Reviewed Apr 22, 2026The apartment itself was great. It has an equipped kitchen, spacious rooms, a washing machine (outside), even a coffee machine. Also this strange ceiling window that's kind of cool.
The location. While close to the city center and tram stations, I did not feel comfortable walking on this street.

Reviewed Apr 19, 2026Appartement très spacieux et propre, parfait pour une famille de 4. Très bien équipé, aucun bruit et agréable pour se reposer entre ou après de longues balades dans la ville. A 15m à pied de la grand place, idéal pour se déplacer rapidement. Excellente communication avec les propriétaires qui ont su nous trouver une solution rapidement sur une demande.
Un rideau sur la fenêtre donnant sur l'escalier serait un gros plus, pour éviter qu'il n'y ait trop de lumière au matin.

Reviewed Mar 30, 2026Wir haben zu dritt die Wohnung Deluxe reserviert. Sie war sehr groß und komfortabel. Die Kommunikation mit Rita war effizient und sie war sehr entgegenkommend. Man kann zu Fuß die wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten erreichen.

In 40 years of travel, this is by far one of the finest places I’ve ever stayed. 15 minutes walk from Brussels Midi in a quiet suburb close to the wonderful Sablon area, with its bars and restaurants. It was spotlessly clean, fantastically apportioned with excellent facilities. I honestly cannot rate this highly enough.
There was some noise from the people in the apartment above but it wasn’t overly intrusive, despite a bit of shouting.

Reviewed Feb 22, 2026Spotlessly clean. Comfortable beds with nice linens and towels. Excellent shower. Good location that was near to centre but quieter. Good communication and easy check in and out. Simply furnished as per photographs.
Slight ‘sewage’ like smell in bathroom. Kitchen equipment minimal. E.g 3 mugs for an up to 6 person flat. Sofa can seat 4 at a push. An extra comfy chair or 2 would help make it seem better value when advertised as for up to 6 people.

Reviewed Jan 28, 2026De locatie is goed. We waren voor de kerstmarkt en activiteiten. Er zijn genoeg winkels in de buurt.
De deur bij de trap had een heel grote spleet, waardoor veel tocht naar bovenkwam vanuit de trappengang. De tocht voel je in je rug als je op de bank zit. Misschien is het handig om tussen de wc gedeelte en woonkamer een glazen deur te plaatsen. Zo blijft de kou van de trappenhal buiten woongedeelte. Dit was echt niet fijn. We moesten hoog stoken, waardoor de slaapkamer bij de nokgedeelte heel warm werd. Kortom er moeten wat praktische aanpassingen worden gedaan.

El sofá es bastante incómodo. No es un sofá cama como tal, si no un sofá de los que los asientos se extienden, no hay colchón.

In 10 minuti a piedi siete nella Grand Place. Nelle vicinanze fermata di bus di linea e tram. Ideale per brevi e lunghi soggiorni, molto utile il self check-in per chi come noi arriva in tarda serata. Comunicazione con Host ottima.

Reviewed Jan 4, 2026Mooi en ruim appartement in het centrum van Brussel. Lidl op tien minuutjes lopen. Alles verder aanwezig in het appartement. De slaapbank was voor onze twee tieners helemaal goed. Geen sleutels maar alleen codes, werkte perfect.
Het is een gehorig gebouw, dus je hoort de (boven)buren als ze binnenkomen.

Il divano letto, non saprei come dire ma per la forma abbiamo fatto difficoltà con lenzuola e coprimaterasso. Inoltre le tapparelle del soggiorno non sono oscuranti.

Reviewed Dec 11, 2025Really liked the set up of this place. It had an upstairs loft bedroom with a large bed and then single beds on the main floor. The sofa was super comfortable and the facilities that the property offered were great. There were fans dotted around in case you got too hot and ample storage to unpack all our stuff. The flat was located on the top floor (no lift) but fine if you don’t have overly large/ heavy luggage. Access to the flat is also by code so no messing around with keys or stiff locks.
The only things I would say is that there was a slight sewer smell in the bathroom and I definitely underestimated the distance to things from the flat on foot but can be combatted if you are using public transport.

abbiamo avuto un po' di difficoltà x preparare il divano letto, ci aspettavamo che fosse già pronto vista la nostra prenotazione per 4... la strada da percorrere a piedi la sera non è bellissima , abbiamo avuto un po' di timore.
