Reviewed Sep 14, 2026Lokalizacja jest świetna i blisko taniego parkingu P+R oraz przystanku tramwajowego. Kuchnia była bardzo dobrze wyposażona, układ mieszkania bardzo wygodny (osobna toaleta i łazienka).
Brak klimatyzacji (mimo że wyszukiwałem w booking.com tylko apartamenty z klimatyzajcą). Mieszkanie było wyposażone tylko w jeden wentylator, a akurat trafiliśmy na rekord ciepła w Wiedniu (ponad 40 st. Celsiusza w ciągu dnia).

Reviewed Sep 10, 2026Ubytování se nachází v klidné lokalitě se skvělou dopravní obslužností (vlak, metro, tramvaj). V okolí se nachází i spousta obchodů. Ubytování bylo čisté, prostorné, s možností sednout si na balkon. Postel i rozkládací gauč byly překvapivě pohodlné a prostorné. Skvělý poměr ceny a kvality.
Jediná výtka - ocenili bychom v kuchyni mikrovlnnou troubu a alespoň olej. K dispozici byla jenom sůl.

Por poner alguna cosa a mejorar, qué no es ninguna crítica, creo que faltaría un microondas Y que la televisión funcionará. Todo lo demás perfecto

Reviewed Sep 6, 2026Exzellente Lage, Supermärkte fußläufig erreichbar, sauber, ruhige Lage. Die Klimaanlage war ein Segen, schöne Terrasse. Waschmaschine und Geschirrspüler sind vorhanden. Schönes Gebäude.
Leider keine Möbel auf der Terrasse, insgesamt ist die Wohnung recht leer. Staubsauger oder Besen ist nicht vorhanden (warum nicht??), im Schlafzimmer lässt sich das rechte Fenster nicht öffnen. Die Lüftung in der Toilette müsste repariert werden (sehr laut).

There's a washing machine, but no detergent. There are pans and pots (that were quite worn) but no salt or cooking oil. It felt as if they equipped only to certain degree to be able to tick the boxes on Booking.com but don't actually expect the guests to use them. From the pictures, I expected bright sunny rooms. The reality is that the kitchen/dining room windows lead to a hallway inside the building, and you'd only be able to get natural light if you're putting yourself on display to others. Same with the windows in the two other rooms; the one with the couch is almost at the street level, so if you only get to choose one between natural light and privacy.

Reviewed Aug 27, 2026Pokój bardzo spacious, dużo okien, które w połączeniu z bielą ścian rozjaśniały przestrzeń. Gargantuiczny balkon na plus, bo nigdy takiego nie widziałam, a co dopiero było mi dane po takim chodzić i spędzać czas. Czysto, miło i sympatycznie. Super okolica pełna bud z kiełbasami, orientalnych lokali i blisko wszędzie. Serio polecam.

Il materasso matrimoniale è scomodo, da cambiare, una cassettiera in più. Mancano mobili o mensole in bagno. Un porta sapone in doccia. All'ingresso un mobile in più.

Reviewed Aug 11, 2026Appartamento abbastanza spazioso. La cucina è ben fornita. La stazione della metropolitana è vicina. Check-in molto semplice. Quartiere tranquillo e silenzioso (per essere in una grande città) con poco traffico. Soggiorno piacevole, un po' caldo.
Purtroppo il cambiamento climatico si fa sentire anche a Vienna. Faceva molto caldo, abbiamo dormito con le finestre aperte ed i due ventilatori sulle finestre per fare entrare un po' di aria fresca di notte. Sarebbe benvenuto un climatizzatore. Meno male che c'erano i due ventilatori.

La doccia perdeva tantissima acqua dalla guarnizione del vetro , mancanza di set di cortesia presente solo 1 sapone mani a 1/3 circa, pulizia finestre, non vetri, da migliorare.

Reviewed Jul 20, 2026Πολύ άνετο διαμέρισμα, πολύ καθαρο! Είχε τα πάντα, ήταν κοντά στο τραμ (και στο μετρό, απλά είχε έργα όταν πήγαμε εμείς κ το τραμ μας βόλεψε απίστευτα).. πολύ καλό σήμα wi-fi, λιτό κ απέριττο, πραγματικά value for money!
Το ντουζ γεμίζει νερά, μάλλον κάποιο κατασκευαστικό λάθος.. κατά τα άλλα άρεσε πολύ! Η περιοχή είναι μακριά από το κέντρο (20 λεπτά με το τραμ) αλλά εμείς θα μέναμε κ πάλι εκεί!

Reviewed Jul 11, 2026Wir waren während der Hitzewelle in dieser Unterkunft und waren sehr froh über die Klimaanlage und den Aufzug in das erste Dachgeschoss. Wohnung sehr sauber und hell und nicht mit übermässiger Deko ausgestattet. U-Bahn und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten waren sehr nahe. Ausblick auf die Dächer von Wien war sehr schön.
Gefehlt haben lediglich etwas Putzzeug (Besen, Staubsauger, ....) und ein paar Balkonmöbel wären nett gewesen.

Das Apartment ist eigentlich sehr schön hat aber Potenzial nach oben! Das wurde hier schon alles zigmal beschrieben Ich verstehe allerdings auch die Vermieter, weil zuviel geklaut und kaputt gemacht wird, gibt es leider nur eine geringe Ausstattung in der Küche. Das wusste ich und habe mir zum Beispiel meine eigene Bialetti mitgebracht. Mit dem einfachen Geschirr von Ikea konnte ich leben.

Reviewed Jun 9, 2026我們在04.06.-09.06.1026（六天五夜）入住。 公寓空間大，豪無壓迫感。 廁所和浴室是分離的，很好！ 位置極佳，離地鐵U3 Ottakring站很近，附近有各家超市、麵包店。Check in 和Check out都很簡單。 員工友善，體諒我們的火車時刻，同意稍微延後我們的Check out時間，非常感謝！
入住當天，剛洗完的被套和毛巾還沒乾，依然晾在房間裡，導致房間的味道不是很好。 因為我們住比較多天，希望空間能保持乾淨，可惜打掃用具不多。如果公寓內的廚房有多一些抹布，儲藏室能放一台吸塵器會更好。

Ausstattung war sehr marginal, Besteck hat gefehlt, nur 1 Weinglas, kein Besen für die Reinigung oder Lappen zum putzen. Fenster könnten geputzt werden. Couch war nicht als Schlafplatz vorbereitet.

Reviewed Jun 3, 2026Appartamento numero 16 spazioso, in posizione comoda vicino alla metro e al parcheggio p+r dove lasciare la macchina per più giorni. Tende oscuranti alle finestre ben insonorizzate. Nei dintorni supermercati e vicino alla metro molti negozi per mangiare. Wifi sufficente.
La doccia era grande con due porte che però non trattenevano l'acqua e quindi in 4 persone si creava un lago nel bagno, l'armadio era molto piccolo, la cassettiera era già piena e il divano letto un po' scomodo.

Reviewed Apr 28, 2026家族4人で3泊4日滞在しました。ウィーン市内中心部からは地下鉄U3で10〜15分ほど、最寄駅からも徒歩3分とアクセスが良好です。中心部から少し離れている分、宿泊費も抑えられており、全体として非常にコストパフォーマンスの高いお宿でした。 お部屋は広く清潔で、設備も整っており、とても快適に過ごすことができました。総合的に満足度の高い滞在となり、中長期でウィーンを訪れる場合には、ぜひまた利用したいと思えるお宿です。
洗濯機はありましたが、洗剤は備え付けではないので、自分で持ってくるか現地購入の必要があります。お皿やカトラリーはサイズによっては十分な数がありません。 先に述べたように市内からのアクセスは良好ですが、1泊程度の短期滞在なら市内に泊まるのが良いように思います。

"Hladno"...Sa gostima se komunicira samo o tome šta se nesme činiti. To ide do toga da se prave uvredljive procene o gostu - kada dolaze tri odrasle osobe sa malim detetom, nije logično upozoravati da su zabranjene žurke, da se plaća razbijen ili oštečen predmet i do 200 evra vrednosti, da se mora ostaviti ključ...ali tokom posete se gost ne pita da li.mu šta treba, da li je sve u redu i sl.Pored tog, treba dati šansu objektu da radi na poboljšanju kvaliteta komunikacije sa gostima.

Der Kühlschrank war offenbar nicht in Ordnung. Er kühlte im normalen Kühlteil, wohlgemerkt nicht im Tiefkühlfach, so stark, dass alles gefrohren war. Ein Becher mit einem halbern Liter Joghurt war ganz durchgefrohren. Dies ließ sich auch durch ein Ändern der Einstellung nicht verhindern. Außerdem war das Schließfach für den Schlüssel in sehr schlechten Zustand. Bei der Abfahrt konnten wir es zwar nach einiger Mühe öfnnen, aber dann ließ es sich nicht mehr schließen. Die Verwaltung kümmerte sich, nach ihren Angaben, nach unserer Abreise darum, und beauftragte einen Techniker. Im ganzen Appartment gab es nichts irgendwie persönliches, kein Bild, keine Deko, einfach nichts.

Im Küchenbereich die Sauberkeit, eine Kaffeemaschine und - jammern auf hohem Niveau- ein paar Bilder/Fotodrucke an den Wänden :)

Reviewed Apr 13, 2026Fajna lokalizacja - kilka minut pieszo od końcowej stacji metra Ottakring, blisko autobusy, tramwaje, sklepy. Cicha okolica, a względnie szybko można dojechać zarówno do centrum (metrem) jak i do Schonbrunn (tramwajem). Duży, przestronny apartament.
Przeszkadzają drobne (z pozoru) niedogodności. Lodówka ustawiona tak, że wszystko mrozi i za diabła nie idzie jej przestawić w jakiś normalny tryb. W sypialni nie działają żaluzje na jednym z okien, więc od samego rana jest jasno jak w dzień (i gorąco!). W kuchni na powitanie zero kawy, herbaty, soli, kropli płynu do zmywania, czegokolwiek w ogóle. W łazience nie ma gdzie powiesić ręczników, a przecież to apartament nawet dla 4 osób! Prysznic jest tak zamontowany, że nie da się z niego skorzystać i nie zamoczyć podłogi. To że w 'salonie' suszą się rzeczy dla kolejnych gości to już najmniejsze zmartwienie - salon jest na tyle duży, że to żaden problem, tym bardziej, że większość dnia i tak spędza się poza apartamentem, na mieści.

Die Küchenausstattung ist unzureichend: Es gibt weder eine Teekanne noch eine Kaffeemaschine. Lediglich ein sehr kleiner Kaffee-/Teebereiter ist vorhanden, dessen Griff defekt bzw. locker ist (siehe Bild). Zudem sind die Pfannen stark zerkratzt, und eine Pfanne war bei Ankunft nicht gereinigt.

Die Küchenausstattung ist gut, das Geschirr leider sehr wenig. Die Glasduschwände halten nicht dicht, so dass bereits nach kurzem Duschen das Bad unter Wasser steht. Auch mit vorsichtigem Duschen, ist das Bad hinterher nass. Es wäre toll für Familien, wenn in dem großen Schlafzimmer noch ein 3. Oder 4. richtiges Bett für Kinder (z.B.Stockbett) enthalten wäre; die Schlafcouch war für einen ok, für 2 sehr unbequem.

Reviewed Apr 7, 2026This apartment was bigger this I thought as the corridor and kitchen , bathroom and toilet are separate rooms . It has 2 bedrooms links by door to each other so you need to pass it to go to other rooms. This is only minus for me. It’s located at 1st floor and has a lift which was my main focus. It’s located outside the city but has a subway trains and buses very close by . There is also big Billa store next street.
Microwave could be good and just 2 small spoons but kitchen is very good supplied with oven and pans etc

Reviewed Apr 3, 2026Atbraucām aukstā laikā, naktī, bet dzīvoklī bija ļoti silts. Daudz vietas. Self check-in, lai varētu atbraukt un aizbraukt jebkurā laikā, ļoti ērti, ja iebrauc pusnaktī un aizbrauc arī naktī. Aprīkota ar visiem nepieciešamajiem traukiem ēdiena pagatavošanai (vajadzēja tikai eļļu, cukuru, sāli un citas nepieciešamās garšvielas piepirkt). Vanna. Netālu sabiedriskais transports, veikali, ēstuves. Ideāli par naktsmītnes cenu.
Tualetē ventilators ir skaļš un vēl ilgi neslēdzas ārā. Atslēgu kastīte ārā uzreiz nevērās vaļā, vajadzēja vairākas reizes mēģināt, jo mehānisms ķērās.

Reviewed Apr 2, 2026Werbung mit Dachfenster, Wohnung im Erdgeschoss, nur einen Verdunkelungsvorhang.entweder komplett dunkel oder die andere Straßenseite kann direkt in die Wohnung schauen. Kein richtiges Bett, sondern wackelige Ausziehcouch. Lieblose Einrichtung, einzige Deko an der Türe mit rauchen verboten Zettel. Lärmquelle von dem Hauseingang.

Reviewed Apr 2, 2026Reichlich Bettwäsche+Handtücher vorhanden. Reichlich warmes Wasser und Heizung. Viel Platz...große Küche und Wohnzimmer.Internet sehr gut.Super Lage:Metro,Bus,Tram, Supermärkte in unmittelbarer Nähe.
Keine Reinigungsmittel,Besen,Staubsauger vorhanden.In der Küche leider kein Zucker,Salz,Öl vorhanden.Eine Mikrowelle wäre super,auch Teelöffel gab es nur 2Stück für 3 Personen. Im Wohnzimmer wäre ein Einzelbett super.

Abbiamo avuto qualche difficoltà ad aprire la key box. La box nn riportava il numero indicato nelle istruzioni del check in e la tastiera nn funzionava benissimo. Dopo qualche tentativo si è aperta
