Todo 😊. El manager Hssain muy amable. Hemos celebrado 20 años de matrimonio y Hssain nos cambio la habitación por una superior por el mismo precio y además cu detalles de rosas en la cama. Hamza y Salima muy atentos siempre. El desayuno muy rico, cada día otras cosas. La limpieza de la habitación y del baño. El último día fue el cumpleaños de mi marido, Hamza nos trajo una tarta muyyy rica y la hemos compartido con ellos.

Nuestra estancia en este Riad ha sido simplemente INCREÍBLE. Desde el primer momento nos hemos sentido súper bien recibidos y cuidados. El trato ha sido excepcional durante toda la estancia, siempre atentos a todo lo que necesitábamos y haciéndonos sentir como en casa. El Riad es precioso, está todo súper limpio, cuidado al detalle y tiene muchísimo encanto. La ubicación no puede ser mejor, está al lado de la plaza y muy cerca de todo, así que es perfecto para recorrer Marrakech andando y disfrutar de la Medina sin necesidad de desplazarse demasiado. El desayuno merece una mención especial porque ha sido espectacular. Súper completo, todo buenísimo, productos riquísimos y preparado con muchísimo cariño. Cada mañana era uno de nuestros momentos favoritos del día. Y sobre todo queremos destacar a Hamza. Es una persona increíble, súper amable, atento, cercano y siempre dispuesto a ayudarnos con absolutamente todo. Ha hecho que nuestra experiencia haya sido todavía más especial y nos llevamos un recuerdo buenísimo de él y de todo el equipo. De verdad que no podemos poner ni una sola pega. La atención, la limpieza, la ubicación, el desayuno, el ambiente… absolutamente TODO ha sido de 10. Nos hemos sentido muy cómodos y felices durante toda nuestra estancia. Sin duda, si volvemos a Marrakech, volveríamos a alojarnos aquí sin pensarlo dos veces. Lo recomendamos al 100%. Gracias por habernos hecho sentir tan bien y por convertir nuestro viaje en una experiencia todavía más bonita. ❤️✨

The breakfast was nice and served in the terrace.

Low level of cleaning and always an “excuse” why this is “normal” but not a real apology or compensation. Once we arrived I noticed the toilet was not very clean. When I asked to clean it I was told it is just sand that comes with the water, which I believed it was a lie as there was no “more sand” for the two stays we stayed in the end. Then the second night we found insects in linens. So we decided to change a hotel. When we talked to three personnel we were told the wind brought the insects which again I think is a lie as there was not a lot of wind and there were not windows open during our stay. When we asked for our money back for the nights we will not stay they were avoiding it. The personnel passed us to the owner, the owner did not answer for many hours…. Also when he answered he blamed us for “not liking the hotel from the beginning” and when we confronted him with facts he blamed the personnel for not cleaning well! Totally h

Perfect accommodations right near the sights, yet in a quiet, peaceful location. Clean, tidy, and well-equipped rooms, with a delicious breakfast. The host, Hssain, is a wonderful person. He’s helpful and supports you with every request. I definitely recommend this to anyone visiting this wonderful city. 10 out of 10, no question! Thanks again for all!

Un riad en un edificio nuevo, con todos los servicios. Muy limpio. Justo en el lugar ideal para entrar a la medina, a la plaza Jemma El fna, al zoco y a la zona nueva de la Mezquita de Koutoubia. De Hamza sólo decir que con nosotros se portó de 10 en todo, amable, atento y nos dió todas las indicaciones necesarias en el mapa de la ciudad para visitarla.

A személyzet kifejezetten kedves és segítőkész volt. A szállás 5-7percnyire van gyalog a piaci nyüzsgéshez, mégis elég távol, hogy ne legye hangos éjszaka. A szállásra való gyaloglás este is biztonságos.

Hamza. sağolsun öyle güzel ilgilendi ki sabah erkenden çıkacağım için kahvaltımı bile akşamdan odama getirdi. Marakeşi tanıttı, çok yardımcı oldu. Ayrıca riadın konumu çok iyiydi. Havalimanından 19 numara otobüsten inince yürüme 3 dk. mesafede. Yatak konforluydu ve kocamandı, her şey güzeldi.

Die Unterkunft hat acht Zimmern, wird von zwei Brüder betrieben. Beide waren überfreundlich, höflich nicht drängelnd. Die Lage direkt bei Koutoubia Moschee in der Mdina. Man bekommt Schlüssel von der Eingang, man kann jederzeit rein raus gehen.

Unsere Zimmer war anscheinend Budget Zimmer, es war nach dem Duschen im Zimmer sehr stickig, weil das Fenster in den Flur im Treppenhaus gerichtet war. Wir waren fünf Nächte, die letzten zwei Nächte hätten wir das Zimmer wechseln dürfen, was wir aber nicht gemacht haben.Ich würde dieses Zimmer auf gar kein Fall wieder buchen. Das Frühstück war kein Büffet, sondern wurde jedem das gleiche serviert. Nachschlag war nicht möglich und jeden Tag das gleiche.

Este riad foi a melhor escolha da nossa viagem. Um riad muito central e os funcionários eram incríveis. Tudo muito limpo e arrumavam o nosso quarto de manhã. Recomendo muito. Os meus parabéns aos funcionários pela simpatia.

La ubicación es excepcional, en plea plaza Jmaa el Fna, sin tener que callejear por la Medina. El anfitrión muy agradable y servicial en todo momento.

Centrico, limpio y el personal muy simpatico y atento en especial Hamsa que tuvo un trato excepcional con nosotros.

Struttura molto ben curata, a 5 minuti a piedi dalla piazza principale Jemaa el Fna, è situata in una vietta tranquilla rispetto al resto del centro. Camere molto grandi e luminose, cambio asciugamani ogni giorno. Colazione molto buona ma poco varia. Consiglio assolutamente questa struttura, il proprietario è un ragazzo giovane molto gentile.

Purtroppo la nostra doccia non aveva la porta, anche se dalle foto doveva esserci, quindi il bagno un po’ si allagava. Il frigorifero non raffreddava.

La déco en bois est belle. Les chambres sont confortables. Tout est propre.

Square was just 5mn and koutubia was round the corner

The property was very clean, and easy to locate. You could see the mosque and the square from the roof top. Breakfast was lovely too. Hamza was exceptional! He gave recommendations for everything I asked. He offered to help me book dinner and even walked me down there. Sometimes these little act of kindness makes you feel very welcome.

Nous avons aimé le charme de l’immeuble et du logement, la terrasse, l’emplacement à 2 pas de la place Jemaa el fna et les petits-déjeuners gourmands. Hssain et Hamza nous ont très bien accompagnés et conseillés du début à la fin de notre séjour.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce logement. Il est idéalement situé, très proche de la médina, ce qui est vraiment pratique pour se déplacer et profiter des environs. Le logement était également très propre, ce qui a rendu notre séjour encore plus agréable. Hamza a été particulièrement attentionné et s’est très bien occupé de nous tout au long de notre séjour, toujours disponible et réactif. Un grand merci également à Salima pour ses délicieux petits déjeuners, préparés avec soin et vraiment appréciés chaque matin. Nous recommandons vivement ce logement pour la qualité de l’accueil, la propreté et la gentillesse des hôtes !

Greay location! Friendly staff and very knowledgeable!

Staff was very friendly and helpful, even guided my mother directly to the airport shuttle taxi at the end of the stay. Location was also good - few minutes to the taxis, and close to Jemaa el-Fnaa. The room was clean and comfortable. ساحة جامع الفنا

O pequeno almoço era delicioso! Tinha fruta, pão, panquecas, e todos os dias era diferente. Localização excelente, entre a Praça Jemma El Fna e a Koutoubia. Adorei o terraço no piso superior, com uma zona de estar onde ia todas as noites. A simpatia do Hssain e do Hamza, sempre prontos a ajudar e disponíveis à distância de uma mensagem!

Não tinha champô nem condicionador na casa-de-banho, tive que ir comprar. Achei os espaços comuns vazios e pouco acolhedores, muito descaracterizados.

La scarsa pulizia (bagno con peli, sporco nel water, polvere intrisa nei mobili, asciugamani non profumati e bucati). Le stanze non sono ben isolate si sente il rumore delle stanze accanto e della porta da cui si entra.

Es un alojamiento ideal para pasar unos días en Marrakech. El personal es encantador. Los desayunos están deliciosos. Nuestra estancia ha sido perfecta.

The staff was very kind and accommodating and let us use a room for two of our three nights that was larger because nobody was in it yet (we paid more for it but not too much more). The rooftop for breakfast was very nice! Basic continental breakfast (no eggs).

The decoration was sparse, would love to see some more warmth and decoration in the rooms.

Il Ryad è molto comodo. Vicino alla strada principale per i taxi e allo stesso tempo a pochi minuti dalle principali attrazioni della Medina . Avevamo riservato le due suite della struttura entrambe molto grandi e comode. La colazione viene servita nella terrazza dove di può godere di una bella vista sulla Medina ed è sempre abbondante e variegata. Ottima la spremuta di arancia e il pane marocchino. Non manca la possibilità di rilassarsi con sdraio e ombrelloni sulle due terrazze della struttura. Infine una nota di apprezzamento per Hamza e il fratello che ci hanno dimostrato la loro totale disponibilità in ogni momento dandoci indicazioni sui luoghi dove mangiare oltre ad essere sempre gentili e rispettosi.

Unica nota negativa è stato il rumore che proviene dalla strada anche a notte inoltrata ma ovviamente non è colpa della struttura ma è tipico di Marrakech. Era più forte per noi al primo piano mentre già nei piani superiori non si sentiva quasi nulla.

The person who attended us, Hamza was very kind. He helped us find parking nearby and carried our bags to the room. The breakfast was tasty and the location of the hotel was very close to the main sights and attractions. Would recommend it to anyone staying for a few days.

Si, en general todo muy bien, la habitación era muy amplia y la cama muy cómoda. El personal muy atento y amable

No había ascensor y había q subir bastantes escaleras. Solo se podía pagar en efectivo

Ottima struttura, molto accogliente ed anche molto moderna per un Riad. Ma era quello che cercavo! Proprio al centro della Medina, assolutamente sicura anche a notte fonda, ti permette di raggiungere tutto a piedi. La terrazza dove si fa colazione ti permette di dare un occhio dall’alto sia alla piazza che alla Moschea. L’host è fenomenale e super simpatico, ci ha aiutato anche con altre attività come i transfer nel deserto ed è stato tutto perfetto.

L’unica pecca è che bisogna pagare in contanti e non puó essere usato il POS. Ho dovuto richiedere la fattura che ovviamente mi è stata subito data. A quanto pare peró, è una pratica abbastanza comune a Marrakech! Comunque nulla che non mi faccia tornare in questo splendido posto.

Desayuno muy bien, atención inmejorable durante la estancia, situación céntrica y edificación en muy buen estado de acabados (reforma reciente). Terrazas en cubierta muy agradables, con vistas al minarete de la Koutoubia. Aseo amplio y nuevo. Cambio de toallas diario.

Habitación doble carece de armario. Escalera de acceso sin ascensor.

The location is excellent! Very close to Jemmaa el-Fnaa center, less than a 5 minute walk yet still very close to the main street which is great for calling a taxi or Uber. The staff is AMAZING, especially Hamza! Very accommodating and accessible at anytime for any need, questions or concerns. He went out of his way on many occassions to make our stay and time in Marrakesh even more memorable. The Riad is VERY clean and looks basically brand new. It is a smaller more intimate accomodation but the personal feel is the highlight and charm of the hotel! Don't hesitate to book your stay there!

There was really nothing that I didn't like but I would like to note that there is a good number of stairs to get to the guest rooms and breakfast terrace/rooftop and there is no elevator, so not ideal for anyone that has limited mobility. Other than that, perfeftly fine for most.

Really conveniently located around Jemaa el Fnaa, very clean and comfy, and with two beautiful terraces. Breakfast on the terrace was a great way to start the day. Hamza, who runs the place together with his brother, was so kind and welcoming.

Mein Zimmer hatte kein Fenster nach draußen, kein Tageslicht

Je ne peux pas exprimer à quel point notre séjour a été incroyable. Je dois d'abord dire que Hamza, notre hôte, est d'une gentillesse et d'une générosité incroyables qui nous ont profondément touchées. Il nous a réservé un accueil chaleureux et a partagé sa culture. Il nous a accompagné chercher un caftan, a partagé deux repas traditionnels avec nous et nous avons même passé un après-midi à discuter des heures autour d'un bon thé à la menthe. Il nous a été d'une belle aide aussi quand notre porte de douche a fait des caprices tard une soirée. L'hôtel / riad est top. La chambre est spacieuse, le lit très confortable. Pas de bruit, nous avons super bien dormi. Le petit-déjeuner sur la terrasse est chouette, et on a une belle vue sur la Koutoubia et la chaîne de montagnes !! L'emplacement est vraiment idéal, à 3 min à pied entre la Koutoubia et la place Jemaa el Fnaa. Vraiment, je recommande à 1000% cet établissement, qui a dépassé nos espérances. Merci du fond du coeur Hamza, tu es le bienvenu chez nous en France quand tu veux, Inshallah 🤞

Lovely large and light room. We stayed in the Superior Suite which was half bedroom and half lounge area, with two sofas. Large bathroom with fantastic shower, very hot water. Nice view onto the street, with a little bit of life but not noisy. We booked it because of the terrace and there were actually two, both lovely, on different levels and a communal lounge area. Great to have breakfast on the terrace with view of Koutoubia mosque and mountains in the distance. There is an area under cover, with large red sofas, if you do not want to eat on the terrace, which also has large umbrellas. Extremely comfy bed. Hamza was the main person we dealt with, who was friendly and helpful, taking us next door to get a SIM for my phone.

The breakfast was tasty and included different breads and pastries, delicious orange juice, soft cheese, olives, sometimes chopped fruit and sometimes yoghurt. We would have liked a few more savoury items such as eggs, but that is just our taste.

We werden heel gastvrij ontvangen en we voelden ons welkom. Hamza en Salina hebben heel goed voor ons gezorgd. Lekker ontbijt op het knusse dakterras. Als je iets nodig hebt of wensen hebt, dan wordt daar voor gezorgd. Je kunt allerlei activiteiten boeken, een hammam of een taxi door Hamza laten regelen. Ze doen hun uiterste best voor de gasten. De ligging is perfect, dichtbij het Jemaa el Fna plein waar s avonds veel te doen is. We voelden ons veilig en we hebben heerlijk geslapen op goede bedden. De accommodatie was heel schoon en elke dag lagen er schone handdoeken klaar.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft mit super Lage. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Wir hatten leider zu Beginn ein Problem an der Dusche und das wurde sofort behoben.👍

Perfect location near Jemaa el Fnaa, and taxis very close, usual nice Moroccan breakfast. Standard room comfortable, lovely large bed, nice clean bedding and daily, full housekeeping. Srong wifi. Good value for money.

The shower was a bit tricky to adjust temperature, but nice and poweful.

Wir hatten die Suite auf der Dach-Terrasse (wo auch das Frühstück serviert wird). Das Zimmer war sehr groß mit einem sehr großen Bett und einem Sofa davor. Das Bad liess auch keine wünsche offen, selbst das WC wackelte ein wenig 😉…(müsste mal angeschraubt werden-einziges Manko). Von der Dach-Terrasse hat man einen super Blick auf den Marktplatz.
