👍🏻非常非常棒的一次住宿体验，房子整齐干净，物品应有尽有，像自己家一样，观景无敌优秀，地理位置好，最重要的是门前有自己的停车位，这样省却了很多为了找地方停车的烦恼。下一次皇后镇度假还会选择The Lookout。🥰

冬天的话，热水不太够用，勉强供两人洗澡，第三个人就大约要等两小时左右才有热水。我想夏天应该是没有这个问题的。其他的一切完美👍🏻

This apartment had everything. It was warm, cozy, tidy, well equipped in every room and the location was great.

Fantastic location with wonderful lake and mountain views! The house is well laid out with a well equipped kitchen, comfortable sitting room area, comfortable bedrooms and a good bathroom. There was plenty of storage (which was important as we were travelling for 5 weeks). There was space to park one car. There was a really handy path through the garden to join a footpath down to the main road. It is possible to walk from the house into town in about half an hour and everywhere felt very safe. We really enjoyed our stay at the Lookout and would thoroughly recommend it!

The property was exactly as advertised. It was so cosy and comfortable in a quiet location. The view was fabulous, easy driving distance to Queenstown and surrounds.

Location was close proximity to the town without being in town. Quiet neighborhood. The Great View!

The view was great. It was quiet and relaxing. The kitchen was big and nice with everything needed. The aircon was good to heat the bedrooms.

The beds were quite bad. The king bed was super soft with a soft topper and the queen bed was very hard even with the soft topper. The sofa was a bit worn and stained, the towels were not smelling very well.

Fantastic place to stay and very homely , we all loved the view of the lake , and the surrounding areas. We would definitely stay here again.

If you were wanting to go for walks it's a very steep area , but didn't bother us as we were driving everywhere, we did go down the back stairs just to do something different which is a bit of an adventure , but this isn't something that would stop us staying here

„The Lookout“ is the best name for this accomodation. Stunning view on the Remarkables and Lake Wakatipu. Other than that there‘s not much to complain 😀

The Distribution of two floors of this house are sometimes a bit exhausting and of you have trouble with your joints it’s Not the ideal accomodation

It felt like home... everything was just so comfortable, the house had everything we needed for our stay. Loved sitting by the fire when it was cold and snowing outside.

Loved the location as it was so close to town, the views, the outdoor area and it was very warm. We especially liked the drying rack.

Very peaceful and comfortable little sanctuary with spectacular view. Exactly as shown in the photos. Perfect timely communication from Jen. Hope to return one day.

We arrived at 4pm after a long flight and had several issues. The first one was that there were no instruction on the advertised free WiFi. After an email I received an answer where the modem was and I can find the password on it. After that the owner did not answer anymore txt messages, phone calls or emails. She called back at 5.30am accusing me that I would not answer my phone. The advertised bath tub which was 50% the reason why we booked the place, was not there. No matches, no fire starters and only 3 little logs of wood were there. The fire place was dirty with tissue, full of ash and burned wood inside. No instructions where to find more firewood. No matches or lighter to light the stove in the kitchen and the oven had a secret switch on the cupboard near by to turn it on. It would have been nice to have some information on all of this or at least someone who can answer a phone call. Apparently the owner is in the UK for private reasons. We ask for a one night refund out if our week long stay to compensate for all the trouble. I'm still waiting on this today - several weeks later.

The Lookout was a cosy home away from home. Great location with just a short drive to the city centre. Facilities were clean and had everything we needed for a week long stay. Warm and comfortable during a cold week in Queenstown.
