We needed a place to stay near Estella where our friends are and this was the best option. Clean, new and modern, comfortable bed, had everything needed.

The apartment is in a quieter part of district 2, on the south side of the wide boulevard, so it was quiet from street and traffic noise. It is located near two malls and supermarkets. The Metro stop is about 12 minutes away by foot, and many restaurants and stores and ATMs are available nearby. Staff were very helpful and addressed any issues that came up quickly. There is a security guard at night, so it felt safe. The room has a large balcony and a modern looking setup with a flat screen TV, sufficient storage space, and a kitchen with a full size fridge.

The room had water damage recently and there was some mold in the ceiling. But we alerted the staff and they tried their best to remove and seal it.

The staff were nice, friendly and attentive. The room was nice enough and the bed was comfy enough. I like that they have a stove and medium fridge which is convenient.

Not the most central location but it was ok and rooms like the rest room could do with a ventilator and also scrub down some parts of the shower better, water is a little weak in my opinion. Not really any negatives that are that bad, but I can't give it a full score either. First night wasn't good as our air-conditioning was not cold at all and found out it was super dirty with dust, however the front desk staff solved it for us the next day and changed our room to a better one and it was a lot better. Also, cafe is underneath so if you plan to sleep in till late it can get noisy.

A good place for a longer Stay! We stayed there for 14 days and worked on our Laptops. There is a great Kitchen, a good AC, a big fridge, a nice bed, a good bathroom - everything you need! They even have super fast in-house laundry service and everyday house keeping, where they clean your room, change towels etc. At the bottom of the House is a Cafe where you can eat an drink all day long. Also many people sit there with their laptops an work. There is a big Mall and many supermarket and shopping facilities in walking distance! It’s a great spot to be in, not too far from the main city but also not too close to the chaos and noise. we will come again!! 😁⭐️

Excellent value for money. Very clean, well equipped, comfortable. Friendly, helpful staff. Good location near Estella Place Mall. And offers a garage to park a motorcycle. The ground floor holds a classy cafe for a coffee or a quick lunch.

That I did not find this place sooner. :-)

Excellent apartment close to all amenities. Very clean and had washing machine and dryer. Also fridge stocked with drinks (extra charge). Very pleased with stay. Lovely coffee shop under apts for leisurely breakfasts.

The room was cleaned, well-equipped & comfortable. There is a small kitchen, a washing machine & small balcony inside the room. The staff are nice. The service and room are worth the money.

The bed's pillows are too soft. I got a little neck-hurt the next morning.

Slept well but needed earplugs some nights. Staff members were friendly. Apartment style so not many amenities but still good option.

Cleaning could've been better. Left hair in shower drain and pee stains on toilet bowl on my arrival.

Quite place

Allot of ants around the desk, offer only 1 bottle of water during your whole stay. Toothpaste is wall mounted, not hygenic. They put 2 bottles of water and charge you extra for the second bottle....

Great staff, really nice clean and quiet apartment with everything I needed.

I had an issue with hot water for a couple of days, however this was sorted and I was offered a discount for the inconvenience. A problem very well managed!

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room exceeded expectations and was a great size with a lot of amenities. Very close to a large modern mall.

The street lighting is poor but this is not to the fault of the hotel.

Quiet place, but just a short walk to several large shopping centers and supermarkets. Staff are very nice and helpful. Kitchenette is great. Cafes and spa is nearby.

Is a bit far from district one (20 min by car) but was not the goal of my trip.

Beautiful new building. The room was large,spotless, modernly furnished and had everything you could possibly need, even a washing machine. Hottest shower ever. Quiet area but just 5 minutes walk to 2 shopping centres, restaurants, coffee shops and convenience stores. Nice terace just outside the door, with a great view of the city in the evening. Only 4-5 euros a taxi to D1, if you're looking to visit the centre. Staff was amazing. Definitely one of the best places I've stayed in all my trips to South East Asia.

When we arrived we were greeted with a huge smile! Service is exceptional and the loft apartment was equipped very thoughtfully (water pressure in the shower is perfect) and super clean. We will come back here whenever we are in Ho Chi Minh City for sure! Thank you again for everything!!!
