Colazione abbondante. Possibilità di parcheggio in loco gratuitamente (questo però con buona probabilità dipende dal numero di ospiti presenti nella struttura). Host disponibile.

Beengtes Zimmer. Schmales Bett. Als Zudecke gab es ein Laken mit einer filzdecke drüber.

Reviewed Aug 13, 2026Mary was incredibly kind and takes great care of the place, keeping it clean and everything very well organized. I can confirm all the wonderful things I had read in the reviews, including the breakfast, which offers a great variety of products! If you have a car she has a free parking to use right next to the building. The area is very pleasant for taking a nice walk, away from the hustle and bustle but still in a great location for getting around, both on foot and by public transportation. We highly recommend this place to everyone!

We were on the second floor of a house. It was hard to bring heavy luggage back and forth. It was an hours walk from Toronto city. No breakfast provided which was supposed to be included as stated at booking.

Le voisin de chambre qui laissait claquer les portes sans se soucier du bien être et du sommeil des autres tôt mais ça on ne peut pas choisir!

Reviewed Jun 12, 2026The house and apartment were impeccably clean and tidy. I was fortunate to find this accommodation last minute near the hospital. It is within walking distance of many shops and restaurants, and on a streetcar line. Breakfast was very plentiful. The hostess was extremely kind and attentive, I truly felt like a guest in her home.
If you need a huge room and a TV, then it is not for you, but it suited my needs perfectly!

Very expensive for such a small room! Suggestions for breakfast, it would be nice to have hard boiled eggs and ham slices (chicken and turkey are less popular, especially for breakfast) and flavoured coffee creamer.

De kamer is wel heel erg klein. Onze kamer had een badkamer in de kamer. Andere kamers hebben ook een eigen badkamer maar deze is op de gang. Dus dan moet je je kamer verlaten om naar de wc/douche te gaan.

Reviewed May 27, 2026For what we needed, this place was ideal since it was walking distance to visit our family. Also the location was walking distance to Koreatown, which we did to eat some yummy Korean food. The house is well kept and clean. Having an entrance code to front door and room was very convenient. The hostess made sure she was available during breakfast.
Our room was clean, spacious and yet but the gap from foot of the bed to the wall was very narrow so it was a bit awkward to get to the washroom. Perhaps the room can be configured in a different way with the bed?

Die Stiege in den zweiten Stock war sehr steil und eng und mit zwei großen schweren Koffern eine Herausforderung. Ein Fernseher wäre toll gewesen.

Reviewed Jan 19, 2026I did not eat the breakfast. The location and figuring out parking was a little challenging due to arriving in the dark, in the rain but the host/staff were very helpful when I called to find out that information.
My room was up 4 flights of stairs, it was a bit of a hike but the host did help me with my bags when I arrived. I didn't realize it was going to be so many steps when I booked the room.

Reviewed Nov 8, 2025Location was excellent. Not in the centre of town but within easy walk of underground station on a key line enabling easy travel to anywhere in the city. Host was very kind and everything very well prepared from arriving to breakfast and ability to stay quite late on the day of leaving.
Shower was unmovable and really needs replacing, though does work and once water is warm very nice. When first entering though, the water is cold and you can't avoid it when switching it on.

Gefrühstückt haben wir an einer großen "Theke" in der Küche von Frau Wang. Die Auswahl an Brot, Aufschnitt, Säfte, Marmeladen, Quark, frisches Obst, herrlich. Nichts fehlte uns. Die Sauberkeit auch in der Küche perfekt. Oft kamen wir mit anderen Gästen ins Gespräch. Es war für uns das erste mal, das wir kein Hotel gebucht haben und wir haben es nicht bereut. Liebe Frau Wang, sie waren immer sehr herzlich zu uns. Dankeschön. "Ihre Sisters"

Die Fenster sind leider nicht schalldicht isoliert, sodass man ab 5 Uhr morgens immensen Straßenlärm hört.

Reviewed Sep 6, 2025Consigliamo molto questa struttura a Toronto, la stanza era piccola ma molto curata nei dettagli, accogliente e pulita. Ogni giorno venivano cambiati gli asciugamani e ci venivano fornite nuove bottigliette d’acqua. La proprietaria è una signora molto gentile, la mattina ci faceva trovare una colazione molto varia e abbondante. C’è anche la possibilità di avere un posto auto e la posizione è comoda per raggiungere a piedi il centro della città.

Mary was a great host: plenty of choice at breakfast. Location was good for a conference at the Rotman School of Management (just a 15-minute walk).
My room was on the street side. Traffic noise didn't bother me (it was very reasonable), but if you're a very light sleeper, this may be a concern.
