It’s pretty close to perfect!

La ubicación es muy buena, caminando del centro, restaurantes y playa pero en una zona tranquila y sin tanto ruido. El personal es muy amable y resolutivo. Es la segunda vez que me hospedo aquí y sin duda volveré.

Very nice room, all modern and nicely designed. Perfect location, very close to the beach and to the center of town. Also loved the little details like sunscreen at the pool, apples to grab and other nice touches.

An ice maker would be a nice addition.

I enjoyed everything about this place.

Still haven't received the deposit they made me put down when I got there....

The hotel is great, the room is comfortable, fan and AC. The staff are super friendly and helpful. The rooftop pool is the best and it was barely ever used, so you have the whole place to yourself plus the rooftop has a nice lounge area to chill in the shade if you want to work. It is in the perfect location for walking to anywhere in town. Great restaurants, activities nearby, the beach is super close! As a solo female traveler, I loved it. I would highly recommend and would definitely stay here again.

Everything is exactly like the pictures. My friend and I each had our own rooms which were spacious and very well appointed. Housekeeping staff were amazing. Roof top pool and seating areas were great. The location was away from the busy and noisy downtown areas but close enough to walk down and enjoy. Very short walk to a quieter part of the beach. Lot's of restaurants, shopping and fab coffee place on our street and nearby.

El proceso del check in fue tardado a pesar que la reserva estaba confirmada y pagada, aparte te piden dejar un depósito en efectivo por posibles daños lo cual es de mal gusto puesto que estamos buscando un hotel y no un hostal.

La localisation. Endroit calme et près de l’action (restaurants, boutiques, plages)…quelques minutes à pied. Très propre, belle piscine sur le toit.

Rien. Toutefois, il aurait été agréable d’avoir le service de déjeuner et de bar fonctionnel.

A bit noisy at night.

Our room was quite large and had a luggage rack big enough for both of our bags. We were facing the back of the hotel so it was very quiet. It's an easy walk to the town centre as well as to the beach.

We had to leave a security deposit of MXN1500, which is an excessively large amount and the first hotel in Mexico we've had to do this. We accidentally broke a glass in the room and were charged MXN100 upon check-out. Very expensive glass, in our opinion. Usually people complain that there is no hot water - here it was the opposite; the water in the pool as well as in the shower was warm, you could never really cool off.

It's a very nice hotel, three blocks away from the beach and one block away from the bus station (that you can use to go to nearby beaches or to get to Sayulita from, for example, Guadalajara. The pool is large enough and a great for when you're done with the beach. Sayulita's didn't impress me, but it ends un being a very nice place to relax.

The beach isn't great. Sayulita in general is dirty, but it's cool and relaxing. So a combination you have to try. For me it worked, I was happy, I got to get used to the place. From the hotel, front desk service could do better upon arrival. Then they are really nice.

The hotel was very clean. AC worked great. Bed and sheets clean (no bed bugs:-))Location was perfect. The staff was very responsive and helpful. A great find :—))

They had a party the first night that started late 11:00 pm. It was loud.

It was extremely clean. Pool was nice bartender woman was very nice and helpful. Great location close to bus, town and walking distance to beach.

My fridge didn’t work but I didn’t say anything either it wasn’t a big deal. I was by the street there was some noise but I slept well anyway.

The room was modern and spacious. Was kept very clean throughout our stay. We loved the coffee and tea making facilities right outside our door plus the access to clean, cold water. The location was super convenient 3 min walk to the beach and 5 min walk into town. We used the rooftop pool frequently as was more refreshing than the ocean.

Pool was a really hot in temperature so we didn’t use it much, but didn’t affect from how good the stay was as we mainly use the beach anyway.

Great location - it’s within 2m walking distance to many coffee shops and brunch places while not bothered by the crowd of tourist. I had to work some times and the wifi never had issue.

Great location! Beach, restaurants, entertainment, markets and grocery stores just a short walk away, but is far enough that nights are quiet. The rooms are modern and immaculate, the rooftop pool is fabulous and the staff are friendly and responsive to any requests. Will definitely be back.

I loved the location and attentiveness of the staff. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Free gated parking was a plus!

The Hotel was in the perfect location in Sayulita, close to town and within walking distance to the beach and markets, restaurants. It was clean, our hotel room was perfect, soft towels, kitchen in our room was great and the pool on the top roof was amazing. Coffee available on each floor as well.

The property was always clean, beds and pillows were very comfortable. Staff were always very accommodating and friendly. Perfect location outside the noise of the main strip but easily walkable everywhere. Fantastic restaurants close by and easy walk to beach.

Although Ximena is new, there are parts showing poor upkeep and maintenance. For instance, the paint was starting to peel outside where our balcony was, the entryway plants are uncared for and the planters are only half full, no restaurant service even though there is one, rusting lounge chairs sitting in the pool water, a great bar area where the pool is, but no one was working behind the bar for the 3 days we used the pool

I love this hotel, I've stayed here twice and both experiences have been totally amazing. Staff is nice and very welcoming, they really go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. Beds are great and the room layout is perfect and very convenient.

Letting guests know there is a construction under way to be aware of the noise that might cause.

This boutique hotel is absolutely awesome! From the decor, to the staff, to the room, to the location, I could not be more impressed. Everything about this property feels just right, from the room accent lighting & amenities to the pleasant smell of the lobby. The staff really seems to care about their guests, and a lot of thought was put into the design of the rooms and common spaces, including the rooftop pool / bar area. If you can afford the 1 Bedroom King Suite, I strongly suggest this option, as a family of 4 could easily stay in this room for a couple of weeks. A stay in this room type is more like renting a condo than a hotel room, and the kitchen is huge! Ximena will forever be our go-to place for a fun get-away in charming Sayulita!

The staff were very attentive to our needs. Great location and reasonably priced.

Good sized rooms, nice & quiet area (5-10min walk to the main square), friendly staff. Beds not the comfiest but also not the worst.

The security door at night. When ppl return & don’t line the doors up it constantly clicks lousy until someone adjusts it. You can hear if from your room, woke us up (& kept us awake) a few times. Not what you want when you stay somewhere out of the square because you want silence. Think there’s a night watch person but he was often asleep when this happened & wouldn’t hear it. Pool is warm but to expected for a rooftop pool. Rooftop bar doesn’t open until 2:30pm

The location is great walkable to the center and beaches. Nice rooftop.

We loved how clean and modern are the facilities.

Staff was excellent and helpful. The pool and hotel were very nice. Rooms are a good size but windows do not cut outnoise from the street or dogs. Underground secured parking was excellent. Hotel is close to everything Sayulita has to offer.

The location is poor as the hotel is on a busy cut road to North Sayulita. Lots of noise from water trucks and loud motorcycles so the rooms at the front are noisy. Room 25 has a door to the adjoining room and it feels like the guests are in your room when they speak (no sound proofing). We asked to be moved to the back of the hotel only to have the noise nightmare continue with barking dogs every night of our stay. The dogs barked for at least 2-3 hours at a time with a break of an hour or so! Did not eat breakfast at hotel as the night watchman sleeps in the kitchen..hygenic??

It’s a great spot to stay! Not in the middle of all attractions but 7-10 min walk to everything and beach. Peaceful!! Pool a bit smaller than expected, however pool bar seemed not actively operating.

Located just across the road from the main bus stop, and just a short 10 minute walk to the main, buzzy square, and also a short walk to the beach, Ximena hotel is like a calm oasis, away from the hustle and bustle of Sayulita. The building is spotlessly clean, and rooms are very spacious. We had an issue in our room when we first arrived where one of the sinks was leaking. But we reported it and were immediately given another room instead, without any trouble. The shower is huge and very good, lovely toiletries provided too, which smelled gorgeous. There is lots of space for luggage in the room, and a nice fan plus AC to keep cool. We had a small balcony with a table and chairs, perfect for enjoying a morning coffee. A bottle of purified water is provided in the room, and there is a cold water dispenser in the main corridor which can be used to refill bottles, which was so handy. The rooftop pool was the highlight for us. So peaceful and relaxing to lounge up there away from the crowds, and enjoy the heated pool.

Only slight negatives were, the bed was a little hard, but that might be personal preference.

We loved our stay at Ximena!! The location is absolutely perfect, 5 minutes walk from the beach and the city center with many amazing restaurants. The staff was so helpful and extremely nice. The rooftop & bar made our stay perfect, we enjoyed many hours in and around the pool. Lastly, the rooms were so clean and luxurious with great WiFi, nice shower with soft towels and a great king size bed. Highly recommended!

We had a room on the street during our first night, but it was a little too noisy for us. My husband had a hard time sleeping through the cars and motorcycles driving by. Therefore we asked to switch to a room on the patio, which was much better! And the staff was very helpful

Beautiful small hotel, large room, very clean with balcony. Comfortable bed. TV with Netflix was a bonus. Gorgeous rooftop pool area. Free coffee in the mornings. Friendly staff. Good location in the quieter part of town.

No breakfast available. Huge logo of hotel in bedroom which I thought was unnecessary and quite unsightly.

I liked the swimming pool, the bed, the rooms, the great front desk staff. Joseph was amazing. I accidentally spill water on my bed and he took care of drying it which was not easy, and the girl whose name I forgot was super helpful and friendly. The other man was also help and friendly.

The fact that the elevator was broken when we arrived and poor Joseph had to carry my gigantic luggage to the 2nd floor. No hot water/tea on the 2nd floor.

The place was clean, modern, and quiet at night. There was great water pressure and hot water. It was walking distance to town and the north side of the beach.

Great location away from the noise and bars, but still on a street with many stores and restaurants. Close to the north side beach, which is preferable. Very cute well appointed rooms. Wonderful roof top area.

The only issue we had was that there was often times no one at the bar area, even during specified times. There was also a day when they were painting near the pool on a Saturday in the early afternoon and the fumes were quite strong so we had to leave the pool. That should have been done in the AM or evening.

Beautiful design throughout. Coffee, tea, and hot water were always available right outside the room as well as a microwave. Property was kept very clean with attentive staff. Special thanks to Joseph for all his help! Also loved the rooftop area, beach towels available for use, and location, close to the beach and town but not too close.

Traffic can be a bit noisy outside the room, if you're facing the street, but we were ok with it.

Small size, intimate and private, fantastic rooftop pool and lounge, well decorated, and hard working staff.

Not directly in the middle of downtown but on the northern part which was really nice. Just a couple Blocks from the beach- has a fantastic pool on the roof with a bar! The pool is nice to have because often the ocean water in sayulita isn’t swimmable because of raw sewage.
