It was not clean enough for my standards. The ventilation in the bathroom is so bad. Also, the kitchen is equipped with very old dishes, scratched pans and it’s simply not worth the price.

There is some music at night like around 12 am, i stayed for five days so like three of those days the store or club nearby were playing loud live spanish music. i didnt really mind it because im a night owl so i thought it was pretty lit. it played until 12-1 am.
it was fine i think also the mall is like a 6 minute walk.

Had some issues with my room after I looked around safe did not work had issues with TV. Front staff was friendly enough to switch rooms to ensure that my stay was well. Their is a club around the area they play loud music hotel does offer ear plugs if needed it.

Los utensilios de la cocina, fatal, las ollas y sartén quemados y los espacios para guardarlos bastante sucios. Estaba en un cuarto piso sin ascensor, es decir, me dieron el apartamento más feito del edificio, el grifo del lavamanos estaba dañado. El agua de la ducha se salía y se inundaba todo el baño. Probablemente los otros apartamentos estén en mejores condiciones. Tener cuidado al hacer la reserva. El personal no fue muy amable, excepto el señor Adrián que intentó ayudar en lo que pudo. Una buena persona. De resto, todos los demás mala atención. Me cobraron medio día más de alojamiento por 2 horas y media más que me quedé en la habitación. Mi vuelo era por la noche y solo pedí 1 hora y media más y dijeron que no podían, que me iban a cobrar. Fatal eso. Tengo fotos de los utensilios y les espacios sucios

I didn’t get the apartment i had booked, it looked different on the pictures. Really run down place, pictures on the booking platform are probably since the beginning. Furniture was falling apart, I couldn’t use one aircon as it kept dripping which was annoying, especially at night, there was mould everywhere in the bathroom and outside bathroom - health hazard really. They couldn’t offer me another as they were fully booked!

Reviewed Sep 7, 2025All the staff astonished and the apartment was so comfortable and clean, almost every day staff ask if they need to clean or if we need anything ( towels, soap, toilet paper, etc ) Staff super friendly and happy to Help us to rent a car, to find places, to eat even games available if need it.
The swimming pool was really nice but need to be update the tiles and the wood floor cause many pieces are loose and few times we and kids hurt.

Reviewed Aug 26, 2025זה אחד המלונות הגרועים ביותר שהתארחתי בהם. כבר מהרגע הראשון בצ’ק-אין גילינו שאין מים חמים במקלחת והשירותים לא עובדים. פניתי מיד לקבלה, הבטיחו שיטפלו – שלחו מישהו שלא הצליח לתקן, ואמרו שבינתיים אחרי כל שימוש בשירותים יבוא מישהו וישפוך מים ידנית (!). למחרת שוב הבטיחו שעד 10:00 בבוקר הכל יסתדר או שיעבירו אותנו חדר אחר – שום דבר מזה לא קרה. חזרנו בערב וגילינו שהבעיות עדיין קיימות, וככה עברו שני לילות רצופים בלי מים חמים ובלי שירותים תקינים. השירות בקבלה מזעזע – כל הזמן אמרו “מחר זה יסתדר”, בפועל לא נעשה כלום. במקום למצוא פתרון מידי או לפחות להראות נכונות לעזור, פשוט התעלמו וביזבזו לנו את הזמן והחופשה. המנהל עצמו הוכיח חוסר מקצועיות מוחלטת – הוא שקרן, הבטיח להחזיר כסף על לפחות 3 לילות כפיצוי, ובסוף החזיר רק על הלילות שלא ישנו במלון. בפועל, גם בשני הלילות שכן נשארנו – לא קיבלנו את התנאים הבסיסיים ביותר: שירותים ומקלחת חמה. הוא גם לא הסכים להעניק שום פיצוי נוסף. אם הייתי רוצה מקום פח רק “לשים ראש” – הייתי הולכת להוסטל. אבל מלון שמגדיר את עצמו כמלון 3 כוכבים ולא מספק את הדברים הבסיסיים ביותר – זה פשוט בושה. ההתנהלות של הצוות ושל ההנהלה היא ביזיון מוחלט. לא ממליצה לאף אחד להגיע לכאן

Lo que prometió Booking no fue, no ofreció estacionamiento, solo era un estudio con dos camas, exageradamente de ruido desde las 8-9 de la noche hasta las 2-3 de la mañana todos los días, solo tendieron camas, no limpiaban, el piso sucio todo los días.

La atención del encargado de los departamentos es pésima, al llegar nos solicitó que metieramos la camioneta a la cochera, pidiéndonos que le dejaramos las llaves por si necesitaba salir algún auto, una hora después alrededor de las 4 de la mañana estaba en la calle abierta, no conseguimos que la metiera argumentando que un huesped había llamado para avisar que saldría en ese momento, lo cual fue mentira, cerca de las 11 de la mañana fué que un auto salió. Los dos microondas con los que cuentan estaban muy sucios, con residuos de comida dentro. Los cubiertos estaban mal lavados, con residuos de comida. Había cabellos largos tirados por todo el departamento, unos de los dos baños no tenía toallas ni jabón. En general la experiencia fue extremadamente desagradable, llegábamos de un viaje y queríamos descansar, lo cual no pudimos hacer.

Alles - vor allem die Türen… ob welche da sind oder nicht wäre egal! Es ist SO laut! Wir sind weltweit unterwegs aber so etwas ist uns noch nie passiert. Selbst mit Oropax (gibt es an der Rezeption) konnte ich nur 10 Minuten schlafen. Man hatte das Gefühl in einem Club zu schlafen.

Unfortunately, I was very unhappy when I checked into my room today, leading to my decision to check out and find another accommodation that could better meet our expectations. The lack of an elevator was quite concerning, as I was placed on the top floor and had to navigate five narrow and dangerous flights of stairs. As a recent car accident victim, I have injuries that limit my ability to walk up and down stairs safely. Additionally, the room itself was outdated and not cleaned properly. I noticed that there were only two pots and very few kitchen items available for use. The walls had noticeable water stains, the cabinets were dirty, and I observed rusted hardware throughout the space. It is my sincere opinion that this resort requires significant renovation to meet acceptable standards. I also have photographs documenting these issues, should you need them for reference. I appreciate that you refunded me for one night, but I kindly request a refund for the second night as well.

Je me suis fait volée par un employé de l'hôtel presque 2000 euros mes CB montres, lunettes ... les responsables de l'hôtel en ont la preuve mais n'ont rien fait du tout pour m'aider ni m'indemniser... un scandale ! De plus je souhaitait déjà partie de cette hôtel dès la première nuit car impossible de dormir il y a une discothèque juste à coter L'établissement est insalubre mais pas du tout comme sur les photos il en même dangereux Et le ménage pas fait dans les chambres en 4 jours

Recomendaría agregar una explicación más precisa de por dnd entrar, dnd dejar el auto y ese tipo de cosas, tuve q dar 2,3 vueltas y al no encontrarlo me estacioné y bajé a buscarlo. Todo el personal con el q interactué siempre fue muy amable y atento, los felicito sigan así!!!😉👏🏻🙌🏻

There is no lift and it has 4 floors. That is the biggest drawback and secondly there is no private parking place. Thirdly, they do housekeeping or cleaning of apartments twice a week only!

La limpieza. Manchas en los azulejos de la cocina. Pelos en las camas ni bien llegamos. Como si no hubiesen cambiado las sábanas. Y el olor de las sábanas y toallas no era agradable. Use mis toallas. Cocina sucia y sobre todo la heladera y el bajo mesada. Pisos sucios.

Todo muy bien! Sólo le falta mucho mantenimiento a sus instalaciones, a la orilla de la alberca etc... De entrada no nos pareció que nos hayan cambiado de habitación sin consultarlo y el baño una pesadilla, se salía el agua por todos lados, la pared bastante dañada por el agua y en desde el techo filtraba, las camas algo incómodas y bueno, tratamos de tener la mejor actitud hacia esos detalles.

The stuff the room are humiliating I’m a disable person and I was ask for a room in the ground floor because of my disability however she wasn’t even think much she keep and say that all just perfect when the toilet and the shower is not functioning at all

A lot of noice outside in the middle of the night. Nothing about the hotel but keep in mind if you’re booking it. You’ll hear the clubs until 4 am
