Charming apartment In Heliopolis

الشقة ومرافقها كانت نظيفة ومرتية وموقعها حلو والحي هادئ والعمارة امنة ونظيغة

الكهرباء كانت تفصل كل اسبوع بسبب كرت الكهرباء اللي بيخلص في وقت الصبح بدري ولازم نكلم صاحبة الشقة اللي تاخذ وقت( اكثر من ساعة) للرد ثم تتصل بالبواب ليتم شحن كرت الكهرباء مرة اخرى

Apartment is a very good size and clean. We were 2 families of 6 total. Very comfortable. Close to everything. There are plenty of markets, shops, cafés, restaurants, and pharmacies. The location is approximately 15 minutes away from CAI airport. The building is very secured and has 2 elevators. Hosts are very communicative and responsive. We had an issue with the key and they had a replacement key delivered within the hour. The Apartment has a dishwasher and a washing machine. No dryer, but there is a drying rack which worked for us.

- Need to check hot water. We went mid June and it was hot. So, taking a room temp shower is ok. It can be a bit cold in the morning. - The window for one of the bedrooms didn't have a screen, so we couldn't open the window for ventilation.

The apartment's location is so convenient. It was so clean and modern. It had all the facilities that we needed as a family. The building's gate was always closed and the elevator requires a card to go up which gave me a great sense of safety. The owner was reachable and extremely welcoming and nice and answered all of our questions. I will definitely rent this apartment again for my next trip.

The hosts for this property are absolutely wonderful. Very professional and courteous, and are always available with quick response. I really appreciated their professional demeanor and ability to accommodate every request we had. Mrs. Noha and Mrs. Nehal were great hosts, very polite and were always willing to help when needed. We enjoyed the apartment very much, great location, great building with 2 elevators, safe environment and most of all the place is clean and well organized.

Everything was great - my only comments to improve the property even better would be the heaters in the rooms. Only the master room has a heater but the other rooms and the living room did not have heaters. Cairo has beautiful weather most of the year, but for those few very cold days, it would be a nice feature. This certainly is a very minor comment and I will definitely be staying here again.
