An upmarket hotel in a great area.

Resturant on 17th floor was disappointing. Although they produced good food, there was very little variety. No wine, two basic beers, no cocktails or spirits.

The hotel was well located, it was clean and comfortable, and great air conditioning

Would have preferred if we could use card instead of cash to pay at cafe and restaurant

Điều hòa trong phòng ngủ mạnh thêm chút nữa thì tốt hơn ạ. Giường êm và thêm 2 cái gối nữa là ổn ạ.

The pickup and drop off location for car, in fact it is quite dangerous, furnishing and fittings looked old and dated although was told the hotel is only 3 years old, breakfast is below expectation for Hanoi

Tầm nhìn đẹp. Phòng thoáng đãng. Nên bổ sung nước uống trong phòng và bổ sung cà phê ngon cho bữa sáng.

Tôi không thích bữa sáng. Bữa sáng chưa phong phú (cháo trắng không có đồ ăn mặn kèm theo, súp bí ngô hơi dở, nước hoa quả và hoa quả tráng miệng nghèo nàn...) và đồ ăn chưa thật tươi mới (bánh mì, ngô, khoai lang). Cà phê nhạt, không có mùi, vị cà phê Việt Nam (rất đáng tiếc vì nhiều khách nước ngoài, nên giới thiệu với họ cà phê đặc sắc của Việt Nam)

Chúng tôi rất hài lòng về chỗ nghỉ này . Rộng rãi , sạch sẽ. Ăn ngon , nhân viên vui vẻ thân thiện.

飯店離西湖，鎮國寺很近，booking特別為我們升等一個房間，住房的空間很大，也很乾淨

四星級的飯店，早餐有點差，菜色也很少，有改進的空間喔！

住宿週圍環境很好，booking為我們住宿升級一個房間，打開窗戶看上去就是西湖美麗的景色，房間很大住得很舒服喔！

Loved being on 10th floor with quite busy traffic just under us but its noise was distant, peaceful. Big plus was the big bed about 8-10ft wide ? Huge. And very comfy. We ended up staying longer than planned. Staff very kind and helpful, friendly and supportive. Thanks a lot, will recommend to others.

All good. We came unexpectedly in Tet time, crazy busy everywhere, might be better to come another time of year.

Das Hotelpersonal ist recht zuvorkommend und nett. Über das Zimmerupgrade habe ich mich ebenfalls sehr gefreut.

Die Lage mit Blick auf den See. Das WLAN hat gut funktioniert. In der Umgebung gibt es kleine Garküchen, wer also mal Hühnerfüße probieren will, wird fündig.

Die Auswahl am Frühstücksbuffet ist bescheiden, vor allem wenn man später kommt. Das hat mich aber nicht sehr gestört.

Het ligt nogal buitenaf. Door de TET geen tot weinig restaurants open.

the room that we have is facing the lakeside with a balcony. its so quiet and clean and we enjoyed our 3 days there. all of the staff are very polite and hospitable and always there to guide us and recommended some places to explore, enjoy and not to be missed especial shoutout to Ngoc for special drinks everyday and most to Selina even after her duty she is responding to our messages...we will surely recommend it to our friends and family and looking forward to our next stay with them

房間大，床比較硬，地點還不錯，走路到鎮國寺3分鐘，在鎮國寺搭E11、e05、50、41公車可以到老城區、昇龍皇城、樂天超市都很快。

早餐普通、房間地板多灰、熱水要等，健身房簡陋且未整理。

Có điều hòa nóng n khóa lại ko cho dùng. khi gọi lễ tân thì dc trả lời là chỉ dc dùng điều hòa lạnh. nếu lạnh thì lấy thêm chăn.

The location was good and very convenient, making it easy to get around. The hotel was clean and well maintained, which I appreciated. Overall, a decent stay with room for enhancement.

Breakfast was acceptable, though the options were quite limited and could be improved.

Les chambres superbes. La salle de bain. Le petit déjeuner. Le bar en bas super. Bon personne ne parle Français mais c’est à moi de parler Anglais… bon même black cofee ils ne comprennent pas. Tous les équipements sont là

Il manquait un sèche cheveux, bruyant mais normal en plein Hanoi ! Le prix est 3 fois plus cher que sur place, j’y suis restée 3 nuits, et je suis partie dans une autre ville, chambre 15 eur pour 2, au lieu d’environ 58 ici. Mais pas le même standing. Par contre très bien insonorisé malgré le bruit de la ville… le reste on entends rien

One of the afternoon staff who was super helpful and remembered me from my past visits. Spacious rooms.

Location. Not known by many grab. Not sure if it is because they do not understand english hence legend westlake is unknown. Most went to pan pac instead. And there is also this particularly staff in the morning who is less friendly and did not really care to bother about customers nor smile or offer any help. Noise from level 1 is always an issue and the traffic noise. Glass seems too thin to block out noises.

The smell from the hallway carpet was awful.The mattress not comfortable too hard.

Ich bin bereits mehrmals in diesem Hotel gewesen. Die Lage ist für meine Arbeit sowohl für Fahrten in Hanoi und ins Umfeld sowie für den Empfang von Besucher sehr gut. Mit dem Personal ist immer eine gute und freundliche Abstimmung und auch mit dem von mir gewünschtem Ergebnis möglich. Frühstück ist für mich auch immer umfangreich und gut vorhanden.

The apartment is very spacious with good kitchen but not able to use because no kitchen equipments except for the cooktop. If there was some cooking utensils, plates and bowls, a microwave would have been more practical.
