Todo perfecto. Muy limpio, cama cómoda, habitación amplia, al lado del centro y gran desayuno. El personal de recepción muy amable.

Everything was pretty much perfect. Location is great, very close to both city center, bus station, and beach. Room is big enough and contains everything you need Cleanliness was perfect, and staff was one of the most pleasant I had a chance to encounter Breakfast is good, with good vegan options, however it is a bit repetitive (which is not necessarily a bad thing)

There was nothing in particular, everything was great. It is not the cheapest stay however, so I feel like for this price it could include dinner as well maybe

Our family stayed in 2 adjacent rooms. we had a good time. the staff was very helpful with arranging some special requests.

Micul dejun a fost bun si diversificat. Erau multe variante de unde poti alege. Mancare gustoasa si personal foarte amabil. Am cerut si un mic dejun mai devreme deoarece plecam in samaria, iar personalul ne-a oferit aceasta posibilitate. Camerele curate si bine aranjate.

A szálloda elhelyezkedése remek helyen volt, közel a látnivalókhoz, boltokhoz, éttermekhez, a belvároshoz, a strandokhoz, közvetlenül a buszpályaudvar mellett. Nagyon tiszta volt az egész szálloda. A személyzet nagyon kedves és segítőkész volt! A reggeli bőséges volt, óriási választék és nagyon finom. Ár-érték arányban is kiváló volt.

Chambre confortable et bien équipée, personnel charmant et petit-déjeuner très copieux et varié. L’hôtel est bien situé pour visiter La Canée à pieds (à 5/10 minutes à pieds du centre-ville historique).

Il est un peu compliqué de se garer à proximité de l’hotel. Ne pas hésiter à demander de l’aide à la réception pour trouver le meilleur emplacement où se garer.

Everything was exactly as it should be. I felt very comfortable throughout my stay. The place is clearly run with professionalism, care and attention to detail, which made the whole experience feel warm and welcoming.

Neighborhood is not very pleasant if you are looking for a view.

I especially loved the hotel’s location, as it is right in the city centre and within just a few minutes’ walk of everything. The hotel was very clean and well maintained, and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The room and terrace were spacious enough and comfortable. Housekeeping cleaned the room every day, made the bed, and provided fresh towels. Overall, everything was excellent and we had a very pleasant stay.

I loved everything about the hotel; the only suggestion would be to make the billiards table free for hotel guests.

Hospitality, professionality, kindness. Everytime we met a staff member there was a real and genuine smile on their faces, and this is very rare to find. Always offering assistance proactively. Regarding the room, very nice and clean. The hotel has a perfect location, walking distance from both street local market and beach. This property does a fantastic job. Well done!

O pequeno-almoço variado, saboroso e bem apresentado. A simpatia de todos os funcionários. O quarto era de boa dimensão, confortável e limpo. A localização era muito boa, pois dava para ir jantar a pé à zona antiga de Chania e Canal Veneziano.

O único senão é o facto de não ter estacionamento próprio gratuito. Um dos dias andei cerca de uma hora às voltas para conseguir estacionar nas proximidades. Se chegarem ao hotel depois das 19h00 ou antes das 15h00 irão ter dificuldades em estacionar.

Everything was fantastic! Staff was always smiling and everything was spotless. The Departure Room was a cherry on the top. Check-out was at 11AM but our flight didn’t leave until 11PM. After checking out and a day out, we could come to shower and freshen up at the Departure Room before oir flight.

There was a door missing from the shower booth so the bathroom floor got soaked everytime shower was used. But that was no biggie. :)

Beautiful clean and and cool room. Comfortable bed & pillows. Staff were very helpful printing bus tickets when asked. Excellent breakfast options

Struttura piccola e accogliente, personale molto cordiale (parlano un po’ di italiano) ed estremamente disponibile. Camera con un piccolo balconcino per sedersi fuori e per stendere le biancheria , letto confortevole, disponibili tutti gli accessori del bagno e caffè e the per il bollitore. Posizione centralissima ma in una via silenziosa a due passi dal centro, dalla stazione dei bus e dei taxi.

Posizione fantastica e colazione molto buona. Il letto era comodo, lo star gentile e disponibile ma anche molto professionale.

La disposizione degli spazi nella stanza poteva essere gestita meglio. Poco spazio per sistemare i vestiti e per la gestione della valigia.

We had a wonderful stay at this property. From the moment we arrived, everything felt warm, welcoming, and well taken care of. The hotel has a lovely atmosphere and a truly relaxing holiday feel. The location was great, the room was comfortable and spotless, and everything was very well maintained. What truly made our experience special was the hospitality. The staff were incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful. The gentleman at reception even wrote down local recommendations for us, which was such a thoughtful gesture and genuinely made our stay even better. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it!

The hotel is new and modern, in a good location. The staff were extremely welcoming and helpful and since I had an early flight and would miss breakfast, they made me a packed breakfast which was a nice touch.

We had a wonderful and highly pleasant stay at the Marrone City Hotel. The property provided everything required to feel completely at home. Both the hotel and our room were immaculately clean and beautifully designed. Housekeeping attended to our room daily, ensuring the fridge was fully stocked with fresh water and the bathroom replenished with toiletries. We greatly appreciated the thoughtful attention to detail, including the in-room iron, complimentary local cakes, and slippers. The breakfast offered an excellent variety of English, Continental, and local delicacies, and the freshly squeezed orange juice in cute jars was a lovely touch. Having the option to dine in the garden was a major highlight for us. Despite being centrally located—just a two-minute walk from the bus station and ten minutes from the port—the hotel was remarkably quiet and peaceful. Additionally, on our departure day, the hotel safely stored our luggage for a few hours. Upon our return, we were invited to use the air-conditioned "departure room," which was excellently equipped with sofas, a full bathroom, showers, fresh towels, and toiletries. Above all, the highlight of our stay was the exceptional staff, who were friendly, professional, and always eager to assist. Thank you so much for making our time with you so memorable.

Personale molto gentile e disponibile. Colazione internazionale abbondante e ben organizzata. Posizione centrale, a due passi dal centro della città. Camera pulita e con tutto ciò che ci si aspetta. Non hanno un parcheggio proprio davanti all’hotel, ma con 10€ al giorno puoi avere un posto auto a 5 minuti a piedi considerando che a Chania è impossibile trovare parcheggio, questo è un punto a favore!

Il bagno era privo di mobilio, impossibile appoggiare le cose. Inoltre la doccia aperta faceva allagare il bagno. Anche in camera gli armadi erano pochi considerando che eravamo in tre.

We had an amazing stay at Miss Marrone Hotel in Chania and couldn't have chosen a better place. The staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and always happy to help with anything we needed. Their friendliness and professionalism made us feel at home from the very first moment. The hotel offers so many thoughtful amenities that made our trip even more comfortable. We really appreciated the departure room, where we could shower and get ready before our late flight, as well as the luggage storage after check-out. The option to borrow beach towels was another great convenience. Everything was spotlessly clean, and the room was cleaned every day to a very high standard. The breakfasts were absolutely delicious, with an impressive variety of fresh and tasty food, so there was something for everyone. The location is excellent – just a short walk from the city centre while still being in a quiet area. On top of that, the hotel is beautifully designed, with a modern and elegant aesthetic that creates a wonderful atmosphere. We highly recommend Miss Marrone Hotel to anyone visiting Chania. We would definitely stay here again!

Bathroom was little small but it's ok. Nice balcony but my room didn't have nice view. I don't care about this but if you do make sure to book another room.

Zeer vriendelijk personeel, zijn altijd welwillend om mee te denken/helpen. Het was erg hygiënisch en niet grootschalig. Ontbijt was super. Ook de ligging was erg prettig; net 2 straten achter alle drukte maar op loopafstand van het centrum.

I cannot recommend this hotel enough! From the moment I arrived, the stay was perfect. The rooms were spotless, very comfortable, and well-maintained. The location was very helpful to go around, 1 min from the bus station and 10 from the city center and old town. What really set this place apart was the staff. They were incredibly friendly and thoughtful, they gave me fantastic local recommendations and even provided a bus schedule to help me get around easily. To top it off, they suggested me a breakfast box in case I had to leave early in the morning before regular breakfast hours. Truly outstanding service and attention to detail. I will definitely be back!

If i have to say something about what I did not like was the view of old and ruined building from the balcony but is not the hotel’s fault and problem so I’ll just say nothing ☺️

Die Miss Marrone hotel in Chania war mit abstand das beste hotel in dem wir je übernachtet haben ! Unser Aufenhalt war einfach perfekt 🥰 ! Es gab wirklich nichts was uns nicht gefallen hat! Das gesamte Hotel is wunderschön , modern und makellos sauber !! Die zimmer sind stilvoll eingerichtet und sehr komfortabel. Das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet sehr frisch und mit selbst gemachten leckeren Spezialitäten. Das beste war unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereite Personal! Auch die Lage ist ideal in 5 min. zu fuß erreichbar restaurants , cafés , bars ,clubs, einkaufstrasse auch strand 10 min. zu fuß ( langer sandstrand Nea Chora Beach mit einer herrlichen Promenade mit tavernen und vielen restaurant ). Auch preise am strand waren fair ein set mit einem Sonnenschirm und zwei liegen kostete je nach strandabschnitt ca. 20e . Ein besonderes Highlight für uns war der Red Havana Beach Club der in etwa ca. 20 minuten mit bus vom hotel erreichbar ist die atmosphäre is modern bietet guter stiemmung pool musik mit einem DJ und und … Ein weiterer große pluspunkt in nur etwa 2 Gehminuten entfernt befindet sich der große busbahnhof also kann man Ausflüge auf eigine faust unternehmen (zb. wir sind zum berühmten Elaffonisi Beach gefahren der für rosafarbene sand und kristallklare türkisfarbene wasser bekannt ist) Vielen dank an das gesamte Team des Miss Marrone Hotels ❤️ und dankeschön an die liebe zimmerdame im ersten stock die unser Zimmer jeden tag mit viel sorgfahlt gereingt hat sie war immer freundlich ❤️

There is no divider for the toilet in the shower so when you take a shower, it goes everywhere

Sehr freundliches Personal an der Rezeption und beim Frühstück. Das Zimmer war komfortabel und sauber. Die Lage ist optimal, in direkter Nähe des Busbahnhofs und mitten in der Altstadt. Die Qualität des Frühstücks ist hervorragend.

Pulizia, cortesia, colazione super e posizione ottima! Non c’è parcheggio privato della struttura ma a circa 100m c’è un parcheggio gratuito grande e anche uno a pagamento, a seconda dell’orario si può anche trovare nella strada adiacenti all’hotel. Si può andare a piedi in centro e questo la sera è molto comodo perché permette di non prendere più la macchina e godersi la serata. Colazione molto varia sia dolce che salato e di buona qualità, personale gentilissimo. Asciugami che profumano di pulito, shampoo e balsamo e kit beauty. Inoltre il balcone era provvisto di stendino quindi molto comodo per teli e costumi. Nella via ci sono lavori in corso ma questo non altererà il vostro soggiorno.

Bathrooms are too small and older than the photos. Also the amenities in the room are very basic.

Den Kaffee trinke ich lieber Zuhause dafür war der Frischer O- Saft zum Frühstück genial. Das Frühstück ist normal zu diesem Preis. Die Lage vom Hotel ist sehr gut, ÖV und Altstadt nur wenige Meter entfernt.

The staff were very nice and welcoming. The location is right by the central bus terminal, so very easy access to use public transportation from the airport. And is walkable to the beach and old town port (maybe 20 min). The AC was great and it was nice to have a little patio attached to the room as well.

It was very nice for the staff to pack a to-go breakfast each morning! Would recommend for the breakfast hours to start earlier for those who need to work in the morning, at 06.30 or even 07.00hrs.

Mindenki végtelenül segítőkész volt (recepció, takarítók, pincérek), figyelmesek voltak és minden programunkhoz alkalmazkodtak! A szobák tiszták voltak és teljesen felszereltek! Nagyon jó az elhelyezkedése! A hotel szempontjából semmilyen panasz nincs, sőt, csak ajánlani tudom mindenkinek! Minden szempontból tökéletes választás!!!

Bérelt autóval a parkolás nehézkes az utcában vagy a közelben, de ez nem a szállásadó hibája.

The hotel seems as though its been renovated,so its looking fresh, clean and well kept. Fantastic breakfast,friendly Staff & good sized rooms with balcony for those that smoke.

Although only a short walk into the old harbour, local restaurants and cafes the hotel itself is in a slightly run down area, with neighboring eye sores. Once we became familiar with the area we felt safe and had no issues walking back late at night. Great hotel, shame it cant be picked up and moved to a nicer neighborhood.

A localização do hotel é muito boa, a meia quadra da estação de ônibus, além de ter vários comércios na proximidade, a uma curta caminhada do porto e da praia. Os funcionários são simpáticos e atenciosos. Café da manhã muito bom.

Quando entrei no quarto havia tochas de cabelo no chão, o que me parece não foi muito bem limpo. A cama do quarto ficava parede com parede com uma area de serviço do hotel onde havia umas 3 maquinas de.lavar roupa funcionando ao mesmo tempo desde as 6:30h da manhã todos os dias.

La "departure room" est une excellente idée,.la chambre est confortable, la salle de bain moderne, le personnel très sympathique.

Une seule chose : les paliers sont bruyants. Les chambres sont très bien insonorisées les unes entre les autres mais le bruit venant du palier est fort, ça résonne beaucoup.

Nur 2 Minuten zum Busbahnhof. Sehr gute Matratze, vielfältiges Frühstück und sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter*innen. Zimmer ruhig, da Hotel in einer Seitengasse ist. Konnte mit offenen Fenster schlafen.

A rua em que o hotel está localizado é um pouco erma e escura, apesar da localização ser ótima, do lado da estação de ônibus e próximo a restaurantes e farmácias. A 15 minutos andando de old town.

Çok temiz. Merkezi konumda. Çalışanlar çok güleryüzlü ve yardımsever. Otelden ayrılışımız sabah çok erken idi. Sabah 05:00’de bize kahvaltı paketleri hazırlamışlardı . Çok teşekkür ederiz.
