Deluxe Ocean Apartment Heliopolis

We felt right at home at Deluxe Ocean Apartment Heliopolis. It was spacious, comfortable, and private, and the host went above and beyond to make our stay special.

Very clean and modern place with helpful owner Mr George , highly appreciate his efforts

Appartement propre et confortable

Nothing

Staff were very helpful

Very professional team and will trained team

Clean near to Airport near to every thing i need recomended

Great location very responsive host

Would be lovely to have the option of accessing the pool for a fee

Dichtbij enkele grote malls. Communicatie ging vlot en soepel. Wifi is erg sterk. Wij waren blij met onze keuze.

The place were spotless and comfortable. Good security with doors Staff were very helpful. George the owner arranged transportation to and from the airport for 7 people and 7 suitcases. Close to the airport

No access to the pool. Only had access to view it. On arrival George took our passport and handed it to someone to copy however he was reluctant for me or anyone else in my group to accompany the person to ensure our passports were safe. He should have allowed at least one of us to go with the person holding our passports.

The place was clean and it smelled great. George was a great host. The place is close to the airport so it was very convenient

Consigliato!

The property was just as seen online. We just felt at home😇!

N/A

It was lovely, well kept and maintained!

All was good.

L'appartamento molto bello e spazioso. Silenzioso e vicinissimo all'aeroporto.

Koltuk aşırı kirliydi kumandada bile kirler vardı iyi temizlenmemişti

Spacious and clean apartment

Not conducive to travelers - it was a challenge to get the uber ride to the airport inside the complex. We had to drag 7 pieces of luggage to and fro from the gate and it was quite a walk. The security at the gate is rude and unhelpful. And for the price, there was no welcome package of goodies. Immense potential but the security access issue needs to be sorted.

Super clean, spacious with a huge full board kitchen. Staff help is amazing and impressing.

Nothing

Weinig eetgelegenheden in de buurt

Modern and new Well equipped Spacious

No access to pool although it was specified that we will not have access

Nice staff I forgot something at the property and they kept it for me.

One of the cleanest flats I saw in all my trips. Extremely big apartment providing you the necessary comfort for your stay

We stayed one night as we arrived in Cairo very late (10pm) and had to fly to Aswan early the next morning (6am flight so had to leave the room around 4:30). The place is super clean, has a massive TV, coffee and water etc. For a brief overnight stay it was perfect. In hindsight, the pickup from the airport service was really useful, as there's no obvious taxi stand at Cairo airport and I would have had no idea how to direct the taxi to the apartment at 10pm.

There's no major fault in this place it delivers what it promises. If you want high quality kitchen utensils, real plants, designer furniture, rugs, moody lighting etc. then you need to stay in a different place. this is a super efficient airbnb type of apartment. one potential issue maybe the key- we asked for someone to pick us up and he opened the door and even came next morning at 4am. If we didn't order this service I have no idea how we would have got in. not a negative just be aware of this.

Inside the apartment was ok clean and comfortable. There was amenities outside the apartment. That information was not clearly included in the descriptions. The owner was very rude, unhelpful extremely dodgy. 😤

Nichts

Nice apartment , clean

No towel for hands

Lovely apartment. Loads of space. Great for a family. Comfy pillows. Nice artificial waterfall opposite the balcony. Well appointed kitchen area. Friendly owner. Good air-conditioning.

Photos a bit misleading as it shows a swimming pool which belongs to the hotel next door. The description says that the hot tub and fireplace are the stand-out features. This is a lie. There is no hot-tub or fireplace! Location is good for airport but not for anything else like restaurants, shops etc. We managed to get into the hotel restaurant. (Which had a limited menu but nice food).

L' appartamento e la vicinanza all aereoporto

Everything was excellent, we loved our stay at this property. Location very close to the airport, apartment super luxury and very very clean, and George is an amazing host. I highly recommend, and will definitely go back again.

I can't think of anything that I didn't like! Place was excellent. I will come back there for sure.

Very good location

The owner was quite unfriendly. We were trying to ask how to get to town and where we can leave our suitcases to enable us get train tickets. All he kept saying is”Key, Key, give me Key” I understand English isn’t a 1st language but sometimes listen to your customer to get what they are asking. I was using google translate but he wasnt interested in what we had to say

Clean and tidy. WiFi speed is very good. Owner was very approachable.

No baby cot (only available if you pre request it) which is sort of my mistake.

Właścicielka odmówiła wystawienia i wysłania mi faktury. Na miejscu nie otrzymałam rachunku.

Decoración elegante, limpieza, facilidad de checkin y ubicación

Very clean, great mattress, amenities and location.

staff is friendly. Location is great, 5 mins to airport

Nimic

Rien

Everything is pretty great😍

Perfect stay! We were in between flights and really enjoyed staying here. George was great and apartment very clean

Ocean Apartments is a very spacious and comfortable place to stay. The apartment is large, well-equipped, and perfect for relaxing. It’s especially convenient if you have a flight, as it’s very close to the airport, which makes traveling much easier and stress-free. Everything was very clean and well maintained. Overall, everything was fantastic and I would definitely stay here again. George is always available and super early in the morning :-)

George was an excellent host, great location and space, thank you very much!

This apartment must be the best in Cairo. High end with security and top notch amenities. George the host was kind enough to let us check in late past check in time. Thank you George. It is also very close to the airport. Highly recommend.

⚠️ Bedbugs – very disappointing experience Unfortunately, our stay was ruined due to bedbugs in the room. This is completely unacceptable and caused significant discomfort and stress. What made the situation worse was the staff’s response. Instead of handling the issue professionally, there was an implication that we may have brought the bedbugs ourselves, even though the hotel had bedbug treatment products available at reception, suggesting this is a known issue. At reception, a staff member was dismissive and unhelpful. We were even asked by security not to pass through the main reception and to walk around the building instead, which felt humiliating and unprofessional. I strongly advise future guests to inspect rooms carefully and consider recent reviews before booking.

Bedbugs! Bedbugs! Bedbugs! This destroyed the entire experience, be warned guys! Check the pictures Also, you are at risk of being accused of coming with them even though they have bedbugs medicines at hand

George was very accommodating with check in time. The unit is amazing.

Nothing

It is a big apartment, 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom. Each room has a key to lock. Host, George, is so polite and he quickly response to all your questions. Good job.

the negative part that they listed on the website that there is a free shuttle available to pick you up from the airport but the reality there is NO SHUTTLE. They have an available sedan car (not enough for a family with luggage) .. Shuttle means a van or a small bus or HiAce vehicle not a sedan car.

If you are looking for a place near the airport, this is the place. Great apartment, confortable, brand new. George pick us at the airport and then take us back. Great guest.

Appartamento grande e ben fornito.

Niente!

The apartment itself was modern and clean. big apartment.

The kitchen and toilet had bad and foul drainage smell. there were no small hand towels and no shampoo and conditioner as well. Access to apartment is difficult wit stairs at the entrance when you have two big suitcases. We had seek help from the security staff. The apartment location is remote with no restaurants or cafe within a few kms. for catching a cab you have to walk 10 minutes to the highway.

Beautiful and spacious.peaceful

Bit far out from attractions. On bookings map the location is mixed up with another hotel so at 3am was not pleasant searching for it.

Excellent spacious 2 full bathroom

George and his daughter are excellent hosts. The appartement is brend new with all the facilities - real 5 star appartement...Very close to the airport, less than 5-6min by taxi.

Everything was great.

The apartment is so comfortable and clean. The beds are perfect, making your stay very pleasant. The check in is very easy and the host so helpful. The apartment is located near the airport and inside of a very beautiful and new building complex. You can be at the airport in just 10 minutes, even during the night.

Just as shown in the pictures. Easy check in and check out. Appreciated the black out curtains in all rooms.

We were not allowed by security to enter the building from the lobby and had to take side stairs to a lower level that led to a side entrance to the elevators. Having kids and a stroller, that wasn’t convenient.

The property is very close to the airport—perfect for a layover between flights. Pero was incredibly friendly and even came at midnight to help us check in. The apartment was spacious, comfortable, and exceeded our expectations.

The only small issue was that there weren’t quite enough towels, but we believe it was just an oversight and it didn’t cause any real inconvenience.
