, but why don’t you said it from the beginning instead of chasing me out the property like I owe you 500k? What a bad attitude.

Location is quite good. Just a few steps to Jalan Alor.

No window room makes me a headache. It may look a widow on the pic, but it's not. To get to the bed you must use a ladder. I found it quite dangerous. Make sure you are fit and no fear of heights. The worst i found after check out: they will NOT let you store your luggage. I found it pretty scandalous. Also no support, any info where to find a store. I wouldn't go back to this place even they would drop their price to 1eur.

When I walked in the room, there are still some dust on the desk. The floor wasn’t fully clean. The room is facing street, cars were very loud at night.

很靠近金三角，交通方便。樓下有免費的洗衣機（需自備洗衣液），和廚房。自助入住對i人來說很贊👍🏻。

樓裏隔音很差。但是因為性價比很高，所以能接受。

太不干净了。床单都脏的，第二天起来，身上我都被不知道什么生物咬（不是蚊子块）。同时发了信息给酒店，也没有回复。体验太差了

Lage des Hotels war gut und das Zimmer sauber. Service bzw. Personal gibt es keines, das man beurteilen könnte. Mehr gibt es dazu nicht zu sagen.

Die Infobeschilderung zum Hotel in kleiner Nebenstraße ist dermaßen schlecht, dass es der Taxifahrer trotz Navi erst nach langem Suchen gefunden hat, weil als Adresse angegeben ist nur die Hauptstraße. Bei der Buchung war nicht angegeben, dass es sich um ein self check in handelt. Info mit Code für das Fach mit Zimmerschlüssel bekommt man erst am Ankunfttag per mail bzw. Whatsapp. Im Flugzeug oder gleich nach Ankunft hatte ich nicht sofort Internetzugang, wusste also nichts davon. Das heisst, wenn man kein Internet hat, steht man müde vor verschlossener Hoteltüre, ist komplett sich selbst überlassen und muss schauen, wie man das Problem löst. Das ist inakzeptabel. Werde das Hotel daher nicht mehr buchen.

Nice clean room in a coliving space. There is a space to do free laundry and a nice communal area downstairs. The location is very good - near several MRT stations and 5 minutes from lots of restaurants and a night market. The self check in was also very easy.

There is no way to store luggage before checking in / after checking out.

Second time staying here. The hotel provides a pleasant environment, helpful staff, and excellent accessibility to public transport. Laundry facilities are available, although guests are required to buy their own detergent. The 6th floor provides a nice viewpoint of surrounding skyscrapers and serves as a space to hang out with friends while enjoying the city lights at night. I enjoyed my stay and would come back again.

I generally do not have high demands, but I honestly have no complaints about the property and it has met my expectations on both stays.

It is clean and comfortable, it is like a hostel, but it provides its own shower in the room. Can do laundry at the same time. That is why I really like this place. I will come back whenever I am going to KL next time. Forgot to mention, walkable area. I can go anywhere in Bukti Bintang. The night food street "Jalan Alor" just a few steps from the hotel.

【立地】 ・KLの中央を走るMRLの駅まで近く移動しやすい ・現地ではポピュラーなストア（24hコンビニ含む）が散歩圏内なのでちょっとした不足品の購入が容易 ・Jalan Alor周辺、Bukit Bintang駅周辺まで徒歩圏内なので日中はMRLで市内観光、夜間は近隣で夜市など生活しやすい

【部屋】 予約の際 窓の有無で価格が大きく違ったが実際は窓があるものの窓として機能しておらず価格の差を感じなかった 【入室までのセオリー】 結果的にWhatsappでのやり取りで完結するものではあったものの 予約時（Trip.com）には明確に説明されていなかったので到着まで不安でしかない。Trip.comサイト上の「宿泊先とのメッセージ」機能も全く機能しておらず何度質問しても返信が来ることはなかった 【ランドリー】 長期旅程中で洗濯が必要だった為この部屋を選んだ理由のひとつである「無料ランドリー」だったが使えないに等しい。確かに利用は無料だったが洗剤は含んでおらず自身で購入が必要⇨近隣では㎏単位の物しか売っておらずバックパッカーには購入しづらいサイズしかない。洗濯機、乾燥機共に3台ずつあるが客室数に比例しておらずいつ行っても空いていない。それならばと早朝利用と思ったが実際にはホテルスタッフがシーツ等 客室用品の洗濯に長時間使っており やはり使えない。せめてホテルの備品の洗濯には外部を使ってほしい。あと洗濯機や乾燥機の使用後の清掃を促すプリントが表示されていたが全く清掃されておらず使う気になれないほど汚れていたのと上記記載の理由に伴い結果的に外のコインランドリーで選択する羽目になった 【エントランス～喫煙所】 ここにゴミを捨てる人が目立つ。入り口であり喫煙所でもあるのにたくさんのゴミが捨てられていた。早朝到着のスタッフもここに捨てていたのも目撃。上記【ランドリー】への記載も含め 宿泊者の民度が非常に低い可能性があります。

Location is very good though; 5 min to LRT IMBI, Berjaya mall, 1 min to Bukit Bintang and Jalan Alor.

Remember your college dorm? If not, this is the place. People coming and going at any time, laughing, making noise, not bothering if others are sleeping or not. If this doesn't keep you awake, there is the traffic, motorcycles rumbling, would-be F1 racers, etc. No earplugs can cover this. To complain or request assistance; no hotel administration on site, you have to WhatsApp. Extra towels? pillows? you have to make do with what is in the room. I stayed 10 nights as it was already paid.

The room was unfortunately dirty - specifically the bathroom was quite mouldy. There was also an unfortunate smell in the room. If the room was given a deep clean including washing the walls, it would be great.

Booked a room with a window. Arrived and realised I cannot look out of my window, because it was fully covered by several air cons. Mold on the wall above the bed.

Ottima posizione, da cui potersi spostare ovunque a piedi. La camera era silenziosa, il terrazzino all'ultimo piano un plus. Appena arrivato, la sera, ho scoperto che le batterie del telecomando dell'aria condizionata erano scariche. Fatto presente al personale dello Staff, sempre presente anche di notte all'ingresso, mi sono state fornite batterie nuove nel giro di pochi minuti e tutto ha ripreso a funzionare correttamente. Comodo il sistema di self check-in e check-out grazie ad un'ottima comunicazione via WhatsApp. Un altro plus sono la zona living, con cucina e area relax, oltre che alla lavanderia, che rendono il tutto simile ad un ostello, dove è facile socializzare e passare del tempo piacevole. Ci tornerei.

The rooms, the location and the whole concept of self check in and all. Everything was properly and timely communicated via WhatsApp making life easier.

There could have been a provision of getting the room cleaned during the stay, by just hanging a board on the room handle like it's done in hotels.

The location is good because it is in Bukit Bintang wherein there’s a lot options where to eat. It is even walking distance to Jalan Alor Night Market.

The metal door at the 2nd floor needs to be fixed or changed because it makes a lot of noise when someone opens it. I stayed at Room 202 and I can hear it. 🙁

Great price-quality ratio! The location is perfect and in the center of all entertainment and at the same time a quiet place. A room with a window and a view of the Petronas towers. Air conditioning, but you can open the window for fresh air. Shower with toilet as a cabin, the drain works perfectly. The sink is separate, very convenient. TV with YouTube. Clean, key entry and on the roof there is a platform with tables, chairs and sockets. Contactless check-in/check-out. On the first floor there is a full kitchen. Very happy with the stay. I liked everything!

Está cerca de bukit bintang, Jalan alor y metro imbi, pero está ubicado en un callejón pequeño y secundario

El recepcionista fue un borde al llegar sin explicar nada del método de checkin, me dijo que lo enviaría por WhatsApp. Al subir al piso hay otra puerta (en mi caso no funcionaba la tarjeta magnética y tuve que escribirles para poder acceder) a esa puerta del piso 2 le hace falta engrasarla, cada vez que alguien la abre se entera todo el hotel. Las paredes son de papel, se escucha todo, hay bastante ruido, como de un motor de ventilador o algo así, y el sumidero del baño hace tambien ruido aunque no uses tú el lavabo ni el WC. Las toallas tienen manchas, huelen a humedad y hasta tienen algún pelo ajeno. Por barato que sea, yo no volvería!

The check in process is too complicated for me and the room size is small because to open a 20 kg suitcase there is no comfortable space.

La struttura si trova in una posizione strategica per visitare Kuala Lumpur. È comodo il check-in automatico ed è possibile lasciare i bagagli dopo il check-out.

Il bagno è molto piccolo e la pulizia non è il massimo.

I came no towels for me provided The bath matt dirty on the floor in front of the balcony .. The only kinda of towel provided was smelling so bad like dirty old towels I was obliged to put it in the balcony so that I don't have the smell in the room No reception all is self service. So when I contacted the owner they were responding in rude was not really caring and told me I won't have towel before next day... Was mentioned that kettle is provided but the kettle pug doesn't match the Malaysian plugs so I couldn't use it. I asked where I can get adapter they told me they don't have..... Like nothing works here and staff on WhatsApp are so unfriendly

Bukit Bintang에 위치해서 지하철, 모노레일, 버스 등을 이용하기에 좋다. 주변에 마트, 편의점, 레스토랑 등 필요한 것이 다 있다. 공용시설이 잘 되어 있다.

소음이 심하다. 하루 종일 건물 전체에 기계음이 들리고 차 소리도 심하다. 샤워실에 뜨거운 물이 거의 안 나온다. 8박을 했는데, 뜨거운 물로 샤워한건 3~4번 정도였다. 사람이 많아서 그런가했지만, 새벽 4시에도 뜨거운 물이 안나오더라.

The place would have been really nice except for the cleanliness. It's like an old but worst of all, dirty version of the photos online. In addition, the room was only cleaned on the first day of my 7 day stay and then never again. Got no change of towels or floor sweeping. Only got bin changed on the last day when I requested it, and even then they didn't do anything else. Staff was not very helpful - I saw a couple trying to sign in outside, the door is glass and he was sitting right there ignoring them. They were waiting so long and he just sent a WhatsApp message to them instead of just coming out and talking from 2 meters away. Might as well not pay extra for a window which looks immediately out to a wall.

It is very DIRTY, it needs a DEEP clean and refresh of the paint The sheets were all stained, the bathroom had hair on the floor and it smells like humidity in the whole room. It kinda look like the picture but in bad, it is cheap and for a reason. The bed is the worst I’ve ever had in a hotel, so hard, my back was killing me in the morning and my partner simply couldn’t sleep because of it. It was also very noisy and not from the street but from the people living there. They were partying until 6am, we didn’t sleep AT ALL. The staff is not there so nobody is controlling what’s happening in this place but it is not okay to hear that much noise from people, the street, the doors slamming shut, the key reader and the main gate at the entrance of the floor,…. Everything was loud and we could not sleep Anyway I don’t really recommend this place, we left after one night instead of the 4 we were supposed to stay.

I wasn’t given any instructions upon arrival. They told me they had no way to contact me, but in reality, they could have easily reached out through Booking. The staff was very unhelpful and unfriendly. When I arrived, I had no idea which room was mine, and I couldn’t even open the door because I didn’t have a key. It was a really uncomfortable and unwelcoming experience.
