We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this villa in Marrakesh. Everything went perfectly from start to finish, and the villa itself was truly exceptional — beautiful, comfortable, clean, and exactly what we hoped for. The manager and all the staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. They made us and our whole family feel so comfortable and at home. A special thank you to Osama, who was absolutely amazing. He was always there whenever we needed anything, so helpful, friendly, and attentive, and he really went out of his way to make sure we were looked after and felt welcome. His hospitality truly made our stay even more special. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would definitely recommend this villa to anyone visiting Marrakesh. We would happily stay here again!

Fantastic stay! The villa was beautiful, spotless, and exactly as described. The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, making our stay even more enjoyable. The pool and outdoor space were perfect for relaxing, and the food was excellent. We had an amazing time and would highly recommend this villa to anyone visiting Marrakech. We would definitely stay here again!

En tout premier ? Nous voulons mettre à l’honneur Oussama qui a été notre meilleur ami pendant ces 3 jours et qui a rendu ce séjour entre copain exceptionnel. Disponible 24/24. D’une gentillesse exemplaire pour le monde ! Ensuite rien à dire sur la villa / luxe total / piscine magnifique. Jardin extra. Le petit déjeuner était vraiment top. La personne également d’une grande gentillesse.

La villa est incroyable !! Aussi belle que sur les photos. Elle est extrêmement bien placée, nous étions à 10/15min de tout en voiture ! Le personnel est juste parfait, ils sont chaleureux, aimables, aux petits soins. Un grand merci à Najat, Bochra et Oussama. La nourriture était délicieuse, le staff est vraiment arrangeant et ont rendus notre séjour encore plus exceptionnel. Ils sont très discrets mais toujours là quand nécessaire ! Nous n’aurions pas pu rêver mieux !! Je reviendrai à 100%, entre la villa qui est magnifique et bénéficie de tous les aménagements nécessaires et le staff qui est juste parfait, je recommande vivement ce logement !

We had a fantastic stay at this property. The host and the employees at the villa were great and in constant communication if we needed anything during our stay - all the staff were outstanding and we were very well looked after. The facilities were great, outstanding sound system (which came in extra handy for our pool party!), however unfortunately the pool was not heated despite requesting this ahead of our stay (pool takes two days to heat) and the weather was a bit chilly so I suggest if you prefer a warm pool make sure you ask for this before you stay. Breakfast and dinner were delicious!

For the villa - I think upfront payment option for breakfast along with the room booking would be good, it was a bit of a pain having to go to an ATM regularly to get cash out, and the ATM's we were coming across only let you take out small amounts of cash at a time). WATCH OUT for atm's, I tried to cancel a transaction and have still been charged £100 without receiving any cash. Pool not heated

We had a wonderful stay in Marrakech at this beautiful villa. The villa was very clean and well-maintained. Upon arrival, the hostess welcomed us warmly and explained everything very clearly she was super helpful and professional. Oussama was present every day during our stay and truly went above and beyond for us. He’s a very respectful, honest, and polite man. We have absolutely no complaints about him only praise! The food in the villa was also amazing, delicious and freshly prepared. Overall, we highly recommend this villa and will definitely be coming back in the future!

Une maison magnifique encore plus belle en vrai que sur les photos ! Tout le personnel était au petit soin pour nous, merci Oussama et Wiam et un grand merci aux 2 dames de maison. C’était toujours très propre et tout était fait avec gentillesse, un vrai bonheur !

Rien à redire, tout était parfait. Pensez juste à louer une voiture si vous voulez bouger autour de la maison, c’est plus simple.

We stayed in the house for two nights and it was absolutely amazing, like being in another world! It had everything we needed: a hammam, a gym, a jacuzzi, and the highlight for us was definitely the pool. It's perfect for small groups or large families, we were 10 adults and a baby, and we all loved it. The staff was always available, very discreet, kind, and helpful whenever we needed something. Oussama and Bouchra were simply the best! I would recommend this place 1000% , a truly unforgettable experience!

The cook the cleaning lady the security person all were content to our needs the whole week. They were very knowledgeable very helpful nice professional. I wish I could bring them back home with me. Very nice crew work well together I would consider staying at the same villa with the same crew Every time I came to Morocco.

Very comfortable and clean

The front door exhibited difficulty in opening and closing. The bathroom adjacent to the front door was inoperable. I recommend replacing the pillows. There are an excessive number of ants in the living room and the kitchen.

I recently stayed at this amazing villa, and I have to say it was the best experience I’ve ever had. The villa is huge, with spacious rooms that made us feel right at home. The outdoor area is absolutely breathtaking, providing a perfect spot to relax and take in the surroundings. One of the highlights of the stay was the incredible staff. Camelia and Ousasama were incredibly helpful, always going above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. The cleaners were also lovely and kept everything spotless throughout our stay, making us feel so comfortable. The villa is ideally located, very close to all the amenities you might need, making it convenient for shopping, dining, and exploring the area. The only downside, if you’re someone who enjoys a hot bath, is that the water wasn’t hot enough for a very hot soak. However, it was still warm enough to be comfortable, so it wasn’t a major issue. Overall, this villa is truly the best I’ve ever stayed in. I will absolutely book again in the future. One piece of advice for anyone planning to stay: Make sure to ask for the pool to be heated prior to your arrival to make the most of it. Highly recommend!

Great service by the best staff. Camelia was very helpful and kind. In the morning, we were welcomed with a nice breakfast. If we needed anything, Camelia, Anas, and Oussama were always there to assist us promptly. The villa was beautifully maintained, and the team ensured our stay was as comfortable as possible. Their warm hospitality made us feel right at home. Highly recommend this villa for anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable stay!

The house is big and pretty and looks like in the pictures.

* Defective Lighting: The lights were faulty, turning on by themselves and causing some of us to sleep with the lights on. * Non-Functional Bathroom: The bathroom at the entrance was unusable. * Ant Infestation: The house was infested with ants, rendering several areas unusable. * Broken Lift: The lift was out of service. * Faulty Door Handle: The main door handle was falling off. * Inadequate Hot Water: There was very little hot water available in the showers. * Water Leak: A leak was present in the main room. Additionally, the early check-in we arranged was a disaster. We were allowed entry at 1:30 PM only to find the property in a deplorable state, with signs of previous occupants' activities (which had just left) including alcohol bottles, condoms, cannabis, medicines, helium, finger prints on the wall, and blood-stained papers. The villa was nowhere near ready by 3:00 PM as promised. The brief cleaning completed by 6:00 PM still left food in the fridge, underwear in the garden, and debris on the floor. We were shocked by these images. Furthermore, the villa staff was unprofessional and unreliable. The manager was difficult to reach and failed to fulfill commitments. He rescheduled a masseuse appointment without letting us know in advance and cared to answer his phone only after multiple phone calls and hours of waiting. Moreover, after generously tipping the cleaning lady, we were shocked to learn that she attempted to claim our remaining food.

The staff was always available and ready to help with any request, ensuring that the villa remained immaculate throughout our stay. This level of service made us feel truly pampered and allowed us to relax and enjoy our vacation to the fullest. One of the highlights of our stay was the culinary experience provided by Najat. The meals she prepared were absolutely delicious, showcasing the best of Moroccan cuisine. Each dish was crafted with fresh, local ingredients and presented beautifully. Her cooking alone is worth the stay! Overall, our experience at Villa Simeon Marrakech was beyond our expectations. If I could rate it higher than 10, I would give it an 11/10. It was that good. Everything. Villa is out of this world. Staff are amazing.

The only downfall is having to get taxis to the nearest supermarket. If there is a supermarket eventually built on the complex, it would be amazing

The most delicious homemade food in Marrakesh, staff 24/7, the most amazing on-site manager, ready and available at your every need. Everything was impeccable, spotless, comfortable. Brand new the hammam was absolutely beautiful.

Unfortunately, my stay of 3 nights was far too short to full enjoy all the amenities of this great villa! I was completely amazed by the luxurious facilities, such as the wellness area with hammam and fitness studio, the jacuzzi on the rooftop terrace from which you can enjoy a breathtaking view of the imposing Atlas Mountains, and the large outdoor pool that blends perfectly into the elaborately designed garden area, to name just a few examples. The entire object is a design artwork and leaves nothing to be desired. In addition to the cleanliness, which meets 10 out of 10 points, the excellent service and the warmth of the hosts and employees are particularly worth mentioning! I would immediately recommend the Villa Simeon in Marrakesh to my friends/acquaintances and I'am already looking forward to the next, hopefully longer stay to explore the countless sights in the near and easily accessible surroundings extensively 😊
