Très bon emplacement, personnel souriant, attentionné, déjeuner complet avec un excellent jus d'orange fraichement pressé tous les matins. Très propre.

De ne pas avoir de débarbouillette et ne pas avoir de vue à partir de la chambre.

L'emplacement, l'accueil, le confort, le petit déjeuner en terrasse.

Il manquait du lait chaud et des oeufs brouillés ou omelette au petit déjeuner. La douche manquait un peu de propreté, l'écoulement était un peu bouché.

The AC had a mind of it’s own and kept increasing the temperature so would wake up hot and had to reset

위치가 정말 좋아요. 평지이고 대부분 관광지를 걸어서 갈 수 있습니다. 아우구스타 거리에 있어 바깥은 소란한데.. 방음이 좋아서 편하게 숙박했습니다. 테라스에서 조식도 좋고요.

조식의 종류가 다소 아쉽습니다. 그래도 마지막 날 투어로 일찍 이동해야 했는데 조식 포장 서비스는 좋았어요.

The Augusta Boutique hotel is perfectly located on the picturesque Rua Augusta, lined with restaurants and shoppping and ending in the famous Rua Augusta Arch, leading to the expansive beauty of the Plaza de Comercio. The location is busy but the hotel room, facing the street, was very quiet. The staff were remarkably friendly and accommodating, they made us feel right at home!

Beautiful and natty hotel in the heart of Lisbon. The room is nice and clean, beds are super comfortable, the breakfast was very pleasant and nice on the rooftop. The location of the hotel is perfect, although it is located right on the pedestrian street, the room is quiet due to the good windows and doors.

Frühstück

Great location for walking around Lisbon and using trams. Francesca on the front desk was extremely helpful and friendly. Nice option to have delicious breakfast delivered, or on the terrace and served till late too.

Everything. The location, the staff, the breakfast and the room itself were all perfect for our stay. The commotion of the street did not bother us during the night, the windows isolate the noise very well even on the lower floors.

Room was a bit small and view was to an alley. Not a big issue as you only really just sleep there.

Sehr freundliches Personal, alle Wünsche werden erfüllt. Leckeres Frühstück auf der Dachterrasse. Mitten auf der Rua Augusta, man konnte Trubel erleben mit offenem Fenster, schalldichte Fenster zu und man konnte wunderbar schlafen.

Colazione varia e con opzioni gluten free (su richiesta). La terrazza è piccolina, ma è molto piacevole far colazione lì e la vista non è niente male. La nostra camera aveva il balcone che dava direttamente su Rua Augusta, ma l'insonorizzazione è ottima e non abbiamo sentito alcun rumore. Molto buona la pulizia ed anche il personale molto cortese. Buona la comunicazione con l'hotel. Posizione centralissima.

Appena entravamo in camera si avvertiva un odore strano, forse è la moquette. Dopo una paio di minuti non lo avvertivamo più. L'abbiamo comunque fatto presente, per correttezza. Il personale ha preso prontamente nota.

The location of Augusta is perfect, it's central to everything as I was able to navigate very easily. The staff friendliness is such a huge bonus to me, I had many lovely convos with them. Breakfast is exceptional with an abundant of options, especially on a warm sunny day that I could enjoy outdoor on the terrace. If I ever come back to Lisbon, Augusta will definitely be there on my list of options.

The location is excellent, right in the heart of Rua Augusta, with easy access to shops, restaurants, and the Rossio metro station. We have stayed for 7 nights. The staff are exceptionally friendly, helpful, and polite. They are always happy to answer any questions and go out of their way to assist guests. The room is clean, comfortable, and equipped with everything you need for a pleasant stay. It is also very quiet at night, ensuring a good night’s sleep. Breakfast is served on a beautiful terrace overlooking Lisbon. From there, you can enjoy stunning views of the Carmo Convent, the Santa Justa Lift, and Rossio Square (Praça Dom Pedro IV).

Breakfast offered only a limited selection of hot dishes. We would have appreciated more options, such as porridge or fried or scrambled eggs. The buffet mainly consisted of pancakes, boiled eggs, bread with a variety of cheeses and cold cuts. We also did not enjoy the Mimosa yogurt.

Erinomaisella sijainnilla siisti pieni hotelli. Tilava valoisa huone ja leveä parveke 4.kerroksessa. Hyvä aamupala kivalla pikku kattoterassilla. Hiljaista vaikka vilkas katu alapuolella.

Vi ble tattimot da vi ankom hotellet. Vi fikk registrert oss og satt igjen baggasje til rommene ble klar. Betjeningen var blid og hjelpsom. Vi ble fulgt til rommet da vi kom tilbake til ferdige rom. Rommet var utmerket og rent og fint. Det ble ordnet perfekt hver dag. Vi fikk servert frokost på toppterrasssen av koslig betjening. Vi manglet ingenting. Mange takk for oppholdet. Når vi kommer til Lisboa igjen så er det svært sannsynlig at vi velger Augusta Boutique Hotel

Läget fantasitiskt bra. Ett stort plus för bra ljudisolering. Trots att det är mitt i stan stördes vi inte alls. Kanonbra frukost som är på en mysig takterass. Bra personal som var mycket hjälpsamma.

Var lite dåligt städat i ett av rummens badrum och myror, men det åtgärdades direkt av personalen.

Lage war sehr zentral in der Einkaufsstraße. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen- super freundliches und gut gelauntes Personal. Betten war sehr bequem und Zimmer hatte eine angenehme Größe. Frühstück war cool auf der Dachterrasse

In der Dusche waren leider fremde schwarze Haare am Boden, daher auch der Punktabzug bei Sauberkeit :( Koffer mussten wir ein paar Stufen bis zu Aufzug hochtragen. Aussicht leider nur auf den Innenhof.

Moins apprécié. Le petit dejeuner est présenté sur un trés joli plateau. Il y a un mignon petit buffet, j'aurai aimé pouvoir avoir des œufs brouillés. Sinon c'était tout à fait correct.

Dejlig morgenmad, gode senge, virkelig imødekommende personale, uden støj. Det var hedebølge, men det var AC.

Posizione perfetta e strategica per visitare le principali attrazioni di Lisbona e a due passi dalla metro. Stanze spaziose e moderne. Il personale è davvero cordiale e pronto a soddisfare qualsiasi necessità. La colazione sulla terrazza fa iniziare benissimo la giornata! Un soggiorno indimenticabile

Traumhafte Lage mitten im Zentrum! Wir hatten ein Zimmer zur Straße, aber die Fenster sind so schalldicht, dass man eigentlich nichts hört (trotz WM!!). Das sehr gute Frühstück haben wir auf der Dachterrasse, mit Blick über die Dächer der Stadt eingenommen.

Hervorzuheben ist die super zentrale Lage. Die Fenster waren absolut schalldicht, so dass man wunderbar schlafen konnte.. Das Frühstück auf der Terrasse war ein Träumchen.

It was beautiful!!!! The staff were very nice, and I was surprise how even though we were in the Main Street, you could rest, you will not hear the noise from outside.

It was a little loud but understandable for location.

The breakfast in the morning is great! Location is great. We had a room overlooking the street which was nice. Staff were friendly. Felt very safe despite being on the Main Street. Very sound proofed.

Breakfast on the terrace was beautiful. The room was quiet and air conditioned - so lovely and cool after a hot day out. It was very convenient for walking around and sight seeing. The staff were very helpful; they let us check in early and happily stored luggage when we requested this. The fridge in the room was useful for keeping a few bits in e.g. bottle of wine.

Heel vriendelijkpersoneel, zowel bij ontvangst als ontbijt. Het hotel is gelegen in het centrum in een winkelstraat, maar kamers zijn heel goed geïsoleerd zodat er geen geluid van buiten noch van andere kamers te horen is. De kamer en badkamer zijn voldoende ruim. Het ontbijt op het dakterras kan zowel buiten als binnen worden genomen. Wij zullen zeker bij een volgende bezoek dit hotel boeken.

Fabulous location, cute rood top terrace for breakfast. Despite being in the centre of town, with the windows closed it was silent. Staff were fabulous and friendly. Highly recommend for those who want a great hotel without resorting to a massive corporate chain.

フロントからエレベーターまでに階段が3段ほどあること フロントに常に人がいるわけではない(今回は特に困ることはありませんでした) 全部屋分のテラス席がある訳ではないので、混み合う時間はテラスに座れません

Super beliggenhed meget centralt i bymidten, og trods det ikke nogen støj. Pænt og rent værelse. Rigtig dejlig topterrasse hvor vi både kunne sidde om aftenen og også til morgenmaden. Morgenmaden var fin - dog var der lidt problemer med kaffemaskinen, men det blev løst. Kommer gerne igen.

Zentrale Lage. Alle Mitarbeiter sehr hilfsbereit und extrem freundlich. Frühstück auf der Dachterasse mit Blick über die Altstadt von Lissabon. Frühstück sehr liebevoll hergerichtet mit Stoff Servietten, frischen O Saft und Blumen. Es wurde immer wieder nachgelegt und (Maria?) war immer am strahlen! Toller Service!

Great location, very central. Friendly staff. Breakfast on terrace. Clean, good sized room. Walking distance to most attractions or public transport.

Fewer facilities than a larger hotel but we weren't bothered about that and preferred the smaller boutique style in a good location.

The breakfast was very good and included granola cereal, fresh fruit and pastries, cheese and ham, fresh orange juice and more.

The hotel is accessible by foot from the main square so you don’t get dropped off by the front door. It’s located on Rua Augusta a pedestrian street in the center of the tourist zone. it’s lively all day long.

Começo pelos funcionários e proprietária. Gentis, simpáticos, solícitos, nos orientaram sobre a cidade e passeios. Localização excelente. Café da manhã pode ser na sua habitação, mas declinamos deste serviço, pois o café da manhã no terraço, além de ótimo é cinematográfico. Necessário mudar o material e desenho do corrimão de acesso à sala do café e terraço. É escorregadio e falta um apoio para finalizar o acesso. Principalmente para hóspedes com limitação fisica. A gentileza é tanta que como era muito cedo nossa saída nos prepararam um "take away" com itens do café da manhã. Metrô e linhas de ônibus próximos garantem sua acessibilidade. No entanto Lisboa no final da primavera é para caminhar e descobrir o que lhe agrada e que não está nos roteiros turísticos. Restaurantes são muitos na Rua Augusta. Resumo. Augusta Boutique Augusta é excelente.

Breakfast was served in the rooftop terrace. The view was impressive. Liked the pancakes.

Elevator was tiny; one person and two suitcases.

It was fabulous! Great location, so comfy and beautifully appointed. Staff was accommodating and made sure we were comfortable and all our needs were met. Loved the location! So convenient, so easy to find. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Excellent location, great breakfast and very friendly staff

Small hotel in a great location between Rossio Square and Praca do Commercio. Staff was accommodating, room was clean, and we enjoyed breakfast on the rooftop terrace.
