I condizionatori non funzionavano correttamente (non arrivava mai a temperatura ) e si nota che non viene eseguita la sanificazione periodica . Si percepiva un cattivo odore i filtri erano palesemente sporchi . Si notava palesemente mentre si muovevano le alette.

Leider hatten wir eine sehr gemischte Erfahrung in den Suri Suites. Das Zimmer war geschmackvoll eingerichtet, sauber und insgesamt wirklich schön. Was uns zu dieser unterdurchschnittlichen Bewertung bewegt, ist die Verwaltung. Self-Checkin ist grundsätzlich eine gute Sache, vereinfacht für gewöhnlich für beide Parteien den Prozess. Leider war es in diesem Fall so, dass wir an der entsprechenden Adresse ankamen und der Name unserer Unterkunft nicht auf dem Klingelschild stand. Auf Nachfrage bekamen wir die knappe Anweisung, „irgendwo anders zu klingeln“, damit uns geöffnet werde und wir so zur Schlüsselbox im dritten Stock Zugang bekämen. Im Verlauf unseres Aufenthalts haben wir dann gemerkt, dass es sich unsere Verwalterin auf diese Weise sehr einfach macht, allerdings mit unangenehmen Folgen, vor allem für die dauerhaften Bewohner dieses Gebäudes. Auch in unserer Wohnung hat es immer wieder geklingelt, es waren als andere Leute darauf angewiesen, dass irgendjemand die Eingangstür aufmacht. Nach ein paar Tagen fanden wir die Eingangstür so mittels eines Taschentuch präpariert, dass sie nicht mehr ins Schloss fiel. Zufällig trafen wir eine Dauermieterin, die diese Veränderung vorgenommen hatte, weil sie es leid war, dass ständig irgendwelche Touristen zu jeder Tages- und Nachtzeit klingelten, um ins Gebäude zu gelangen, was wir sehr gut nachvollziehen konnten. Trotzdem war es kein gutes Gefühl, mit offener Eingangstür zu wohnen. Auch auch die weitere Kommunikation mit der Verwalterin war wenig erfreulich, da nicht auf unsere Bedürfnisse eingegangen wurde. Für zukünftige Buchungen werden wir genau prüfen, ob wir Teil einer solchen Zumutung für die dauerhaften Bewohner einer Stadt sind und solche Etablissements dann meiden.

La persona de contacto, tuvimos un problema al llegar, puesto que la puerta de la calle estaba cerrada y no se abría tocando al interruptor que nos indicó la recepcionista. La llamamos por teléfono y no nos lo cogió, menos mal que pasaban unos vecinos en ese momento.

Reviewed Aug 23, 2026Bardzo fajna lokalizacja, blisko wejścia do Muzeum Watykańskich. Budynek jest przy głównej ulicy, ale nie jest głośno. W pokoju czysto, było też sprzątanie raz na dzień. Pokój mały, ale przytulny. Pomocna obsługa. Polecam!

Our key did not work from the inside. So when the main door was locked by other guests, we werent able to exit. We told the host but she did not come with a solution to help us.

Reviewed Jul 19, 2026The location is a literal block away from Vatican City and very close to the subway. Getting around Rome was extremely easy from this location. Especially, if it's your first time in Rome and you're looking to see many of the common attractions.
One of the days we were there, the hot water went out and we had to contact property management. The issue was eventually resolved the following morning and it was likely due to the extreme heat and people depleting hot water for showers. However, it was a bit inconvenient and made for some awkward conversations with the rest of the travel group.

Reviewed Jul 9, 2026Everything was perfect! We had a wonderful stay. Claudia was incredibly helpful and gave us clear instructions about the suite, making everything easy from the moment we arrived. The suite was very quiet, comfortable, and in a perfect location, just a short walk from the Vatican Museums. On the day of our departure, Claudia kindly arranged a taxi for us at 2:00 a.m., and thanks to her, we got to the airport safely and without any stress. We would be delighted to stay in this suite again on our next visit to Rome. Highly recommended!

Purtroppo la nostra camera, nonostante fosse nuova e molto carina non era stata pulita con attenzione. I comodini in velluto erano ricoperti da polvere (molto probabilmente una svista durante la pulizia della camera), il copriletto non sembrava al primo utilizzo dopo il lavaggio e sulle mattonelle del bagno nella parte alta c'erano dei capelli. Doccia molto spaziosa e bagno in generale pulito. Io personalmente avrei preferito una TV più piccola, ma più attenzione per cuscini, materasso e lenzuola. Consiglio comunque questa struttura perché ritengo tutto facilmente risolvibile utilizzando più attenzione durante il passaggio della pulizia camera.

Το μονο κακο ηταν ότι δεν εχει ηχομόνωση και επειδή ειναι σε κεντρικό σημείο άκουγες τα αυτοκίνητα από νωρις το πρωι! Παρ ολα αυτα θα ξανά πήγαινα!!😊

Lage an der Straße sehr laut. Matratze ungemütlich, Kissen zu hoch. Unterkunft hätte etwas sauberer sein können, einige Ecken mit Staub. Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ok (alle anderen Unterkünfte sind auch so teuer)

Reviewed Apr 25, 2026The room was okay and met our basic expectations. The location of the accommodation was excellent—right next to the Vatican Museums, which made it very convenient for sightseeing.
However, there were some issues during our stay. Although the reservation was for two people, there were not enough towels provided, and even after mentioning it multiple times, they were not replaced or restocked. Additionally, the check-in process was not as smooth as we had expected. The host/owner initially asked me to send my ID via WhatsApp, which I did not feel comfortable doing for security reasons and did not consider necessary. After I explained my concerns, this step was skipped and we were able to proceed with the check-in.

La total falta de información al ingreso, la inexistencia de carteleria que permita identificar el alojamiento, la falta de lobby o recepción. Logramos localizar el aloajamento subiendo en cada uno de los tres cuerpos del edificio y bajando por las escaleras mirando cada puerta y viendo en una un sticker de papel con una escritura a mano con birome azul que en letras de un centimetro dice "suri suites". Nadie conoce el alojamiento en todo el edificio. Si se llega en vuelo temprano no hay quien atienda ni donde dejar las maletas. La encargada poco amable y poco solidaria. No volvería.
