Very good place to stay short term, very convenient location

Optimal location near a metro station, Shanghai main railways station, Jade Buddha Temple and M50 art district. Presence of a small kitchen which allow guests to prepare their breakfast and light meals, and of a washing machine. Kindness of owner who is very service oriented towards his guests and clients.

The apartment is modern, stylish, and very comfortable, with everything you could possibly need. It’s located right in the city center, just a 5-minute walk from the metro and 5 minutes from the best Manner coffee shop. There are plenty of shops nearby as well. The host, Peter, is the best person ever! He explained everything to us, helped us with absolutely everything, and was always there when we needed him. We are incredibly grateful to him for everything. When we come back again, we will definitely stay at Peter’s place again! ❤️

Peter is een fantastische host. Hij gaf veel tips over de omgeving. De locatie is goed: rustige omgeving, zeer dicht bij een metro station en met een convenience store naast de ingang van het gebouw. Als we terug komen naar Shanghai zullen we hier zeker weer verblijven!

Staff accogliente e ultra disponibile, posizione vicinissima a fermata della metro e ad alcuni punti di interesse che volevamo visitare, spazio della stanza ampio, finestre su 2 lati che creavano corrente rendendo il condizionatore non sempre indispensabile, doccia con tenda e piatto che impediva di allagare il bagno

I dintorni non sono particolarmente vivaci e non offrono molto soprattutto la sera, conviene passare il tempo altrove e usare la stanza davvero solo per dormire. A parte questo siamo stati davvero bene!

Прекрасное место (снимала комнату в японском стиле) с хорошим видом из окна. Расположение рядом Храмом Нефритового Будды, что очень удобно. Очень вежливый хост, расписал все: как добираться, чем пользоваться в Китае(основной мастхэв). Ещё и добавил рекомендации по еде и ресторанам в окрестности (к слову рекомендации удачные)

Очень удобное расположение апартаментов, в шаговой доступности г, кафе и рестораны. 5-7 минут до метро. До центра 3 станции и 15 минут в целом. Найти легко, не нужно петлять по дворам и улочкам. Буквально за домом Храм Нефритового Будды, в 15 минутах ходьбы «1000 деревьев». Очень приветливый отзывчивый хозяин, который говорит по-английски и всегда готов помочь с любой проблемой. Нашли очень много красивых локаций и пространств вокруг. В апартаментах есть все необходимое, даже для длительного проживания.

Расстроились немного, что в апартаментах подуставшая мебель, но настолько понравилось и расположение, и отношение хозяина, что все недочеты были минимизированы.

Удобное местоположение. Несколько интересных мест в пешей доступности. Хозяин англоговорящий очень гостеприимный.

В ванной сильно пахло канализацией. В помещении в целом уютно, но было грязновато

La zona es muy agradable, con el metro muy cerca (aunque el uber allí compensa mucho ya que es muy barato y todo suele estar lejos). Hay una tienda de conveniencia justo debajo. Está justo al lado del Templo de Buda de jade. Aunque se tarda en llegar a algunos sitios turísticos, en uber es facil moverse y al final hasta le terminas cogiendo cariño al barrio. El anfitrión fue muy amable, esperándonos a nuestra llegada en taxi a pesar de llegar tarde en la noche y poniéndonos facilidades para guardar las maletas a nuestra salida. La cama era cómoda y tener lavadora sin duda fue muy útil.

Por decir algo, el suelo del baño siempre terminaba muy mojado despues de la ducha y no encontré nada útil para poder limpiarlo.

Its in an ideal location near M50, 1000 trees and jing'an temple area, with an assortment of international restaurants within a 5 minute walk, as well as metro stations. The host was very helpful and apartment had everything we needed.

My stay at Sidihome Selected City Apartment was absolutely fantastic. The apartment was clean, comfortable, well-equipped (kitchen, bathroom had everything you need), and in a great location for exploring Shanghai. Everything was exactly as described, and I felt at home from the very beginning. Peter, the host, made my stay truly exceptional! He is one of the kindest and most helpful hosts I have ever met. When I accidentally lost my mobile phone in a park, Peter supported me a lot! He took the time to support me, gave me advice, and genuinely cared about solving the problem. His willingness to help turned what could have been a very stressful experience into something much more manageable. Thank you very much for your great help and support, Peter!! Ah! The Chinese police just took less than 24 hours to find my mobile! :D it was really incredible and I was so happy! If you're looking for a place to stay in Shanghai, I can wholeheartedly recommend Sidihome Selected City Apartment. Great accommodation, very safe (there are security staff at the entrance of the building 24/7, which made me feel very secure.) excellent location, very near to metro station and an outstanding host. Стройка прямо напротив, начинали работу примерно с 7-8 утра, но в целом, мы быстро привыкли.

Mieszkanie jest w świetnej lokalizacji 3 min piechotą od stacji metra. Peter, gospodarz mieszkania jest w stałym kontakcie, bardzo sympatyczny i pomocny:) W okolicy sklepy i knajpki z bardzo dobrym jedzeniem.Zamierzam w przyszłym roku znowu przyjechać do Szanghaju i na pewno zamieszkam u Petera :)

Огромная благодарность Питеру за его гостеприимство! Мы прилетели в 4 утра и после бессонной ночи и долго перелета, Питер проснулся ради нас в 5 утра и сразу заселил. Рассказал, что есть в округе, где лучше поесть, куда сходить в магазин, помог нам с переводом денег. Сами апартаменты находятся в идеальном месте! 3 минуты до метро, 2 минуты до храма Будды. В пешей доступности по району можно найти все что угодно - от кофеин, булочных до ресторанов на любой вкус. Однозначно рекомендую данные апартаменты к заселению

İ liked everything about this place, the location is convenient, the facilities are great. Also they allowed to leave the bag before my late flight at night. Would stay here again.

Peter is an exceptional host, he went out of his way to help me find my way into the apartment building and when I needed to replace my luggage he helped me to order one online that arrived in less than 1 hour. The room was really cute, the bed and sheets very comfy and both the air conditioner and the internet were good.

The bathroom was quite small, the shower ends up taking up the whole bathroom & getting everything wet.

Тихий, спокойный район. Нас встретил сам хозяин, Peter просто невероятно приятный, дружелюбный и готовый ответить на все ваши вопросы и помочь с решением любых вопросов. Сама квартирка была небольшой, уютной, проживание в ней было комфортным. Рядом есть Банк Китая, где можно обменять валюту без китайского номера телефона, в констракшен банк лучше не ходить, они сначала говорят, что могут поменять деньги, потом выясняется, что без номера телефона нельзя. В самом здании, где находятся апартаменты, есть магазинчик, где есть все необходимое. Так же рядом есть ТЦ, где тоже можно покушать. Метро буквально в минутах 3-4 хотьбы. А кофейня Лакин вообще через дорогу в бизнес центре (работают с 8:00)

Интернет. Но я так понимаю, это именно проблема не с самим провайдером и вайфаем. Потому что на китайских сайтах и серверах все летает, стоит только начать заходить на ютюб или вообще на сервера за пределами Китая, скорость падает и даже впн не помогает.

Очень понравился хозяин: приветливый, заботливый и даже улучшил нам один номер совершенно бесплатно. Удачное расположение аппартаментов, рядом много магазинов, ресторанов и метро. В аппартаментах был хоть и не самый свежий ремонт, но они оказались очень удобными и есть все необходимое. Отличные кровати с чистым бельем. Горячая вода, хороший душ, холодильник и плита для разогрева еды. Розетки туристические, их хватило на все девайсы.

Нет такого. Все удобно для короткого пребывания.

Мы останавливались в этом отеле на пять ночей. И остались очень довольны. Что понравилось: - Большая просторная квартира - Есть вся необходимая посуда и кухонное оборудование, мы сами готовили еду - В пешей доступности несколько небольших магазинов и супермаркет Aldi, а также множество кафе - Метро - в двух шагах. Удобно доехать до всех достопримечательностей Шанхая - В квартире есть вся необходимая мебель - Удобная кровать - Хозяин отеля Питер - отличный парень, очень приятный в общении, с хорошим английским языком, все расскажет и объяснит

Из минусов: - Полупрозрачные стены туалета, но это в Китае сплошь и рядом - Окна на стройку, которая начинает шуметь рано утром (захватите беруши). Но это явление временное, и когда она закончится, из окна станет видно ещё больше небоскребов)

Расположение - близко к метро и к вокзалу для поездок. Отзывчивый хозяин, всегда на связи. Все необходимые мелочи в наличии.

Great apartment in the near city Center with really comfortable place of living. Everything is near, railway station, shooing Center, food shop with great variety of restaurants, river with opportunity to rent a bicycle and go as far as you wish. So lovely place with really good host Peter who always tells you how to make your life in the city better experienced

It was a quite nice experience to stay in this apartment. Host and staff were very polite, proactive and responsive. Pretty good location, close to the metro station. A room itself is stylish, cozy and comfortable, nice view out of window. Walls separating shower from room are made of glass, and almost transparent, it's cool for couple or single person, but may be disturbing for a group.

Definitely a door in a bathroom must be fixed, cause cannot be closed without hacks. Also it's not clear enough to find a light switcher for a bathroom behind a fridge. Sound insulation and wi-fi quality are also could be better. Other things are quite good.

l'idea di voler installare in un monolocale un bagno con pareti in vetro mi sembra non riuscito poiché accendendo la luce di notte la stanza si illumina a giorno svegliando il partner che dorme. per fare la colazione c'è a disposizione una scrivania con una sedia soltanto. sembra adatto ad un single non a coppie. per il resto va bene.

Прежде всего хочу поблагодарить хозяина — он проявил исключительную внимательность и дружелюбие. Несмотря на то что заезд был ранним, он сделал всё возможное, чтобы мы смогли заселиться комфортно. Квартира полностью оправдала ожидания: очень чистая, уютная, со всем необходимым для комфортного проживания. Особенно порадовало расположение: буквально в нескольких минутах ходьбы — станция метро, разнообразные магазины и уютные рестораны. Всё, что нужно для отдыха или деловой поездки, находится рядом. Однозначно рекомендую это жильё и благодарю за отличный сервис!

Адрес квартиры сделайте еще в виде ссылки в Amap и с указанием названия улицы и номера дома, можно нарисовать схему или фото входа.

Hemos alquilado el apartamento para una semana y nos hemos sentido como en casa desde el primer día. El barrio es precioso, tranquilo y muy bien comunicado, con el metro muy cerca. El apartamento estaba muy limpio, lleno de luz y con un ambiente muy acogedor. Le hemos cogido muchísimo cariño tanto al piso como al barrio. Además, hay muchos sitios para comer y también muchas opciones para pedir comida a domicilio. El dueño ha sido siempre muy atento y amable, pendiente de que no nos faltara nada durante la estancia. Cerca hay una obra y a veces se escucha algo de ruido, pero sinceramente no nos ha molestado ni ha afectado nuestra experiencia. Sin duda, cuando volvamos, ya sabemos dónde vamos a reservar. Lo recomendamos de corazón.

The apartment is very nice! Cozy, clean, soft bed, good plumbing, and all the necessary appliances. Good internet, nice view of the city from the window. There's an interior latch on the door — safe for women. We also really like neighborhood and location: the place is safe. There are a lot of cafes, restaurants and shopping malls. Besides it is easy to get to the center of the city by foot or transport. I would like to pay respect host Peter: he is kind, hospitable and helpful. He explained everything, showed us all necessary places on the map and helped to solve problems with delivery.

Die Lage ist super, lebendig und dennoch ruhig. Am besten ist Peter. Er ist extrem hilfsbereit und scheut sich nicht, in jeder Lebenslage zu helfen. Er reagiert schnell und einfühlsam. Wir hatten Probleme mit unserem Rückflug und er hat alles für uns kompetent und schnell gelöst.

Уютная квартирка, у нас была в японском стиле. Окна выходили во двор поэтому было тихо и спокойно. До метро буквально 5 минут пешком, рядом очень много различной еды, во дворике магазинчик со все необходимым. В общем только положительные впечатления!!!

Absolutely exceptional stay! The location couldn’t be better – steps from Jade and Jing’an Temple, with two metro lines, an outdoor shopping district, and a food court right outside. The apartment itself was tidy and neat, and while we mostly ate out, the kitchen worked fine when needed (even got delivery in 15 min on a rainy day). Bonus: a Chinese medicine center next door, plus spa, hair salon, and nail studio right in front. Staff were super attentive. Everything was incredibly convenient – highly recommend!

Everything went wonderfully Peter is a delightful host. He helped us with useful advice, adapted to our check-in time, and gave us recommendations about nearby places. The apartment has everything you need, everything is in working condition, and the location is excellent. The metro is just 5 minutes away, and there is a market in the courtyard with friendly staff and everything you might need. It’s also very close to both the main attractions and shopping malls.

I really loved my stay at Sidihome appartment, I was worried if the place will be too local or remote but it didn't at all - location is perfect and close to everything, many nice shops around and close to 2 metro stations, i also took buses to travel to main tourist locations which were very easy and quick. Shop nearby to get necessities open until late and you can also get any deliveries easily, though appartment itself has everything you might need. Peter is amazing host, speaks good English and helps to navigate around, highly recommend and hope to come back.

The host, the location, the space

convenient location, many cafes, subway 13 station Jiangning Road exit 4. The room is clean, this is not the first time I've stayed here, Peter was very helpful, it was very cold at night, and he provided a heater :)

Location was great, close walk to the metro. Lots of space to move around and Peter the host was so kind and helpful, recommending some great food options for us.

Some construction across the road but not much you can do about that.
