June, the property manager went out of our way to make our stay extra special by offering us an apartment at the last minute that was better suite

Very small showers but very clean.

The location is the strongest point of this property. Very close to the Vatican City and 2 min walk from the Metro.

Location was amazing and had enough space for our group of 13. Host was great, responsive and met us the morning we arrived and providing recommendations.

L’appartement était nickel et assez grand pour 11 personnes, l’ascenseur était le bienvenue pour le 4 eme étage ainsi que la climatisation dans chacune des pièces de vie.

Le bruit de la rue assez présent la nuit car il n’y a pas de double vitrage.

The air conditioners did not work and it was a sleepless night. the single bed mattresses were unacceptable.

The apartment was extremely dusty; dust covered the entire room and the bed. There were numerous stains on the bed linen and towels, and the toilet had not been flushed properly—there was still feces in the bowl. Towels had been placed on the bed, and when I moved one, a clear patch of dust and dirt was visible underneath. The shower water pressure was very weak, and the water wasn't warm enough for a shower. We asked the host to clean up and change the bed linens, but they said it would take 2–3 hours for someone to arrive; since it was already 9 PM, I told them to just bring the linens and we would change them ourselves. After returning from dinner at midnight, we had to change the bedding for all four bedrooms on our own. It was a truly terrible experience.

Abbiamo scelto un appartamento e poi ci è stato cambiato.

Ho comunicato che, in accordo con i colleghi, accettavo il cambio e, anche se ho specificatamente scritto alla referente che ci tenevamo particolarmente all’igiene e alla pulizia, abbiamo trovato l’appartamento in uno stato pietoso. Non avendo nemmeno utilizzato la cucina e visto lo stato in cui abbiamo dovuto soggiornare, ho chiesto un rimborso almeno del 50%. Anche se sollecitato più volte, non ho mai ricevuto riscontro. Posso caricare solo 4 foto, ma ne avrei altre.

Otimo para grupos! Perto de tudo, metro também perto Flexibilidade no check in! Foi mais cedo do que o previsto nas normas, anfitriões muito atenciosos! Anfitriões muito simpáticos e disponíveis! Gostamos muito da cestinha de boas-vindas Ter ar condicionado, foi essencial!! (Julho apanhamos muito calor, mas em casa estava-se muito bem!

Check out às 10h - Achamos cedo, dado que fomos em grupo e deitamo-nos tarde se fosse às 11h seria o ideial!

The apartment was clean and spacious and loved the area. The gift basket was such a great surprise! The host was very sweet and the area was picturesque. Knowing what I know now, we would definitely stay here again.

The only warning I have is be sure of the exact address. The hosts have 18 homes and only one listing is allowed. We were returning from the ship and heading straight to Rome for a tour which we almost didn't make. She did send us the correct address but not until we were already in route, which I did not see in time. I had planned our stops weeks before and had lockers and excursions selected for minimal effort. We were supposed to drop our luggage off and be at our tour less than a block away, but we spent 30 minutes dragging luggage through Rome looking for the correct location. The positive is the host met us earlier than checkin right after dropping her son off at school and we saved $80 USD by leaving our luggage there. We did make our tour on time although a little worn out.

Location, location, location. Walk to vatican city and beyond. Underground 1 min walk outside front door. 4 bedrooms with own on suite bathrooms, and TV. Two rooms had single bed in addition to queen so great for family flexibility. Aircon in each room which you need in the summer. Nice 4th floor patio. June, out contact met us, showed us apartment was very helpful and responsive.

This is a place for sleeping really. Not hanging out in the apartment, which is something you shouldn't be doing in Rome anyway. There isnt a sitting room per se. Also plan on eating every meal out. Little galley on 4th floor for coffee or storing cold drinks in fridge. But these weren't detractors just more an FYI.

The apartment was spacious and extremely clean! The location was spot on to everything we wanted to do. We also enjoyed the option of the transfer service from the airport to the apartment! In fact, Alessandro patiently waited while we had to go through an extremely long que in customs!

The building was quiet and had enough space to accommodate 7 adults and 1 child.

The property could benefit from some updates. My bathroom had fly like insects around the shower and sink.

Lo mejor de todo fué el anfitrión, Matteo excelente persona y muy atento, en menos de 3 minutos respondí a los mensajes. También me gustó mucho que cada hab tenía su baño.

teniendo baño para cada habitación, había alguna ducha que no funcionaba (todo que lo intentó Matteo con un tecnico) no se puedo recuperar. No había cocina como tal eso dificultaba poder hacer algo de cena.... el apartamento era para 12 persona, pero no había espacio comodo para 12, la mesa era para 6 y el sofá para 3 personas, es decir, zona común insuficiente.

The apartment is in an excellent location in central Naples. It is within walking distance of the train station. The beds are very comfortable. The kitchen is well equipment and it was great to have 2 showers. It was very clean. Ludovica our host was amazing, very prompt with responding to questions and excellent communication and had lots of tips for the local area

Wir waren zu 6. Die Wohnung ist sehr gross. Die Betten sind bequem. 3 Badezimmer sind vorhanden. Die Küche haben wir nicht benutzt da wir ausswärts frühstückten und mittags und abends assen. June war sehr liebenswürdig und zuvorkommend und hat uns sehr geholfen bei unserer Ankunft sowie bei der Abreise.

The unit is newly renovated! Loved that it was very clean and we never ran out of hot water. The beds were comfortable and there's a washer and dryer combo. It was more than enough space for a family of 10. FYI this is on the 4th floor so if you don't like stairs, you can always take the lift which fits about 3 people, though those stairs really did us good with all the food and gelatos we ate. It's close to the metro, shops, restaurants and about a 15 min walk to the Vatican.

Le logement via silla 2/a était spacieux, très propre, joliment décoré, très bien situé. Appartement idéal pour 10 personnes visitant Rome. L’accueil par June était très chaleureux. June s’est occupée des transferts, de notre accueil, de la consigne pour nos bagages. Elle nous a donné toutes les informations nécessaires, s’est montrée très disponible et toujours avec gentillesse. Merci

Não ficamos no apartamento reservado, este foi nos dito que teve um problema de canalização e não era possível ficarmos lá mas em alternativa arranjaram-nos outro na mesma zona e com as mesmas características. Gostamos muito do apartamento, estava tudo limpo e acomodou-nos muito bem. Havia uma cabaz de cortesia. É o Host foi muito simpático e a comunicação foi muito fácil e tranquila.

Die Zimmer waren alle sehr geräumig und gemütlich eingerichtet. Die Badezimmer in jedem Zimmer sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet.

Die Küche war etwas klein aber alles vorhanden, was man für ein einfaches Gericht braucht.

Die Lage war perfekt! Metro direkt vor der Haustür. Allerdings haben wir diese nur einmal benutzt, da vieles gut zu Fuß zu erreichen ist. Mit dem Flughafen Shuttlebus bis Vatikanstadt, dann sind es noch 800m zum Apartment. Wir waren zu 10., da waren die 4 Zimmer mit jeweiligem Bad super!!! Alles sehr sauber! Uns hat auch die Dachterrasse sehr gefallen. Der Kontakt zu June, die uns das Apartment übergeben hat, war super! Sie hat sofort reagiert, wenn wir Fragen hatten und sich um Lösungen gekümmert!! Danke June! Würde das Apartment wieder buchen!

Die Küche ist sehr klein! Da wir aber weder im Apartment frühstücken noch zu Abend essen wollten, war das für uns überhaupt kein Thema!

Accommodated six adults and six children very comfortably. Very spacious. Very convenient location for the Vatican. Central Rome is easily accessible by foot or the Metro. Supermarket and street market close by. Our host was very friendly and responded quickly to any questions we had. Highly recommended.

No clothe dryer, no fans or AC. Windows could not be kept open because of outside noise and mosquitoes. No way of ventilating apartment.

Apartman mal 4 izby a kazda mala svoju kupelku. Hostitelka June bola velmi mila, dokonca nebol problem ani zabezpecit lozko navyse. Pripravila nam mile obcerstvenie a flasku cerveneho vina. Určite sa vratime a dakujeme, citili sme sa u Vas skvele.

Pulizia, posizione, personale. June è davvero accogliente e professionale

Beliggenheten var veldig bra. At restauranter, Vatikanet og matmarkedet lå i nabolaget var et stort pluss. Metroen, som lå rett utfor, gjorde det enkelt å komme rundt. Bad på alle rom var utrolig behagelig. Store soverom. Deilig å ha mulighet for å sitte på terassen når det var godvær. God kommunikasjon med June. Hun var superhyggelig og veldig lett å ha kontakt med.

Enkelte av sengene var dårlige. Hodeputene var harde. Kjøkken hadde lite utstyr. Kaffemaskinen fungerte dårlig. Terassen var nedslitt. To nøkler på 8 voksne ble for lite.

Nos hemos quedado en via silla 2. Me ha encantado la posibilidad de estar toda la familia en un mismo alojamiento con la comodidad de un apartamento. Éramos 12 personas y la logística es compleja. Han sido también muy amables en el trato y facilitando todas las opciones que les he planteado. De hecho, nos hemos alojado también en el otro apartamento de 3 dormitorios (en la misma planta, la puerta de enfrente) Recomiendo este sitio. He encontrado por Booking varios alojamientos en Roma sospechosos de estafa y me alegro de haber elegido este sitio. Gracias June por ser tan amable en persona también!

Los vecinos de abajo se molestan rápido... Y la entrada del edificio tiene unos escalones inevitablemente. Tampoco me gusta que no haya microondas o que no haya un cazo más pequeño para calentar leche, por ejemplo. Los sofás cama son incómodos. Está cerca de la parada de metro pero hubiera preferido zona Trevi o Navona, en mi caso de familia tan numerosa ha sido imposible.

Struttura davvero accogliente e spaziosa per un gruppo grande. Eravamo in 12 e ci siamo trovati benissimo. Le camere erano spaziose con mobili nuovi, molto pulite e i 3 bagni con doccia erano comodissimi. La host ci ha accolto benissimo all'orario richiesto e rispondeva sempre per qualsiasi necessità. Posizione ottima.

Hvis man vil/skal benytte sovesofaen (som man ligger godt i), ikøkkenet/fælles rummet til at sove på, mangler der toilet mulighed, da alle toiletter er i de fire værelser.

Perfect place while visiting Rome especially when you travel with bigger family! Very close to Vatican and metro station. Helpful and very friendly host.
