Derrière Berjaya Times Square Theme Park, l'accès à pied n'est pas terrible. Cependant l'hôtel reste dans le centre ville. Pour un long séjour je préconise Chinatown beaucoup plus sympa.

The room was very clean, and it was made up and cleaned daily except on the day before checkout. The bathroom is also very clean and does not have any signs of mold. The plumbing fittings are modern. There is even a water filter for the additional faucet beside the basin which is very rare even in a five-star hotel. I like the fragrance of the body wash and shampoo which are provided. The bed is very comfortable. The pillows are firm and a bit thick. There are two hot and cold-water dispensers for guest use along the corridor. The location of this hotel is opposite Lalaport and about a 5 min walk to Berjaya Times Square. The walk to Lalaport can be taken safely if you walk further to the designated crossing. If taking risks to cross a few narrow roads illegally it is a very short distance away. There is an Iraqi restaurant on the ground floor of the hotel.

The central air conditioning blower vent produces a humming sound which did not disturb my sleep, but my wife would definitely be affected by this noise if she was here. Noise from road traffic is minimal as the hotel is not close to a busy highway

Staffs were friendly and helpful. Great location. Cleanliness top notch. 24 hours restaurants nearby. Had nothing to complain about.

The room could have been a bit larger, felt a bit cramped.

このエリアにして良い価格。綺麗だし、スタッフさんもいい。MRTのImbiから３〜５分くらい。Bukit Bintangまでも歩ける。 最初土地勘得るまでロケーション悪いなと思ったものの慣れたら大変良い。

特にないですかね。寝るだけ利用でしたが、十分です。ゴミ箱は部屋に1個しかなかったのでバスエリアにも1個あったらもっと良かったです。

ロケーションがよくクアラルンプール観光にちょうどよい場所です。スタッフも親切。一階にＣＡＦＥがありカフェスタッフも感じいいです。お部屋も綺麗で清潔。コンパクトなスペースですがバスルーム付き。おすすめです。

Very convenient

The bed is bit hard, the Aircon can get quite loud. Prepare ear plugs if you are a light sleeper like me

Very noisy, especially from the night club next to the hotel, The hotel room is bit congested compared to the photos seen while booking, as per the hotel staff, the photos were of a upgraded version, which is not a convincing answer. The washroom didnt have a lock, and it had almost transparent glasses, which is bit awkward!, not sure which couple is interested in seeing his or her partner while at toilet / I wouldnt recommend this, as there are several better options nearby. As it was my first time and new to the city, I did this mistake.

Hôtel situé juste à côté d’une boîte de nuit, le bruit s’entend jusqu’aux chambres, impossible de dormir. Chambres très mal isolés, on entend le moindre passage dans les couloirs. Clients irrespectueux. Mauvaises odeurs

Es war eigentlich konfortabel. Bett gemütlich, Bad gut, Zimmer ok.

Problem war die Lautstärke des AC, war einiges zu laut. Zudem hört man die Strasse, wenn ein Motorrad vorbeifährt. Auch waren Jugendliche immer wieder im Gang unterwegs und haben den Alarm an ihrem Zimmer ausgelöst. Es scheint als wäre da kein Erwachsener dabeigewesen. Wie haben die gebucht?

Good location very close to Times Square mall and a monorail station. Clean room, good air conditioning. Hot and cold drinking water available on each floor.

Quite noisy from other guests. No window in the room so it gets stuffy when the aircon is off.

very inconvenient to issue only 1 card ,as both of us have different travel plans. Poor Internet signal and aircon noisy. It broke down on 18 Jul for a few hours. It have no window, thus it is very stuffy and hot.

So close with lalaport & berjaya times square. Just 3 minutes walk.

It was a very good location and easy to walk right into the centre

Our bedsheet had a blood stain on the sheets, and checking in was definitely abrupt with the person on the desk

1. No lift, you need to carry your luggage all the way to your room, im at second floor, worker help me to lift up my luggage to my room, but when check out, you need to carry your luggage yourself. 2. Noisy, you can hear the sound from outside clearly, somehow very distracting during midnight. 3. No body shampoo and hair shampoo provided. 4. Few plug point. only 2 plug point in 1 room, insufficient plug point.

Good location, good aircon.

No window in room and very poor ventilation. There was mould growing on the walls because of this and my clothes became damp after leaving them out. There was only a glass separation between the bathroom and the rest of the room so if you turned the bathroom light on the whole room was lit up which was not good at night. The hotel is also 2 doors down from a nightclub so can hear music all night. You can also hear all the noise from other rooms and all of the door alarms which go off very frequently.

The location excellent. The hotel is in-between bejaya time sq and lalaport shopping centre. The facilities is bad, the Aircon noisy, toilet paper is pull out type. Pillow too high....but for that money and good location... nothing much to complaint....

Отличный персонал, удобная кровать, классный санузел, удобное место для чемодана. Не слышно звуков улицы. На коридоре можно набирать питьевую фильтрованную воду (горячая, нормальная, холодная).

В номере нет окон. Цена увеличивается при фактической оплате проживания по сравнению с окончательной заявленной на сайте.

Getting from the subway statin to the hotel you have to go through two alleys which are not clean and not the best for traveling with a suitcase.

Very good and higher than my expectations

The Ceria hotel is amazing. Everything is nice and clean. The rooms also have AC which is very nice. The location is okay, you have to walk 5 min to get to the station so you can get into the center.

Booked last minute after another hotel cancelled our booking, room was perfect for a one night stay in KL, staff were very friendly and accommodating

Personal war top, alle sehr freundlich! Die Lage ist auch sehr gut, man erreicht relativ viel zu Fuß. Ein Einkaufszentrum ist gegenüber und rund herum sind viele Restaurants.

Neben dem Hotel ist ein Nachtclub. Ich bin daher erst immer um 01:30 Uhr ca. eingeschlafen.

La connexion wi-fi ne fonctionnait pas très bien ainsi que la télé et on met facilement de l’eau partout dans la douche

Tolles Zimmer mitten in Kuala Lumpur, gute Ausstattung des Zimmers und Hotels.

Das Zimmer hatte seinen eigenen, aber für Südostasien typischen Geruch, mich hat es nicht gestört.

Reception staff were friendly and room was clean.

The property is very close to a nightclub which has loud bass coming through the walls until around 3am. If you value sleeping, do not stay here.

Location was amazing, the room was exceptional clean and modern for the price. The hotel staff was polite and there is a front desk for a real check in not Airbnb nonsense

If I was paying more than the Exceptional price of £16 I'd probably want a slightly larger room but for the money having your own room is pretty impressive
