No instruction on how to drive out of the garage with scaning the appartment key even prepaid the parking alreay. And it is not easy find the key location from the email.

No dishwasher liquid to use on sponges to clean counters, etc. Very complex parking area, but once we fig out where our car was from the apt, it’s easier. Very frustration on arrival because it’s all underground. We were lost! Communication was very minimal from host. No checking in on us to see if we needed anything or if we arrived.

Reviewed Jul 8, 2026super lage..wir haben das alice cooper konzert in „the hall“ besucht..die location war 2min entfernt. mit der strassenbahn ist man sofort direkt in zürich. wirklich alles super unkompliziert. das appartement war sauber und sehr schön eingerichtet, wir fühlten uns sehr wohl.
der fernseher im schlafzimmer funktionierte nicht.

Reviewed Jul 7, 2026Modern apartment complex, easy check-in, very friendly and responsive host. Great Public Transportation connections, trainstation Stettbach is within easy walking distance. We stayed here with our family incl our family dog for a day in the city before heading to the airport, perfect location. Parking is modern and spacious enough for bigger cars, too. There is also a grocery store nearby and a little Coop Pronto Shop, open till 11 pm, convenient if you arrive late. We'd love to stay at Tree Points Apartmens again in the future!

Reviewed Jun 29, 2026C'est la 2ème fois que nous avons séjourné dans ces appartements et nous y retournerons si nous avons l'occasion d'aller à nouveau à Zurich. L'emplacement est très bien desservi par des bus et trams donc très facile de se déplacer sans prendre sa voiture. Il y a un parking souterrain qui est très pratique. L'appartement est très sécurisé, très bien agencé et décoré et on s'y sent bien.
Tout était parfait.

Reviewed Jun 29, 2026Amazing apartment, really conveniently designed, has everything you could need even for longer stays like fully equipped kitchen, great amount of storage space in every area of the apartment, a lot of small details thought through that makes this an amazing place. We also very much enjoyed that it’s a new built, you can control all the lights and room temperature not only from the rooms but also from centralised tablet. The apartment also offers very big terrace that faces two sides, one more of an urban area, the other a bit more nature. The surrounding area is very quiet and peaceful, there is Lidl about 3 minutes on foot from the building, also located a bit further from Zurich centre, but the train station is less than 10 minutes away on foot and the train itself takes around 4 minutes to reach the centre.

Не понравилась реакция персонала. У нас возникла проблема с оплатой парковки. На мои вопросы по этой проблеме менеджер не отвечала. Зато она сразу же ответила, когда я ей сообщила о том, что мы самостоятельно решили проблему. В апартаментах был мусор на полу, особенно в прихожей, наверное, забыли пропылесосить

Reviewed Jun 1, 2026Location is a bit far away from central Zurich but the public transport options are quite convenient so I don't think it's significant burden on the itinerary. The eatery nearby (the pavilion) has pretty good food and relatively long opening hours. The room itself is spacious and clean; soap and shampoo was in little eco-tubes but there was a sufficient amount for us.
The letterbox with the room number is a bit hard to find, especially since the letterboxes don't appear to be in order. While there was a fan kindly provided for the apartment, the host informed me usually only one fan is allowed, which is a bit off when the place was booked for three and the extra bed is set up in the living room away from the main bedroom. The fan cannot possibly be used on both at the same time. It was still cool enough at night (May) for us to get by but things might be different at the height of summer.

It was perfect for us, as we came for a concert that was held nearby. The area is quiet and peaceful; however, for someone looking for a livelier nightlife scene, it might be a bit too quiet 🙂

The check in process is very difficult to follow. I had to be on top of the owner to get information regarding parking and key delivery. There were no check out instructions, we had to get into the parking through the car exit gate.

Reviewed Dec 2, 2025Das von uns bewohnte Appartement liegt im 10. Stockwerk. Am Morgen wird man von einem atemberaubenden Sonnenaufgang begrüsst. Die Wohnung ist sehr hell, grosszügig und so weit perfekt eingerichtet. Die Küche hat alles was man sich wünschen kann, sogar einen Herd mit Induktionstechnologie, der extrem gut funktioniert und die Garzeiten erheblich verringert. Die Betten laden zum Liegenbleiben ein. Die kontaktlose Schlüsselübergabe hat einwandfrei funktioniert. Die Ansprechperson ist über WhatsApp stets erreichbar und antwortet prompt. Auch eine Telefonnummer ist vorhanden.
Die Wohnung war bei unserer Ankunft zu wenig geheizt und fühlte sich kalt an. Wir haben das gemeldet und umgehend einen Heizlüfter erhalten. Diesen mussten wir während unserem Aufenthalt (drei Nächte) ständig laufen lassen, um eine angenehme Wohntemperatur zu haben. Das hatte zur folge, dass die Luft sehr trocken war. Es gab leider keine Plaid auf dem Sofa, was angenehm gewesen wäre. Der Boden blieb in der ganzen Wohnung sehr kalt, so dass wir froh waren, unsere eigenen Pantoffeln mitgebracht zu haben. Wir hielten Ausschau nach einem Bademantel.

Reviewed Nov 7, 2025A modern apartment. The apartment is spacious and nicely designed. Bed was comfortable. The bathroom is big. There is washing machine inside the room. Location is far to zurich center but close to the airport.
We found dirty toilet bowl, my husband ended up cleaning it by himself. The room was cold during our stay because there is no heater in the room, then after we messaged the owner, the owner informed us how to turn on the heating on the floor.

Reviewed Oct 16, 2025Das Gebäude ist ein Erlebnis. Sehr modern und mit allem Komfort für Mensch und Auto. Die Lage ist sehr zentral und die Mitarbeiterin von three point war mega nett, als wir etwas hilflos im Fahrstuhl standen und mit der Technik kämpften. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Allenfalls Kleinigkeiten - im Bad gibt es eine einzigen Handtuchhalter. Noch nicht mal Haken an der Mauer... das ist etwas unpraktisch. Eine Beschreibung, wie man vom Parkhaus in den Wohntower kommt, wäre nicht schlecht... wir mussten Anwohner fragen

Reviewed Sep 29, 2025The apartment was on the 10th floor of a 33 story building. It is very contemporary & modern. Kitchen was well equipped. The shower was amazing. The view of Zurich from the balcony was awesome. It has a washer/dryer.
It isn't possible to park in front of the building to get the key or unload luggage, and you can't enter the underground garage without a key. It requires the key to get into any door or elevator. The lights are turned on/off from a screen on the wall. There aren't plugs to charge electronics except in the bedroom. There isn't a standard coffee maker (a Nepresso). No ice trays to make ice for drinks. It is not within walking distance to restaurants or grocery store. It's not near Zurich city center. Even though the apartment is beautiful, it doesn't offset the inconveniences of staying there.

Reviewed Sep 28, 2025In over 20 years of traveling, this is the most modern, comfortable, and well equipped apartment I have stayed in, nothing less! Located a mere 8-minute train ride from Zurich HB (main train station), inside a tower residential building, in a very quiet neighborhood while being close to supermarkets and a tram stop that brings you to the airport in less than half an hour. The apartment is super clean and big, very modern and safe, and has everything you need to prepare meals and to enjoy your stay. Very good contact with the owner before arrival and on site during our stay, this was truly appreciated. The possibility to use a washing machine in the apartment was a big plus for us. Thank you to the owners for a very enjoyable stay!
Nothing to dislike. The way to collect the keys during check-in, whose intructions were sent shortly before arrival, might seem a bit complicated at first but it is truly easy once you are on site.

Reviewed Sep 10, 2025Gute Lage, 5 Min. fußläufig vom nächsten Bhf. entfernt (dann eine Station bis Stadelhofen); maximal 3 Minuten bis zum nächsten Lidl; tolle, moderne Wohnung, die exakt so aussieht, wie auf den Bildern dargestellt; sehr gut ausgestattete Küche mit zahlreichen Utensilien; tolles Bad mit guter Dusche und zwei Eingängen; schönes, recht neues Hochhaus mit dementsprechend beeindruckender Aussicht (wenngleich wir "nur" im 9. Stock waren); super umlaufender Balkon mit Sitzgelegenheiten. Wir kommen gerne wieder!
Man muss sich definitiv auf Fluglärm einstellen, da diese Hochhäuser exakt in der Einflugschneise zum Flughafen Zürich-Kloten liegen. Zwei einzelne Bettdecken für das Doppelbett wären top, wobei wir das auf Anfrage sicher bekommen hätten.

Reviewed Aug 24, 2025Das Appartement ist außergewöhnlich, völlig modern, sehr technisch, sauber und stilvoll. Man fühlt sich gleich sehr wohl. Es ist insgesamt sehenswert. Unser Frühstück in der Nähe war ebenfalls super. Wir waren dort eine Nacht, es war ein Erlebnis !
Man muss erst einmal an den Zimmerschlüssel kommen, um aus dem Parkhaus das Gebäude betreten zu können. Es war etwas kompliziert am Anfang, aber das ist egal, der Aufenthalt war super !

Reviewed Aug 21, 2025It was very comfortable and clean. It’s home away from home. My contact person Mireme was super helpful and kind even though we didn’t even speak or meet in person but the service was exceptional. I would highly recommend this place to anyone.
The only thing is the internet connect for the TV in the living room wasn’t so good but the rest of the house had excellent reception.

Ci hanno fatto trovare anche delle capsule di caffè… gentilissimi! LO CONSIGLIO A TUTTI! con il treno 2 fermate (8 minuti) e sei in centro.. la stazione dista 400 metri. Soggiorno da tanti anni con Booking ma questo appartamento è stato davvero una scoperta! ❤️
