Приехали в данные апартаменты и просто были в ужасе, в номерах очень грязно кондиционер весь черный и очень сильный запах плесени, полотенца порванные в номере невозможно находиться,фотографии номеров полностью не соответствуют, такого я еще не встречала, никогда не селитесь в данный отель! Ужасное место!

У нас была студия на 35 этаже. Помимо кухонного уголка (холодильник, электрический чайник, микроволновка, электроплита, мойка) и кровати было два письменных стола, стулья, а также диванчик с журнальными столиками. По телевизору только китайские каналы. На балконе стиральная машина, бойлер и рейл для плечиков. Вид с балкона грандиозный: на телебашню и множество небоскребов. Сотрудники работают круглосуточно, мгновенно откликаются по Wechat, если возникают вопросы. Белье и полотенца белые. Уборка каждый день. До единственного выхода из метро Yangji D, оборудованного эскалаторами вверх и вниз, пешком с чемоданами дошли за 25 минут. На выходе B эскалаторов нет вообще, только лестница.

Номер потрепанный, нечисто. Посуды нет никакой, нужно брать в ресепшн. Нужно обратить внимание на то, включен ли бойлер на балконе, у нас был выключен, и сначала мы сами, а потом с помощью сотрудника, которого позвали на помощь, долго разбирались, почему течет только холодная вода. Проход к зданию через охрану и турникеты, если охрана вас, скорее всего пропустит, если покажете бронирование, то подняться на лифте на 29 этаж, где расположен ресепшн, вы без помощи других жильцов не сможете — нужна карточка, чтобы приложить в лифте к картридеру. Так что нужен интернет и связь с сотрудниками, чтобы они за вами спустились.

Прекрасное расположение. Хороший район.

Отвратительно грязные апартаменты,оторванные обои ,сухие тараканы ,грибок на стенах в комнате,пыль в проёмах дверей,такое ощущение,пастельное бельё и полотенца покрыты чёрными волосами,это ужас!!!!В 2024 году Останавливались семьёй снимали 2 номера,всё было чисто ,опрятно без нареканий ,в этот раз увидев этот ужас ,я попросила меня переселить в другие более чистые апартаменты,мы снимали 2 номера опять,по итогу нас переселили не скажу ,что в идеальную чистоту ,но хотя бы без грибка на стенах комнат,но был ужасный запах табака,вобщем попросила на рецепшен швабру и тряпку и после перелёта мне ещё предстоял квест по уборки 2-х номеров,мыла я все ,стены ,полы ,фасады кухонного шкафа,больше я сюда точно не вернусь,и никому это место не порекомендую!!!!!!

Отличный апарт отель по соотношению цена качество. Каждый день давали воду и предлагали уборку+замену полотенец. 29-ый этаж, красивый вид из окна. Есть стиральная машина + полноценная кухня. Удачное расположение. Рядом модный молодежный(хипстерский) район с кучей всего разного. Магазины , кафе и тд. В пешей доступности 3 ветки метро, что позволяет довольно удобно перемещаться по городу.

Имейте ввиду, что вход в подъезд отделен от проезжей части, т.е. такси прям до подъезда вас не довезет. Надо будет 100 метров пройти и главное не заблудиться, особенно при заселении(первый раз). Желательно заранее написать в размещение, что вы прибыли, чтобы вас встретили внизу. Это не минус, просто рассказываю для вашего удобства.

Расположение отличное. Ресепшен говорит на английском. На охране показали бронирование, нас встретили, проводили на ресепшен, дали номер. оплата наличными. Что потребовалось все вопросы решали без проблем. Завтрака нет, но кругом куча кафешек и есть доставка. номере есть wi-fi. Спасибо огромное

La chambre, les environs et surtout la réservation du taxi qui vient dans le sous sol nous récupèrer très appréciable lorsqu'on a des valises et le prix.

L'indication à l'arrivée il faut appeler si on pas les moyens compliqué et il faut une carte pour monter dans l'ascenseur super pour la sécurité mais un peu long à comprendre après un long vo l... mais sinon ça va.

Podobało mi się wszystko: apartament, jego okolica, droga do metra (nieco ponad 10 minut), sklepy, w których można było kupić coś do jedzenia w pobliżu. Polecam!

I liked the location and the swift response. The late check out service was very helpful too.

Bon emplacement, personnel très réactif. Chambre propre et confortable avec machine à laver. Wifi qui fonctionne - ne pas hésiter à demander le paramétrage par la réception.

The building has a good location, the apartment has a nice design and is quite comfortable.

Not clear quidance, how to find the host. Late check-in took too much time and efforts, it was absolutely not ok because we had 2 connected flights on the same day and had checked in the middle of the night. The residential building has security gates on the small street blocked for all cars.Taxist showed us the wrong direction, so we lost. Without local phone numbers and without the internet, quests have to find someone on the night street and ask to call reception and wait until the receptionist comes down to pick you up. Elevators require the magnet key only, so there is no way to go up without reception support. We searched the intrance for 45 minutes and waited for the receptionist for 20 minutes. WiFI is available only if you have Chinese software. Otherwise, the quest should have registered local vpn. Signboard only on the 29th floor.

Location is not good..

Location is too inconvenient.. no cabs available.. need to walk 200 meters to get a cab

This apartment found in very good location, nearby subway. The staff is perfect.

But the room hasn't cuttlery.

Neat and Clean, comfortable bed and the staff is good. The area is also at good.

Little bit difficult to find first time, Shower and wifi is not working. the muslim shower and halal food is not available in this area( for my muslim brothers)

We really liked our stay in the 2 bedroom apartment at Clovis. The place was spacious, and well furnished. The hotel is located in a residential building, on a pedestrian street (taxis drop you off about 100 m from the entrance). The area is safe and quiet. We added Clovis on WeChat and received detailed instructions on how to check-in, the process was quite easy. The kitchen did not contain utensils or cookware when we arrived, but the reception desk provided us with pots, plates, dishwashing liquid, etc. when we asked. Overall, we had a great stay. Will definitely come back next time we're in Guangzhou.

Daily cleaning was sparse, especially floor mopping. We had to ask for the bedsheets to be changed after a week.

Very clean and comfortable apartment. Soft beds, enough towels. You can easily reach Central Park or any other locations, using public transportation.

It was a little bit difficult to find it at the very beginning but the reception lady met us nearby.

The 2 bedrooms with 3 beds total was comfortable for our 5 travellers (2 adults & 3 children). The place was clean and the washing machine was a good bonus. The manager was friendly and extremely helpful.

The property was a little hard to find for our Didi driver but the manager was responsive via messaging in the booking.com app and came out to find us on the street to lead us to the apartment.

As an appartment hotel they should have cuttelery. No 1 replied for the same from their staff also. And check in isbit difficult as reception on 29th floor and room alloted on 8th floor.

The service attitude is good. The hotel is quiet and comfortable in the community. The front desk service is good and considerate. Check-in is fast. The room facilities are complete, clean and tidy. The network is very powerful. There is a balcony and a drying washing machine. It is very convenient to wash clothes. Great!
