Appartamento molto confortevole e caratteristico sia l’interno che la terrazza ! Il sig Tayeb , molto attento ai particolari ,colazione molto caratteristica ed abbondante!! Consiglio vivamente la struttura!!

The apartment was absolutely amazing. It was very clean, comfortable and beautifully decorated. Everything was perfect, and it felt like a home away from home. The location was also great, and the apartment had everything we needed for a wonderful stay.

Honestly, there was nothing we didn’t like. Everything was excellent and we really enjoyed our stay.

Es una casa con 3 pisos, La parte de abajo tiene una habitación y un lavabo pequeño, la parte de arriba dispone de un sofá cama con TV, consola y Neflix (aunque ni la consola ni el neflix funcionaban muy bien) y dispone de otra cama de matrimonio y en la 3ª planta hay una pequeña cocina, con lavadora, tostadora, nevera... y la puerta a la terraza, una terraza muy acogedora. La casa está decorada con mucho gusto Todo está muy limpio La ubicación muy cerca de la plaza, menos de 10 minutos caminando. Muy complicada encontrar la casa, gracias a Hayeb que nos esperó en un punto

Lo que menos me gustó, fue que nos trajeron el desayuno, pero no se llevaron los platos sucios Había poco papel de water y sobre jabones de la ducha, únicamente había un jabón y el otro era como una crema

J ai apprécié la décoration de la maison, son emplacement et la terrasse. Le petit déjeuner est délicieux.

Mon groupe était composé de 2 personnes âgées avec une mobilité réduite (béquilles)donc le fait qu' il y avait beaucoup d' escaliers n a pas facilité leurs déplacements dans la maison et on était réduits au rez-de-chaussée. Il est important de souligner que la maison est composé de 2 étages avec des escaliers assez inclinés.

Muchas escaleras en la casa

Le logement est très bien situé, à 10 minutes de la place Jema El Fna, et à 5 minutes des souks. Les nuits sont très calmes. C'est très propre et la communication avec le propriétaire est très facile et réactive. Les services proposés (chauffeur, activités, petits déjeuners...) sont parfaits. La terrasse extérieure est très agréable, et nous avons aimé y prendre nos petits déjeuners.

Le débit d'eau de la douche du bas pourrait être amélioré.

La posizione è pessima, devi attraversare numerosi cunicoli stretti e soprattutto non è safe. Anche di giorno mentre cercavamo la struttura ci è capitato di incontrare numerose persone che si volevano far pagare per accompagnarci alla struttura. La sera invece ci hanno proprio scammati e abbiamo dovuto dare dei soldi per entrare nella nostra via.

Tayeb was fantastic and so helpful - met us from our airport pick up, took our luggage and walked us to the accomodation (which was nearby to where the drivers dropped us off) and did the same upon returning us to the airport. He was wonderful and I would highly highly highly recommend staying here. The hosts were so welcoming and hospitable - really don't have a bad word to say. The location was fantastic and right in the heart of the medina. The walls were quite thin so not much soundproofing but quiet enough to sleep at night. Felt safe for 2 British girls. The dar was beautiful - the rooms were comfortable, well designed, spacious, clean. Beautiful traditional Moroccan breakfasts delivered in the morning too. One of the most wonderful stays I've ever had!

The apartment is nice, and the location in Medina labyrinth as well. Terrace is very nice.

The first floor was a bit damp and cold, 2nd and 3rd were nice. The residence tax that was collected upon leaving was a slightly negative surprise.

Excellent emplacement pour découvrir Marrakech et la médina, calme, bien équipé, propre et confortable. Bon rapport qualité / prix. Bon échange avec le propriétaire et sur place. Je recommande

Nous sommes arrivés de nuit donc pas facile de se repérer mais les habitants du quartier nous ont aidé à trouver le logement. Tayeb nous a très bien accueilli et nous a permis de laisser nos bagages le lendemain pour nous permettre de prolonger notre séjour.

- Tayeb est aux petits soins pour ses clients. - Le tajine cuisiné par la maman de Tayeb était délicieux. - Un petit déjeuner copieux et délicieux. - La superficie de l’hébergement. - L’emplacement au cœur de la médina. - Un très bon rapport qualité prix.

Il manque la climatisation dans une des chambres.

Had a fantastic stay. House was very clean and comfortable. Loved the outside terrace. Great communication from the owners and Tayeb was so friendly and helpful. Tayebs mum cooked for us twice, the food was amazing!

Spacious property, private balcony, clean.

Hard to find (but as is everything), but we were met on a Main Street and walked to the apartment anyway.

Great central location. High quality accommodation. Perfect for a family. Walk to everything. Host met us at the recommended car park which made the initial check-in process a breeze.

The terrace was a lovely extra & the interior was all beautiful and clean. There was plenty of space for 5 people. The option to have home cooked meals was amazing & the food was delicious, especially the breakfast.

Very nice accommodation in a great location- everything is in walking distance. The staff were great at communicating with us- we had a great stay!

Perfect location at the heart of the Medina. The house is very spacious and with a nice rooftop. Tayeb was super friendly and helpful. We very much enjoyed our stay here.

Take into account that you cannot reach the accommodation by taxi, but Tayeb was so kind to help us with our luggage.

Tayab our host was fantastic and did everything we could have wished for. Anytime we needed information and help with daily tasks Tayab was there to make our trip that more memorable.

The property was in an ideal location, short walk from all the main sites and immunities.

We loved everything about our stay at Dar Kamilya. The place is brand new but has an old soul. Tayeb brought us freshly made breakfast on the terrace each morning - freshly made bread and orange juice, such a delicious spread. The place is gorgeous and such a nice private haven to get back to after the busyness of the medina. The best part, hands down, was how well Tayeb took care of us. His mother made couscous for us one night and it was the most amazing food we had our whole time in Marrakech. Nothing beats home cooking, especially when eaten on the terrace with tea candles lit and the evening sounds of the city. We can’t wait to come back.

It was cold the first night because we forgot to turn the heaters on, but the blankets were warm and the second night when we turned them on no problem.
