The location is perfect for a restful vacation. Close to everything yet isolated by itself on the end of the island. Very beautiful place.

Really nothing it was a great stay. The only thing is I wish it had some kind of sandy Beach. But it has a fantastic pool.

The Location is far from the crowded area. Quite and you can relax

The food isn't worth it for the price. Lacking of meat especially the sandwiches and you pay exactly amount of money what you pay for. I'm not happy about that.

- Pool war das highlight. Gross und sauber. - Gym / Turnhalle im Hotel 🤩 - Der Platz im Zimmer - Die Betten - Sauberkeit - Die meisten Angestellten waren sehr freundlich

- Gym müsste gewartet werden (Fahrräder funktionierten nicht) - Das Frühstücks war unbeständig. Einmal gab es ein tolles Buffet (wie ausgeschrieben). Das war toll! Das zweite Mal, dann noch die Hälfte davon und das dritte Mal à la carte, wobei die Qualität nicht gut war (Teste vom Buffet?). Altes Brot, Instant Pilzsuppe, kalte Speisen, fischige Spiegeleier (kalt) etc. - Allgemein: Da man sehr abgeschnitten ist, isst man tendetiell im Hotel. Grundsätzlich gutes Essen, aber es fehlen Snacks. Die Pasta war gut (eher kleine Portionen). Es kam immer kalt an und dauerte Ewigkeiten. Schade! Sogar das Käsetoast war kalt und bestand zur Hälfte aus "altem hartem Toastbrot". Wie gesagt: Eigentlich ein tolles Hotel, aber es happert an einigen Stellen. Das ist Schade und rechtfertigt dann den Preis nicht mehr so ganz.

Emplacement éloigné mais vraiment tranquille pour se reposer et c'est ce que je recherchais. La nourriture était très bien, le personnel très serviable. J'y reviendrai bientôt.

Gorgeous view over the ocean & islands. Nice facilities, including a good restaurant, and a beautiful and cosy pool. Very friendly, pleasantly talkative, and concerning personnel. Not too far from the airport.

They didn't clean the rooms during our stay. I should have talked to the front desk about it.

the location is very isolated. It is not possible to swimat sea. Shutle to to beach only 9 am and 3 pm, one has to go back after ten minutes or 6 hours. After use taxi back to hotel. Brackfast buffet limited

De ligging is ver van alles vandaan. Er is niets te beleven en je overal vel voor reizen. Ook voor het vliegveld. Het centrum van LapuLapu city is modern en netjes. Veel expats en golfliefhebbers. Het is ver van Cebu City weg.

The service was awful! So slow and not attentive at all.

The hotel has the feeling of being exclusive. Situated at the top of a peninsula. Massive private grounds. 5 pool s. Excellent sea views. Excellent staff. I didn't leave the hotel for the first 2 days it is that good

You have to get a taxi to Mactan city but reception will book it for you. It's a bit remote but that is part of the charm

Poor. No butter for toast one day. No margaritas all days. Gym was not cooled off. No water given on last day of check out. Operating on not much income

Service long. Lorsque vous commandez un plat, il faut attendre 1 heure pour être servi. Si vous êtes à l'extérieur, le personnel à tendance à vous oublier. Mettre plus de 4 transats à la piscine. Prévoir d'être réapprovisionné : j'ai du changer 3 fois de cocktails car il manquait toujours un ingrédient, et j'ai du changer de plat aussi. Le lendemain idem...

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. It was quiet and peaceful, with a beautiful sea view, as all we wanted to do was relax. It was conveniently near the airport. The staff were amazing. The food and cocktails were great. We stayed at the beginning of our trip, traveled around Cebu and came back at the end again.

Location and View

Property is poorly maintained. Do not allow acess to the beach. Why i went there. Room was beat up. Doors don't align to mini fridge. Had to have maintenance replace water heater. Large bugs greated me in the middle of the night. Tried to exit side doors and handle nearly came off in my hand. Floors lobby are not maintained very good. 2 1/2 days there and nobody emptied the ashtray in smoking area.

The sea view was really good, the pool was nice the rooms are big and spacious I would recommend a massage arranged by the hotel and the cleaning service left my clothes smelling nice and fresh

Food wasn’t that great and there were no clear signs as to what had pork in it witch was not a issue for me but I had to point it out to some other guest that didn’t know!

Quite location, comfortable room.

The hot water heater wasn't working properly in my room, not a big deal but I would have liked to take a shower with better control over the water temperature. The water was either cold or scalding hot, not in-between.

Das Personal war äußerst bemüht und freundlich. Die Betten sind komfortabel und sauber.

Das Hotel ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Die Bilder scheinen schon vor ein paar Jahren aufgenommen worden zu sein. Die Lage des Hotels ist extrem schlecht. Rundherum ist absolut nichts und es wirkt teilweise wie in einem Endzeit-Szenario Film.

The hotel is fairly good but rather impersonal, with generic rooms. The balcony offers a beautiful ocean view, but it lacks even small chairs, so it is not possible to sit outside.

Breakfast is not included in the room rate and, unless you really have to, it is best to skip it. The selection is very limited and the portions are small. The hotel is not very well located, as it sits at the end of a long peninsula; you need to use a taxi to get anywhere, and it does not have a beach.

Le personnel est vraiment charmant, souriant et très aidant. La vue est magnifique. L’hôtel n’a pas subi de grosses rénovations récemment et devait être quelque chose vraiment d’exceptionnel à l’époque.!

L’hôtel tombe un petit peu en désuétude, pas de matelas autour de la piscine, ou alors très endommagée, un petit peu de bébête dans les chambres !

There were cockroaches in the room, which I am very afraid of.

It’s way too far from everything, and the properties look very tired. It needs refurbishing the good thing about it is very quiet.

The place has a beautiful sea view and a peaceful atmosphere. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the facilities were clean and well-maintained. The room was spacious and comfortable, perfect for a relaxing getaway.

The location is a bit far from restaurants and convenience stores, so it’s better to bring what you need before arriving. Wi-Fi connection could be improved as well.

Our stay at this hotel was really nice! The place was clean and cozy, and I highly recommend booking a sea view room, the view is absolutely amazing. The service was good and the staff were accommodating. The buffet was absolutely fantastic 💯 Overall, it’s a peaceful and relaxing place to stay with a stunning ocean view.

One minor issue was that our outdoor lock was broken, even when locked, the door could still be opened just by pushing it. It wasn’t a big problem for us, but something to be aware of. Also, if you don’t have your own service vehicle, be ready for a bit of a walk to get there. That said, the ambiance along the way was beautiful, so we actually enjoyed the walk.

Quiet location with great ocean views

Difficult to get to at the end of the Peninsula of Punta Engano

It was clean.

The hotel looks much older in real life than in the photos. Shuttle bus to the city wasn't working the 2 days we were there. Breakfast was very limited. The plastic lounge chairs in the swimming pool are definitely ready for the rubbish bins. Please get new ones. The fabric cover on top of the cabinets in our room has frayed. Rather than replacing it, the hotel decided to use towels to cover it. Not great. When there are so many other hotels nearby, charging just a little bit more, I'd rather stay elsewhere next time

The toilet cover is old na and dirty, it should be replaced. Some of the benches at the pool are broken.

לא הייתה לנו ארוחת בוקר, אבל אכלנו במסעדה צהרים או ערב. המחירים סבירים מאוד , האוכל לא טעים המיוחד . יש במקום רק את המסעדה הזאת וזהו. אין חנות אין קיוסט אין 7/11 כלום במרחק נורמאלי.

המקום מבודד מכל האי , עם שטל אחד בשעה 9 בבוקר, אין אוטובוסים , טוקטוקים . אין כלום. גם כשלקחנו אופנוע זה היה יותר מ20 דקות נסיעה למקום נואמלי לאכול. אם רוצים ללכת לים שולחים אותך למלון אחר 25 דקות נסיעה. מוכרים לך מים קטן ב70 שבסופר או בחניות עולה 20. שזה הבסיס אין לך איפה לקנות.

Everything went great, the food was nice. The staff were always kind and friendly. We didn't use the facilities like the pool and gym. But the pool looked great. The bar restaurant and our room were very modern. It can be expensive to get a taxi out there from the airport, but if you're staying for more than one night, the views are worth the trip.

A decent stay if you’re looking for a quiet location and don’t mind being away from the city’s hustle.

The hotel is located a bit far from the main city center and not within walking distance to any nearby attractions. It’s in a relatively isolated area, at the northernmost part of the city. Surprisingly, there’s no direct access to the beach despite its location. Food options are limited and only available until 9 PM, though drinks are available.

A little remote, but we like the peace & tranquility. Our double room was totally unblocked & had a full view of the sea.

Not easy to get a grab, but staff were very willing to help us get a taxi.

The sea view’s awesome, and it’s chill—no loud party noise. Plus, they’ve got a cool movie night by the pool.

The AC isn’t really cold, you can’t swim at the beach, but they let you use their sister spot at Vistamar, the menu’s super limited and most of the stuff they show isn’t even there.

Cleanliness

This is a somewhat difficult review to make because it really depends on what you are looking for. If all you are looking for is a quiet place to get away at good prices then this is a great option. The rooms are clean and modern, aircon works great. The water pressure was low and showering in a bath is something I don't like, but if you like having baths instead this could be seen as a plus. Even though I knew there was no beach I was surprised that they would not allow snorkeling at all. As an experienced freediver this did annoy me, and luckily i was able to find a place to enter just outside the resorts property. Why they would build a hotel in such a prime position and then not have any beach access is beyond me... I found the dinner to be adequate but the breakfast was dismal. No butter on one of the days and stale bread rolls. Catering mostly for Korean and Filipino tastes. I had no issue getting Grabs here at all and really enjoyed the quietness and secluded feel at this place. .

Peaceful and quiet. Great location for peace and quiet but still 15-45 minute drive to anything you need!!!! Located at the end of the island.

I loved everything! I see most people complain about location so just don’t stay there if you mind taking taxis or driving to get or see anything. This is a place away from things. A place to relax and slow down.

Only downside is the location, its a bit too far from everything and you cant walk anywhere.

Secluded..no kids running around, the view

I found that the carpet caused my allergies to act up...because everytime I was out side by the pool or just outside the room in general, my breathing was great. Only when staying in the room did my allergies start.
