TheWICKI 10 - Wunderschöne Apartments in Wien

C'était propre, moderne. Petit souci avec la serrure d'une des portes mais le propriétaire est à l'écoute et dispo.

Le lieu. La propreté. La facilité d'accès.

Tout était tip top.

Camera accogliente, calda e pulita. Letto molto comodo e bagno funzionale.

Viene descritto come appartamento ma in realtà è una stanza con bagno: tavoli piccoli che non permettono di mangiare comodamente, non sono presenti stoviglie (posate, bicchieri né piatti) e non c’è neanche un forno a microonde. L’appartamento è adiacente ad un altro (hanno un primo ingresso in comune), pertanto ci sono arrivati spiacevoli odori di cucina dei vicini. La posizione non è tanto comoda in quanto la stanza si trova molto fuori dal centro, ma almeno è servita da due linee del tram non troppo distanti. È stato infine molto difficile avere contatti con l’host per qualsiasi tipo di informazione, in quanto non ha mai risposto ai messaggi inviati (sia per mail sia su Booking). Riteniamo quindi non sia stato per niente disponibile né accogliente sotto nessun punto di vista.

Nice and clean Appartement in a smelly old multi Appartement House, but good quality for a reasonable price compared to other options. Good public transport Connection, supermarket around the corner, clean, quiet, good bed.

Missing kitchen towels.

You can smell the neighbours smoking through the walls, it's properly disgusting. The owner didn't pay the internet provider, so there was no Wi-Fi for the whole stay. When I asked him to solve the problem, he was very rude, told me to get a eSIM and didn't answer any more messages. You can hear all the neighbours talking all the time. It really isn't worth the hassle, just find something else.

Exceptional stay – highly recommended! We had a wonderful stay at this apartment. Everything was exactly as described, very clean, well-organized, and thoughtfully prepared. It was clear that a lot of care and attention had been put into every detail, which made us feel very comfortable and welcome. The check-in process was smooth and easy, and the instructions were very clear. The apartment had everything we needed, and the overall atmosphere was warm and pleasant. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Vienna. We would be very happy to stay here again in the future.

Goed locatie

Alles. In een word - Vreselijk! Koud, vies, stonk. De deuren van de kasten waren kapot. WC brill was ook kapot. De contactpersoon was onvriendelijk en werkt niet mee.

Calm, safe place to stay, very close to tram 1,6 and D which makes easy to arrive city center in 25 minutes. I visited Central European university, it is just 4 minutes by walking or less.

Room is a bit narrow for long stays, but generally good

Beds, location, everything!

I feel so honoured and grateful to be hosted in this accomodation. The apartment is equipped with everything you need, it is new and comfortable. The area where it is located is great to discover local life of people in the city. I was not just a tourist, I felt like a resident and I hope to come back again with someone with me.

- [ ] Klamka od łazienki jest zepsuta- wypada - [ ] Na przedpokoju powinny być wieszaki na kurtki - [ ] Szafa powinna mieć uchwyty ponieważ strasznie ciężko się ją otwiera - [ ] Kawa, ciastka powitalne tylko dla 2 osób a my byłyśmy we 3 - [ ] Pościel dla 3 osoby nie była przygotowana- same musiałyśmy dać poszwę na kołdrę i poduszki - [ ] Brakowało prześcieradła dla 3 osoby - [ ] Router koło łóżka/ to bardzo niezdrowe trzymać zaraz koło głowy nośnik - [ ] W kuchni brakuje więcej szafek (jest jedna wielka bez półek być może na pralkę) można ją zaadoptować na spiżarkę lub wstawić pralkę - [ ] Wieszaki w łazience na 2 ręczniki- powinien być na 4 bo w końcu max 4 osoby mogą pokój wynajmować- wieszak spadł (klej nie trzyma) - [ ] Pod prysznicem Powinna być dodatkowa półka na kosmetyki, te które oferuje obiekt były niemal puste - [ ] Nad łóżkiem przy oknie, lampa zakodowana tak że widać źle wywiercony otwór - [ ] Próg do łazienki niebezpieczny- łatwo się potknąć i zranić - [ ] W pokoju grzanie na panele na podczerwień- temperaturę ustawiłyśmy na 25 stopni, natomiast była odczuwalna zdecydowanie niższa - [ ] Umywalka w łazience zbyt duża i kran źle się odkręca na zimną wodę - [ ] Tylko 2 małe łyżeczki, brakowało ich dla wszystkich - [ ] Bardzo cienkie ściany, wszystko słychać u sąsiada - [ ] Drzwi wejściowe bardzo źle się otwiera, powinno to zostać naprawione

Proximité de commerces et des transports, appartement agréable et confortable

The apartment was immaculately clean. Tram stops nearby but I walked into city centre and it took only about 50 minutes. Very quiet. Very warm! Violetta was most helpful and always responded to queries quickly.

Sehr sauber und Komfortabel. Gut ausgestattet

Im Großen und Ganzen sehr gut, paar Kleinigkeiten waren halt. Das Licht in der Küche leuchtet durch (LED), die Steckdose im Bad links ist locker, es ist ein Spalt bei der Deckenlampe beim Bett bzw halt ein Loch und ein Fernseher wäre noch Top. Ist aber meckern auf hohem Niveau, es war sehr gut trotzdem

Комфортне приміщення. Дуже приємний зі смаком інтер'єр, новенькі меблі, чистенько, тепленько, зручне ліжко та диван, є необхідний посуд, кавоварка, чайник, духовка, плита для приготування їжі, холодильник. Без проблем працював Інтернет. Зручно рядом 3 хвилини супермаркет. Рядом трамвайні зупинки, але і пішки не далеко до цікавих туристичних місць. Нам сподобалося.

В описі написано, що повинен бути фен, але його не було. Світло над кухонною мийкою не має перемикача і світло горить постійно, навіть уночі. Була несправна ручка дверей у туалетну кімнату. І на наші питання чомусь господар не відповідав.

Dobra lokalizacja. Apartament czysty.

Brak wi-fi przez cały wyjazd tłumaczony brakiem prądu, którego nie było tylko przez chwilę. W opisie był zestaw kosmetyczny ale jedyne co zastaliśmy to mydło w płynie kilka wacików oraz jednorazową maszynkę do golenia. Brak sztućców, była tylko jedna łyżeczka. Słaby kontakt z właścicielami, a jak był to nic nie mogli pomóc tylko tłumaczyli się wymówkami.

"Unser Apartmentzimmer war wirklich fantastisch! Das Badezimmer war ein Traum, und das Bett war unglaublich kuschelig. Das Zimmer war wunderschön gestaltet, wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und können es uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen!"

The apartment was clean, the owner very nice even though was only communication through booking. The apartment is really nice for the price you pay (the price-performance is really good if you can say so). And I have to add that even if the building looks bad and feels a little unsafe I had no problem during my stay.

The toilet seat was looking really bad even though was clean, better they replace it. It looks..unpleasant with those stains. Was a little noisy from the other people in the building.

Sehr sauber. Schön eingerichtet. Ein- und Auszug unkompliziert mit Schlüsselsafe. Die Wohnung ist im dritten Stock, und es gibt keinen Aufzug. Für mich kein Problem, aber wer schwere Koffer hat, muss eben schleppen.

Das Haus und die Flure sind dreckig. Einige Wohnungen im Haus werden total-saniert und sind eine Baustelle. Internet hat stundenlang nicht oder extrem langsam funktioniert, u.a. weil der Router nicht eingesteckt war. Der Vermieter hat es dann remote lösen können. Die Beschreibung der Wohnung ist falsch: "this apartment comes with 1 living room, 1 separate bedroom,...". Es gibt nur einen -sehr kleinen- Wohn-/Schlafraum. Die Steckdose im Bad ist aus der Wand gerissen, nicht ideal in einem Nassraum.

The apartment was very clean, quiet and comfortable. It had everything I needed for my stay. Very close to the tram stop. Communication was fast and easy.

A lot of steps to the apartment floor. No cooking utensils. Owner not too responsive regarding check in instructions.
