Luces de Catedral

Austattung geschmackvoll. Die alten Sandsteinmauern überwältigend in die Zimmer integriert. Schöne alte Balkontüren und für Schatten ausgezeichnet. Frühstück gleich beim Cafe neben Eingang, sehr vielfältig und geschmackvoll , das Personal höflich, zuvorkommend und nett. Hat alles wunderbar gepasst. Zentral gelegen in der Altstadt neben der schönen Kathedrale!

Etwas laut am Abend aber ab 23:00 geht’s wieder und wenn man die Fenster zumacht hört man auch nichts mehr.

Nagyon tiszta volt, szép tágas. Szobákban külön klíma. Sampon, tusfürdő benne az árban. Nagyon jó központi helyen van, a sétányra csak a part fele kell lesétálni kb 5 perc. A híres Santa Cruz negyed is max 10percre található valamint a gombás utca sincs messze. Mi reggelivel kértük 3 féléből lehetett választani. Csomagjainkat előtte és utána is segítőkészen tárolták. Csak ajánlani tudom, ár érték arányban tökéletes

Great communication and detailed instructions for after hours access. The apartments are in a great location for restaurants etc.

Breakfast was privided by a Cafe adjacent. It was all a bit average, not many options and cold. Also, service was pretty slow.

Receptionist was helpful, friendly. Early checkin was provided, without even asking. Luggage storage was also provided.

Really well designed, luxurious apartment. The staff were all delightful, receptive and helpful. Great location in the old town, close to great cafes, bars and restaurants. Close the the promenade, marina and beach front. Overall we had a relaxing, comfortable and luxurious stay. Thanks for accommodating late change to our stay as well!

We had to leave! Just be aware, that it is in the town centre so you’re going to hear the odd bit of background noise at night. Worth knowing if you’re sensitive to that kind of thing.

Nagyon kedves volt a szállásadó. Külön kérésre előbb igénybe tudtuk venni az apartmant. Nagyszerű helyen van. Igényesen kialakított, jól felszerelt helyiségek. két külön szoba plusz két külön fürdőszoba wc-vel. 4-5 főnek tökéletes. Ügyelnek a biztonságra, ami nagyon tetszett.

Το κατάλυμα ήταν μεγάλο, άνετο, καθαρό και σε πολύ κεντρικό σημείο ! Ήταν εύκολη η πρόσβαση σε όλα τα αξιοθέατα με τα πόδια και πολύ κοντά στην θάλασσα !! Θα το ξανά επέλεγα !!!

Θα ήθελα να αναφέρω ότι επειδή μέναμε 3 άτομα και υπήρχε ένα μόνο υπνοδωμάτιο και ένα κρεβάτι στο σαλόνι ήταν όλα κάπως ενιαία χωρίς το υπνοδωμάτιο να έχει κάποια πόρτα που να κλείνει και να υπάρχει ιδιωτικότητα.

Todo, la ubicación excelente. Restaurantes, supermercado, la playa, todo cerca. Hacen el aseo todos los días, nos prestaron sombrillas y también toallas de playa. Lamentablemente no tengo fotos del departamento

Pareti rovinate , da riverniciare . Porte dei mobili della cucina non chiudono bene . E poi la cosa più grave , e’ il problema sicurezza . Con la stessa chiave si possono aprire ( oltre che la porta del piano ) anche più appartamenti ( l’ho provato io stesso e l’ho segnalato al gestore , mi hanno detto che avrebbero controllato ma non mi hanno più detto nulla , quindi corrisponde a verità … ) ho passato delle giornate sempre preoccupato più che altro la notte qualcuno potesse entrare in stanza .

The property is a good size well equipped for short stays and as a couple who enjoy being in the old town a perfect location. Restaurants and tapas bars on your doorstep, beach-only 5 minutes walk perfect!

Posizione centrale, camera ampia, staff gentile nelle comunicazioni telefoniche per organizzare l’arrivo.

Struttura datata, camera non pulita, porta che non si chiude dall’interno, l’aria condizionata si regolava solo con i gradi da 21 a 26 ma improvvisamente durante la notte cominciava ad uscire fortissima per alcuni minuti, tanto che ci svegliava perchè costretti a coprirci con le coperte. Camera di fianco alla reception quindi la mattina si sentiva tutto, ospiti che facevano il ceck out, telefonate, staff ecc. Non c’erano vere finestre ma solo piccole finestrine senza luce del sole, insetti schiacciati sul muro e lasciati lì, mura sporche, polvere e sopratutto il bagno pieno di capelli. Inoltre la stanza non è stata mai pulita per i giorni della permanenza, asciugamani mai cambiati. Asciugacapelli in bagno ingiallito e sporco, macchie in tutta la stanza e la cucina mai utilizzata ma le stoviglie e le posate palesemente sporche.

There was a very unpleasant smell in the bathroom

The location of the accommodation was absolutely perfect, it was close to everything we needed! It was a 1 min walk from St Nicholas Cathedral, which was extremely handy for attending mass. The restaurants, ice cream parlours, cafes and shops were so close by! The beach was also a short distance walk. The streets were live and busy at night but were not too loud or disturbing. All rooms were extremely clean when we arrived and the kitchen provided everything we needed for home-cooked meals. The property was also very spacious and the beds were super comfortable. We loved everything about it!

Spacious apartment in a fantastic location, within easy walk of bars, restaurants, Mercat tram station, airport shuttle bus stop, esplanade, old town, central market, castle & beach! Comfy bed, great hot shower, handy fridge, nice and light with three large windows & high ceilings. Clean. Plenty of storage. Superb. Easy self check in & good communication throughout.

The A/c unit is inbuilt and appeared to be centrally controlled. It kept the apartment at a constant 24° ish which was just about ok for sleeping so no big issue, however we missed the ability to blast some cold air into the room to help us cool down quickly upon returning after a hot day out! There was some occasional street noise at night when revellers passed by, but we expect that in such as central location & being on the first floor.

Amazing location in the heart of Alicante but quiet during the night, very authentic vibe and decor, old town vibes, clean, has elevator so accessible, great brunch places and coffee places/restaurants right on the doorstep, helpful staff, safe, late self check in possible, I will stay there again

De ligging midden in het centrum

Het ontbijt is in het koffie café naast de accomodatie. Daar is de keuze mbt hotel ontbijt wat beperkt. Wij hebben op 1 poetsvrouw na geen personeel gezien van het hotel. Alles gaat met app, ontbijt dus in nagelezen cafe dus het voelt wel iets onpersoonlijk.

L’emplacement et l’appartement

We only stayed for one night, but the apartment was a great size and in a fantastic location. The breakfast was excellent, and communication throughout was friendly and helpful.

Although the air conditioning worked well, it was quite powerful when it kicked in and repeatedly woke us up during the night.

Чудове місцерозташування; до моря близько, до головної еспланади спуститись вниз. З вікна чудовий вигляд на кафедральний Собор Мвтчлгл Миколая. Квартира затишна, було багато місця, телевізор працював, була маленька кухня, але там було усе необхідне. Багато рушників, чиста постіль, зручні матраси. Наявність кондиціонеру та кавомашини з кавою. Також чудовий душ.

Дуже гучно постового, особливо вночі в до ранку цими вулицями гуляють, розмовляють голосно, тому спати з відкрили вікнами не вийде.

انزعجت قليلا من الأصوات والإزعاج في الشارع بعد منتصف الليل ولم يعجبني الإفطار لانه محدود جدا حيث الإفطار في مطعم ملاصق للفندق والاكل يجب طلبه عن طريق منيو فقير جدا

Cudowna lokalizacja. W samym centrum. Wszędzie blisko i na plażę i na deptak. Bardzo wygodne łóżka. Przestronny pokój, druga sypialnia dobrze odgrodzona.

Niesamowity smród w łazience z kanalizacji. Coś okropnego. Brak balkonu - był tylko minimalny i ledwo można było postawić nogę. Brak linki na zewnątrz aby wysuszyć ręczniki czy stroje. Brak ogólnodostępnego tarasu gdzie można odpocząć po całym dniu.

Location is amazing, a great modern apartment with nice facilities, and the breakfast next door is very nice, but times perhaps between 08:30 and 10:30 are a bit restrictive

Any noise from outside or other apartments is far too easily heard, so not great for anyone who's a ligth sleeper. Also, only having one set of keys was a hassle, especially as there's a few locks to get through.

Er was een enorme stank in de badkamer toe we aankwamen. De volgende dag werd er wel iets aan gedaan en was het even weg. Helaas kwam het de dag erna weer net zo hard terug. Duidelijk een probleem met het riool.

The apartment was absolutely stunning and exactly as depicted in the listing. It was clean beautifully decorated and provided all the comforts of home while still retaining its authentic charm. It was located close to town centre , local bakeries and fantastic restaurants. We would absolutely return to this property.

The only windows in the room looked inward into a light shaft or well (but described as a courtyard). Some other minor issues have stopped me rating this higher or excellent.

Sehr praktische gelegenen schöne Unterkunft. Abends vielleicht etwas lauter, weil mitten im Zentrum. Ich bin da ein bisschen empfindlicher, konnte aber gut schlafen. Alex, der Gastgeber, war unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit und immer erreichbar. Das hat meinen spontanen Kurztrip nach Alicante sehr erleichtert. Ich kann die Unterkunft jedenfalls empfehlen und würde sie wieder buchen.

Location was perfect, no need to hire a car, we only went for a 3 day break, the apartment was excellent to explore the town and still be local to the beach.

Only very small fault, which no doubt if we had asked they would have fixed. There was no sound on the tv but saying that who goes on holiday to watch TV!

We had a warm reception and picked up the keys at the reception desk. The location was a bit difficult to find because the apartment address corresponded to the pharmacy around the corner. When we walked into the pharmacy to ask, the nice young pharmacist took the time to walk us outside to show us exactly where the entrance was. We loved the high ceilings and the spotlessly clean apartment. It was quiet once we closed the very substantial window shutters. Everything worked well - there is a fully equipped little kitchen, but we opted for the delicious Madness Coffee Cafe downstairs for breakfast! The shower was a bit small for a big apartment, but you could tell it was a renovation - plenty of hot water and air conditioning - nice towels and sheets - everything you would like to feel at home. Great neighborhood! Easy walking to the castle, the beach, the esplanade, many, many restaurants - museums - all just minutes away - the Mercat! The T-station - just 10 minutes away on foot. No car necessary (or really, possible) in this neighborhood. We liked it a lot and recommend it. Breakfasts at the Madness Coffee restaurant downstairs were delicious - and they have a great lunch menu too!

The internet was a bit spotty but adequate.

A szomszéd kávézóban lehet reggelizni, menü alapján lehet választani. A mi étkezési szokásunknak elég volt az A vagy B menü mennyisége, de ha valaki kevesellné, akkor további díj ellenében a kávézó teljes kínálatából tud válogatni, ill. a környék tele van éttermekkel, reggelizőkkel. Ezen a környéken nem lehet éhen maradni... :)

Egy dologra néztem csodálkozva (az életben ennél nagyobb bajom sose legyen): A paplan széleit behajtogatják a matrac alá, így a lefekvés azzal kezdődik, hogy ki kell szabadítani körbe-körbe.

Ubytovanie aj vybavenie dobré. Raňajky boli dostačujúce.

Nefungoval internet, čo nám spôsobilo problém v práci. Museli sme volat recepciu. Potom to išlo.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful. The sleeping comfort was outstanding – the bed and bedding were simply exceptional, ensuring a perfect night's rest. The interior design was elegant yet understated, with every detail thoughtfully chosen and incredibly tasteful. The spacious rooms and common areas created a relaxing and luxurious atmosphere, and we felt fantastic throughout our stay. The breakfast was also delicious, offering a great start to each day. On top of that, the location was excellent and made exploring the area very convenient. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it.

Fuimos un grupo de 4 amigas, estábamos en el centro, súper cerca de bares de copas y restaurantes. Está muy céntrico. Limpio, habitación grande y muy cómoda. El desayuno es muy bueno. Nosotras el coche lo dejamos en el parking que hay en el puerto y está súper cerca. Los empleados súper amables.

Beautiful old building right in the centre of the city close to everything. Fabulous windows/doors with Juliette balcony onto a pedestrian street. Just so unique. Lovely bed, lounge area and small kitchen with all necessities.
