I really enjoyed my stay at Arcadia Hotel Boutique. The location is excellent — right in Old Montréal, just a few minutes’ walk from Notre-Dame Basilica, the Old Port, restaurants, cafés and bars. It was very convenient for exploring the city on foot. The room felt more like a small apartment than a typical hotel room, which I liked. It was comfortable and cozy, with a kitchen area, coffee machine, sofa and plenty of space to relax after a long day of sightseeing. The self-service check-in setup was straightforward, and overall the stay was quiet and easy. I especially appreciated being able to come back in the afternoon, make coffee, rest, and then go out again in the evening without having to travel far. I would definitely consider staying here again on a future visit to Montréal.

Great location in a beautiful building.

Beware, there is no elevator although there is a dumb waiter to send your luggage to your floor. There is music from the street below but it stops around 10:00 pm.

Convenient location

We got a warm welcome from the staff and lots of helpful advice. Our room was on the top (4th) overlooking the river. Very comfortable and well equipped room. Location perfect for the Old Town, restaurants and walking tours.

We only stayed two nights and it should have been longer!

The $35 non refundable deposit or the $600 refundable option. Also there’s no overnight parking, the best option is a parking garage a few blocks away for &60 for 2 nights.

We really enjoyed staying at Arcadia Hotel! I had to move my dates due to family emergency and the customer service team went above and beyond to help me change my booking dates. The hotel's location is amazing, you can easily walk anywhere in the Old town. And the room was clean and had all the things we needed.

There is a couple of restaurants on the street right where the hotel is a the music from the burger place was quite loud so I could hear it in my room. Not hotel's fault of course, but something to be aware. It stops at 11pm.

Les instructions d’arrivée ne sont pas complètes : le code d’accès pour la porte de l’immeuble ne nous a jamais été envoyé. Nous avons dû demander aux employés du bar à côté pour connaître le code. Pas d’employés à l’accueil et le numéro de téléphone ne fonctionnait pas.

La personne à la réception a été super compréhensive, elle nous a aidé, nous étions épuisée car nous avions trouvé un stationnement assez loin de l'hôtel, il était plus tard que j'avais dit et nous avions une réunion. Elle m'a beaucoup aidé pour les codes et les accès. Milles Mercis pour cette belle expérience.

Ne pas avoir eu de réponses de ma demande pour 2 lits car je relevais d'une opération et dormir séparé était l'idéal pour moi. Nous avons été chanceuse car la personne à la réception nous a permis d'avoir un lit King ce qui me permettait d'être plus certaine de ne pas me faire accrocher durant la nuit.

The hotel is wonderful. The location is magnificent. The manager is very nice and helpful. Just one thing: the lack of an elevator.

Le code à la porte d’entrée ne fonctionnait pas et il était très difficile de rejoindre quelqu’un pour nous aider. J’ai dû attendre longtemps que quelqu’un sorte!

Great location for walking the old city of Montreal. Close to museums, restaurants, art galleries and boutique shops. Quiet, clean room.

Our room was on the fourth floor. There is no elevator. The luggage elevator worked very well for our bags. We knew our room was on the fourth floor when we booked it. A room on a lower floor was offered but we told the property owner we would keep the top level room because we assumed the view would be better. Our room was on the back side of the hotel and there was not much view. Had we known there was no better view from the 4th floor room, we probably would have accepted the offer to stay on a lower level. I could not give top marks for comfort because of the four levels of stairs to our room. Otherwise, this place was fantastic and I will recommend it to others.

La gentillesse du personnel, la disponibilité et la rapidité de réponse de l’hôtel en ligne. Ils ont eu la gentillesse de nous surclasser car notre première chambre ne nous convenait pas du tout. Ils ont été adorable. La salle de bain tout en carreaux effet marbre blanc, la propreté de la chambre et salle de bain, la vue à l’étage qui donne sur le port, le fer à repasser, le confort de la literie. Super bien situé, pile dans le vieux Montréal.

Location is amazing! Walking distance to everything in Old Montreal! We also walked to the shopping area on rue St.Catharine.

Everything was fantastic. A suggestion would be to offer a firmer mattress on the bed. The existing mattress is very “soft”. Tip: If driving and need to park your car, use “Clicknpark” App and reserve a spot in advance and park at rue St.Jacques indoor parking lot.

Lovely hotel and overall we had a great stay. A little more details need to be given to cleaning the window cills and inside drawers.

The carpeted stairs were quite dusty, we also had dust on window cills and some dead flies behind thr curtains.

Great location on the edge if historic old town. Great choice of restaurants nearby.

Very clean, modern room. Facilities were excellent, and I particularly liked the built-in water filter for the sink. Checking was easy to use.

Having no staff on site was a little frustrating, especially when we couldn’t get into our room and didn’t know how to check out. The bathroom was decent but there was no room to put anything on the sink, which made it far less useful. The decor was kind of meh.

housekeeping didn’t make my bed when they did the room service and it did not have a dishwasher so I had to wash the dishes by hand.

Clealiness, location, nice view , bad was comfy, soap and shampoo was also good.,

Self checkin, I received the security code for my room but not my room number. Called customer service, I had to call 3 times before someone pick up the phone. No sound proof you can hear every little step the guest in other room make.

Amazing staff, shout out to Jimena and Benjamin. They were very thoughtful and respectful. Jimena was really great on giving me tips about restaurants, bars and other recommendations. My apartment was very clean and the bed was really comfortable. The bathroom was very spacious and clean! I will definitely go back to Arcadia when I am in Montreal again!! Totally recommend it.

If it was no do difficult to check in other will be story but unfortunately except for Karla the housekeeping girl that she was amazing and helpful but apart from here i will never recommend or back to the hotel and never again I will be using booking.com I don’t know if it was both of them then am staying away

The location is great. Loved being in old Montreal. Itis so pictures. There is a lot of choices of restaurants.

Construction around is a little difficult to manoeuvre.

I arrived at the booked property(Arcadia Hotel Boutique, Montreal-Canada) and was denied access, despite having a confirmed reservation with PIN code through Booking.com, with no concierge or onsite support available. The property’s online staff informed me I had no reservation, contrary to my confirmation, and were uncooperative and misleading in resolving my situation. This constitutes a clear breach of contract and misrepresentation of services offered.

Location.. very clean room

First night when I was checking in I didn't have Internet and couldn't open my email to check the info I need to check in. I started calling but no one answered (3 calls). Next day I spoke with the manager and she said that night there were technical difficulties - their phone line was not working.

Acadia Hotel boutique was the perfect place to stay in Montreal. It was close to many great restaurants, coffee shops, and an easy walk down to the boardwalk along the water. The staff answered any questions I had, and checked in to make sure our visit was going smoothly. The room was clean, comfortable and charming. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Montreal.

The only thing we didn’t like about our stay, was the fact that we couldn’t stay longer.

Lots of amenities, ability to cook if wanting to. Great location, right at the heart of old Montreal. Easy to access and also has a luggage elevator so you don’t need to climb up stairs with them. Comfy beds. Great view of the river.

Didn’t enjoy the hidden fee after booking the property (security fees non refundable). Small sink in the bathroom. Otherwise great :)

Arcadia was a great location, clean, updated, spacious, unit 303 had views on the River which I requested. The staff were so friendly and responsive. The air conditioning worked great which was needed on the extremely hot days we visited Montreal. The shampoo and soap products in the unit were so luxurious and made my hair and skin feel so healthy, that I went to Ruby Brown directly in the city to purchase all the products. Love them! I would definitely stay here again next time in Montreal.

The tile in the shower was too slippery, needs a bathmat. When I mentioned this to Benjamin, he said they’re working on a solution to that and in the meantime he would provide extra towels we could put on the shower floor to keep from slipping. That worked.

Le descriptif indiquait vue que le fleuve malheureusement la 307 donne sur une rue avec des vis-à-vis important sur les appartements de l’immeuble en face . Donc rideaux fermés en permanence … vraiment déçu
