Amazing hotel. The service was impeccable and everything was spot on. Highly recommend.

The bed was very comfortable. The room (707) was very quiet. The bathroom area was huge and looked newly installed, for more than one traveller the toilet could be used in privacy whilst someone else was taking a shower. The toaster in the breakfast room actually worked very well.

No milk provided for a cup of tea, though this could be requested from reception. I was unable to extinguish the light in the "wardrobe" area and this shone directly onto the bed. Breakfast is geared completely towards the Asian visitor. There is an a la carte menu which might be better, but I chose the buffet and if you want a cup of hot tea it has to be specially made for you. The bacon was nice but the sausages were frankfurters.

Wondeful staff, great location, clean and modern facilities. We loved our stay and would definitely return and recommend to others.

We had such a lovely stay at Minerva Premium Hotel and genuinely couldn’t recommend it enough. From the moment we arrived, everyone was incredibly friendly, warm and kind. The staff went above and beyond for us throughout our stay and made us feel so welcome — almost like we were being looked after by family rather than simply staying at a hotel. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and it was the genuine kindness and personal touches that really made the stay special for us. The location was also absolutely perfect — so convenient and ideal for exploring the area. We would have absolutely no hesitation in staying here again and would recommend Minerva Premium Hotel to anyone visiting. A gorgeous hotel made even better by the wonderful people working there. Thank you so much for looking after us so well!

The breakfast was exceptional, just as other reviews mentioned! The hotel is in a great location—very close to Hoan Kiem Lake and St. Joseph's Cathedral. The night market is also nearby, and everything is within easy walking distance.

Staffs are very friendly. They help me book a last minutes local shuttle round trips to Trang An boat station. They located in the best areas in town and shops, restaurants and lake are within a few minutes. I certainly will go back to them on my next trip

המלון נקי, מודרני, חדרים מרווחים, במיקום טוב ללכת ברגל ולטייל בעיר העתיקה. הצוות מאוד משתדל ועם אנגלית טובה, כך שניתן לתקשר בנוחות. ארוחת בוקר הייתה טעימה לנו מאוד, עם שילוב של בופה ומנות להזמין מהתפריט, מערבי וגם ויאטנמי. אוכלים בקומת הגג עם נוף ממש יפה לעיר. היו לנו כמה תקלות ביום ההגעה והמלון פיצה אותנו בשימוש במיני בר וגם הזמין אותנו לעיסוי זוגי, שהיה מצוין, כך שזה מאוד מוערך. ביום העזיבה ציידו אותנו בשקיות עם מים וקשיו לדרך.

ביום ההגעה הייתה אי הבנה (שבעיקר נבעה מתקשורת מול בוקינג בביצוע ההזמנה) לגבי מיטה לילד השלישי, זה נפתר בהוספת מיטה נוספת לחדר בתשלום נוסף למלון. חדר ההורים היה מרווח מאוד עם מרפסת שפונה לרחוב וסלון. חדר הילדים היה חדר פנימי קטן יותר במסדרון ללא חלון, אך זה לא הפריע לנו כי אפשר היה לחבר ביניהם והתחושה סה"כ הייתה מרווחת.

The hotel was really good and clean with a nice smell always. I booked for connecting rooms and it was really nice and clean. Very modern and it has everything. Staff were super amazing they were extremely kind and nice and very very helpful they take care of everything you need and they make sure you have a smooth and nice stay especially one staff name Zoe she is really helpful and always makes sure you have all what you need. Breakfast buffet was amazing and has vegetarian options for Halal food and they have along with it a menu for food you can order. Location of the hotel is very good and close to almost everything. I strongly recommend it

The toilet privacy would prefer if it was a wall with a door on it instead of glass for more privacy. This culture of toilets surrounded with glass been noticed in most of Vietnam hotels.

급하게 하노이에 가게되서 창문이 없는방이 하나 남아서 예약했습니다. 남편이 컨디션이 안좋아서 창문있는방으로 요청드렸고 최선을 다해서 방을 옲겨주셨어요. 그것도 무료로. 덕분에 잘쉬다왔습니다. 특히 sun님 너무 감사드립니다. 다음에 또 방문하게되면 미리 베란다 있는방으로 예약해서 꼭 다시 가고 싶습니다

후기가 좋아서 한국분들이 많더라고요. 조식때 주시는 쌀국수 국물을 뜨겁게 해주시면 더 맛있을것 같아서 말씀드립니다. 한국사람들은 뜨거운 국물을 좋아하거든요.조식도 알차게 맛있게 잘먹었습니다. 특히 김치랑 연어. 문어도 맛있었어요

The staff here really go above and beyond to welcome you and try to meet all your expectations. We liked the connecting rooms for our family, which was a great find in the city. We also really liked the central location. Before our evening flight out, they offered to let us use the shower and gave us some water bottles to take with us. These were very thoughtful and helpful gestures! We especially enjoyed the breakfast on the top floor--there is a small buffet and an a la carte menu that you can select from. We enjoyed trying the various options there.

Perfect Location and Hotel for a visit in Hanoi. Espescially the Crew made it a Perfect Match.

Der Preis für das Zimmer (Minerva-Suite) war leider etwas zu teuer, der Whirlpool ist eher eine große Badewanne die erstmal eingelassen werden muss und die Polster waren leider schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, der Ausblick

The staff at the Minerva are incredible. Nothing is too much for them. Sun, Katie and Kate made us most welcome and their kindness and pleasant natures were most appreciated.

This fabulous property really needs a pool to be exceptional. However, we had the jacuzzi room and that was nice

The staff at reception truly went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as possible. We got a room upgrade, lemonade and fruit upon check in, they held our bags while we did an overnight excursion, and even let us use the shower facilities before our flight out. Breakfast was also great! Great location for exploring old quarter.

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Die Lage ist top. Das Frühstücksbuffet hat eine sehr grosse Auswahl. Das Bett ist bequem und die Zimmer sind geräumig.

Die Unterkunft war schön, jedoch machte es das Personal zu einem unvergesslichen Ort. Ich bin dankbar für die Hilfsbereitschaft.

What a treat this hotel was after riding through the countryside of vietnam on a motorcycle. The bed was super comfortable to the point that we could not get out of it every morning. The free breakfast tasted amazing and the rooftop bar was a nice way to relax and drink ad watch the views. The location was also super convenient in old quarters.

The check in process was a bit rough. We told staff over whatsapp that we would be arriving around 2am as that is when our sleeper bus would drop us off in hanoi. When we arrived, the lobby was locked and it was dark inside. We tried to call the staff on whatsapp but noone picked up. We were locked outside for 20 minutes before we knocked and it turned out there was staff asleep on the couch but we couldn't see them. I wish we were told ahead of time that the staff would be there and to knock.

Super friendly and helpful staff with genuine smiles. From the first greeting with cool lemonade to a farewell assistance with the luggage and a snack for the airport, they made us feel special. We also got treated to a complimentary massage session. The room was quiet and nice, the bed was comfortable, everything was clean. We were concerned about the lack of windows when booking but wanted to stay on the budget, it ended up being a positive feature because there was absolutely no noise. The complimentary breakfast was fantastic. Great location for everything that we wanted to see in Hanoi.

The shower head was a little too low, so my 6’2 husband had to bow down a bit to use it but that’s often a problem when traveling in Asia 😅

- Lage 10/10 - Personal 10/10 vor allem die Damen an der Rezeption: sie haben mir per WhatsApp geschrieben, als das Zimmer früher frei wurde. Wir mussten nicht mal mehr zahlen :) - Zimmer Deluxe mit Balkon sooo schön und genauso teuer wie Zimmer ohne Fenster in den anderen Hotels in der Gegend - Sauberkeit 10/10

The place was outdated and had poor-quality furniture. The design was not very well thought out, and it felt a bit haphazardly designed. For instance, there was a closed off section of the bathroom that was unfinished, and some of the furniture, like the sofa, wasn’t very well cleaned. It seemed like they were trying, but they didn’t use high-quality materials, which made me feel uncomfortable. Also, it wasn’t their fault, but the air in Hanoi is very polluted which made it difficult for me to enjoy the outdoor balcony terrace. My mom managed to sit outside for over an hour, which was quite useful.

Très bien placé dans le centre, nous avions une chambre au 4eme sans fenêtre mais donc très calme! Parfait au regard du bruit dans la ville. Mais les miroirs et l’éclairage ne donnent aucune sensation de pièce sans fenêtre. Et le lit était particulièrement confortable. Le petit déjeuner au 10 eme étage est super bon avec vue ! Et le soir terrasse idéale pour un verre

Cała obsługa hotelowa jest absolutnie wspaniała! Serdeczni, mili i bardzo pomocni. Wszystko dopięte na ostatni guzik, bardzo kompleksowa obsługa nie tylko na terenie hotelu. Pani Kate - cudowna! Pomogła zorganizować wiele atrakcji, doradziła wspaniałe miejsca!

Lovely hotel, great location, very comfortable (especially beds), clean and warm staff welcoming (special mention for Katie and Kate for their kindness and advices 🥰). We did appreciate fresh fruits in the morning but breakfast could improve.

We were in the room 809 which was lovely but we could hear peaple climbing the stairs quite late in the night to go to the roof bar. The staff was very efficient and changed our room to one floor below and it was much better. Though, the rooms are not so well isolated, so if you are a light sleeper like me, difficult nights.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à l’hôtel Minerva. Tout était parfait du début à la fin. Le personnel est particulièrement attentionné, gentil et toujours prêt à aider — ils ont vraiment pris en compte toutes nos demandes avec beaucoup de soin. Le petit-déjeuner est également très bien, avec un menu à la carte gratuit, ce qui est un vrai plus. Nous avons également testé le service de massage, qui était très agréable et relaxant ! Encore merci à toute l’équipe pour cette très belle expérience — nous recommandons vivement cet hôtel !

Centrally located to everything

A lovely little hotel in the old quarter. The staff are all fabulous and really go above and beyond. We were travelling with two small children and chose Minerva primarily because there was a great family room option (rare in the old town area). It exceeded our expectations. Lovely breakfast and nice rooftop restaurant for a drink in the evening.

Avoid balcony rooms if you are a light sleeper. Nothing the hotel is responsible for but the old town area has a busy and noisy street life. You'll find the same in any property in the area.
