Reviewed Sep 18, 2026京都駅から近い。 地下鉄五条駅から徒歩で行ける距離。 バス停も近い。 近くにスーパー、飲食店があり便利。 立地が良く、トイレバス別々なのに高コスパ。 パジャマはないので要持参です。
洗濯機が1階で1台でした。 夜はホテルが見付けにくかったです。 Googleで英語表記なのが紛らわしかった。

Reviewed Sep 13, 2026Det var mycket stort rum för att vara i Japan. Det fanns kaffe & vattenkokare på rummet. Man fick även tandborstar,hårborstar & hårsnoddar. Det fanns även hiss.
Kanske lite långt från Järnvägsstationen. Men det går att gå.

Reviewed Aug 26, 2026夜から一晩中、朝になっても壁や床を、かなり固い大きな物で叩く音で全く眠れなかった。 異常な人がいるという恐怖はたまらなかった。 スタッフ不在は非常に問題である。 他の客からもクレームが入ると思う。 宿泊代を返金していただきたい。 本当に酷いホテルだった。

The code system. It was scorching hot and the door was locked. We had no idea there is a code to get in (we didn’t receive anything prior). Luckily one of the staff opened the door and pointed to the 3 A4 packed with text and the code is also there. Yes! The code is actually written on the door!! Not sure what’s the point of the luck if everyone can see the code to get in?

Reviewed Aug 24, 2026Está ubicado en una calle muy tranquila y cerca del metro de Gojo. El personal, a pesar no coincidir hasta el último día, contestaba muy rápido nuestras peticiones por el Inbox de Booking. Dispone de servicio de lavadora y secadora a buen precio.
Había que avisar para que nos cambiasen las toallas y/o limpiasen la habitación. No había una política clara de ello y, para que se hiciese, había que avisar el día de antes. No tienen servicio envío de maletas aunque trataron de ayudarnos con un centro Yamato ubicado muy cerca.

A small place where you possibly don’t stay for a longer period since there are no relax/resto/café area in the hotel. I stayed only for one day/night in Kyoto and for that it was good. Lobby is very small and not manned all the time.

We are happy with our stay, as location also was good, near stores and about 25 minutes to castle and Nischiki Market. Many good restaurants on small streets around. Check in was smooth and we are happy with help of hotel staff, thank you N for your help!
Courtains could have been thicker to block the light in order to get better sleep, apart from this everything is good.

We slept very very well during the 4 days of stays because the environment is absolutely quiet and clean. Besides, we're really grateful for the warmest and sincerest hosting from the colleague, Mr. Han, who helps us handle some personal issues in needed. 10 points are not enough to express how we enjoy our stays in this hotels, who definitely we will has no doubt to recommend to our friends and family.

Nulla in realtà: l’unica cosa che se volete la pulizia della stanza bisogna chiederlo alla reception la mattina, non lo fanno di default.

Plenty of convenience stores around 7/11, Family Mart, Presco & Lawson. Holiday inn next door if you wanted to sit in a cafe environment and have a coffee or a sandwich. Excellent toiletries selection really kind and thoughtful great shower/&mini bath!!! And separate fancy toilet;)
It would have been nice to have a communal area to meet other people or have breakfast but everyone’s so busy so it didn’t matter.
