Studio McBi

Conveniently located

The windows are not clean. You can see the grime.

As a return customer, I am always fascinated by this studio, I find great peaceful times and so comfortable place.

A bit of finishing touches in studio which are minor.

Here’s a polished, more engaging version of your review while keeping your voice and warmth: ⸻ We stayed for 2 days as a late birthday staycation gift, and honestly, this has been our #1 Airbnb experience so far. My son and I have tried several places before, but this one truly stood out. The host was incredibly responsive—from sending complete details days before check-in to checking in on our arrival time the day before. Everything was smoothly arranged at reception, so all I had to do was present my ID. Super hassle-free! The unit itself felt like a home away from home. It delivered everything as advertised—working water heater, Netflix, amazing lighting, and most importantly, no issues with the AC (which I’ve unfortunately experienced in other stays). The pool was a big hit—my son absolutely loved it. Plus, the location is perfect—right in downtown, making it easy to walk to places like the night market and People’s Park. We loved it so much that I’ve already booked again for June! 💛

A suggestion to add in their mini store - coke soda drinks🤣

The Place actually was cool and provided great amenities simply because we could cook and enjoy the shows and play music loud when my Best Friend wanted to

Dental Kits could be offered if possible The Kitchen feels cramped but nevertheless usable

Very clean

Nice small warm room, comfortable with nice TV and great bed.

The building is old. The paint on the walls inside the room damaged and you can see the pass of time on them. The toilet seat when we arrived was pissed from the previous tenant. It wasn't cleaned properly for sure. We communicated with the owner and he said that we have to clean it on our own instead bringing a cleaner from his own.

Comfortable accommodation

Nothing

The property was clean and comfortable, and its location was very convenient. Aside from that, I really appreciated how accommodating and responsive the host was, especially in making sure our stay went smoothly. The check-in process was easy, and the place had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. Overall, it was a great experience and I would definitely recommend this property.

Everything was exactly as a place to stay should be. Kind and responsive host. Easy to speak and communicate with. Very private and respectable. If anything, they should be nominated for an award.

What wasn't liked is that we have to fill something within this box that is asking about what we didn't like when there was nothing to include in this not like section. Everything, 100% was beyond our expectations in the most positive of ways.

Malapit sa mall at sa lahat ng mga pasyalan. Sobrang bait ng may ari at mga staff.

Facilities good. Area safe

A cluttered room, silly lights behind TV annoying. Not well lit over vanity bowl .

Very nice ambiance, comfortable, owner answers messages quickly, we extended for one day.

So comfortable and aesthetic room. Very Instagrammable ang atake. Highly recommended condo in Davao.🫶🫶🫶
