Good place to stay

A bit far from the city

Clean and spacious room with nice bathroom, all in a quiet area where rest is great. Perfect location and helpful hosts, both with transport and food. Nice breakfast. Highly convenient place to stay near the airport.

We choose the property as it was so close to the airport and were arriving in quite late evening. Rooms were lovely and the couple running are very welcoming and the welcome drink was delicious as was the breakfast the next day. Great value spot for airport stay or also if looking to stay around Negombo. Rooms were very clean and the shower was great (which often is not the case!)

Molt net, habitació molt agradable i bany amb dutxa amb mampara. Teniem una sortida al jardí amb una taula i cadires. La propietaria es molt educada i fan un esmorçar molt complert de salat i dolç.

저도 깔끔한 사람인데 저보다 깔끔하게 룸이 관리되어 있어 놀랐습니다. 집도 예쁘고 마당이 또 정갈하고 예뻐요. 아침식사도 정성스럽게 차려져 나옵니다 언젠가 스리랑카에 다시 온다면 또 오고싶어요

Très propre, confortable, hôtes adorables. C’était parfait et le rapport qualité-prix est imbattable. Allez-y les yeux fermés.

Un peu excentré donc plus calme et dans la nature, on a été très bien accueillis, à 15 minutes de la ville environ en tuktuk, clim fonctionnelle, eau chaude, lit correct et petit déjeuner copieux !

Rien à dire, le matelas est un peu ferme mais très bien par rapport à d'autre logements 👍

It was a hotel experience in the room and a homely experience at the house/villa. It was such a pleasanr stay with comfy room and fantastic breakfast!The host was very nice too. Th villa was beautiful!

The hosts were so welcoming and accommodating. We were greeted with fresh fruit juice and made to feel right at home. We actually stayed there twice, both when we first arrived in Colombo and the night before we departed. It is a beautiful little property that serves homemade breakfast each morning.

It was a little father from the airport than I had thought. But it was no problem getting there and back, even for an early morning flight .

A wonderful, cozy villa. The area is entirely private, very quiet and peaceful. The room is clean and everything works, although there were a bit to many ants (however, the hostess immediately took action and they almost disappeared). The house has a large common area, perfect for relaxing there or in the garden during the day. The hostess is very pleasant and communicative, and helps with any problems. The breakfast is excellent (we always ordered continental). Dinner is not served here, and there are no restaurants nearby, but you can order delivery from the hostess. You can get to Negombo relatively inexpensively via Pikmi and explore the area. The airport is a 20-minute drive away.

The family who run this hotel are so friendly and accommodating. They can't do enough for you! The breakfast is great and freshly made whenever you want to. Even when we had to leave at 6:30am they still made it for us. Very patient when we did not have enough rupees and gave us time to sort out some cash. Lovely house and a lovely family.

An amazing stay, with spacious and modern rooms, a delicious breakfast and wonderful hosts! Perfect for a base for arriving or leaving Sri Lanka. The host was super friendly and helped with transportation. Highly recommend!

Grande demeure avec grand jardin dans un quartier très calme loin du centre mais vite rejoint en tuk tuk. Les hôtes sont adorables, aux petits soins, on partait pour l’aéroport vers 6h, on nous a préparé un petit déjeuner à emporter, notre pickme n’arrivait pas, la jeune femme s’est occupé d’en appeler un autre. Tout est propre et confortable. À 20 minutes de l’aéroport.

Стильная вилла с чудесной хозяйкой. Уточняют время прибытия, идут на встречу и всегда на связи, пока вы в дороге. Чистое белье и полотенца, наличие кондиционеров расслабляют настрой после и до перелетов ! Рады, что попали именно сюда!

Рядом нет магазинов, но можно взять легко тук-тук через пик ми и выехать куда нужно.

Понравилось что очень чисто и белоснежные полотенца и постельное белье. Дом красивый и территория ухоженная. Очень комфортный санузел, притянет принимать душ. Очень милая и вежливая хозяйка нас встретила. Шикарный завтрак, все было очень вкусным и сытным.

Fui con mi hermana. Escogimos este lugar porque estaba cerca del aeropuerto y la verdad que superó nuestras expectativas! Lugar muy nuevo, bonito y tranquilo. La habitación estupenda y el lavabo amplio con agua caliente. La dueña fue muy amable y en general fueron muy atentos. El desayuno estaba bueno. Se encargaron de pedirnos la cena para que nos la trajeran al hotel. La verdad, estuvimos encantadas con el lugar!!!!

Стильная, чистая вилла встретила нас после дороги. Очень поразил интерьер, маленькие детали в ланкийском стиле. Очень приятные, дипломатичные хозяева все рассказали и показали в доме. Мы жили в комнате наверху, с большой душевой и хорошим напором воды. Поразил чудесный завтрак: пока лучшие роти, которые мы встретили на Шри ланке!

The place is really nice! The friendly and helpful hosts have done an amazing job of making this place look like new, a real luxury boutique hotel! In my three months traveling to get here… I have found no better lodging! Worth every penny and more!!! I’m also sorry I didn’t make advance reservations with the Host and Owner who is a bilingual freelance TOUR GUIDE! I’m definitely going to return there before I leave Sri Lanka! (Not much choice—the hostess allowed me to leave my big suitcase in the storage room, for no additional cost—they are so nice!!!)

¿What didn’t I like about this beautiful place? Mmmm… if I could just pick it up and transport it to a quiet beach front location?!? (But then I would have to pay 10 times the price they charge!) It’s close to the “Colombo International AirPort” so you do hear the aircraft flying nearby… but it’s not in the direct flight path! It did not bother me. No complaints from me!

非常干净，床很舒服，洗澡水有点凉，空调外机不太安静，当然这都是我个人问题。早饭好吃极了，有很多当地美食，老板娘做饭又快又好，园子打理得也很舒服，很有品味，可惜我们就过一夜，我们会怀念在斯里兰卡的第一个晚上。

I stayed at Cenreeza villa after a long and arduous journey from England. They couldn't do enough for me. Breakfast was exceptional quality, a quiet location and brilliant location which was needed for me. The staff were friendly and the rooms spacious and clean. Hotel designed to european standards modern and beautiful for a good price. I would definitely stay here again and reccomemend anyone to stay.

The owners and the breakfast were truly exceptional. The breakfast was fresh and delicious. The area was peaceful and serene, providing a perfect atmosphere for relaxation. The villa was spotless, and we thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of our stay. Arranging transportation was hassle-free, thanks to the owners' incredibly helpful.

To be honest, I don't have a single negative point to mention—it was a wonderful experience. The stay was relaxing and thoroughly enjoyable, not just for me but also for my wife and kids, who loved it just as much.
