Friendly helpful staff Good location for Theatres Quirky decor

Way over priced for what you get No onsite breakfast and that was just continental Was expecting more for the price but disappointing Lot of emphasis of a personal butler but never saw one! Wouldn’t stay again!

Stylish modern hotel very near Oxford Street and Tottenham Court Road. A quirky, fashionable vibe. The bar is amazing (but not in the main hotel building).

The room was uniquely decorated but small. There is no real reception area to speak of .. just a desk leading to an elevator so the vibe when you first arrive is a bit odd. The hotel bar / breakfast room is across the street from the hotel rather than in the main building.

Super emplacement au coeur de SOHO, appartements de luxe avec décoration très atypique et soignée. propre, confortable. Station de métro à 1 minute à pied. Plein de restaurants à proximité, théâtres tout autour, accès très facile.

La réception est diffile à trouver à notre arrivée car les appartements sont répartis dans le quartier. Il faudrait mieux indiquer le bureau d'accueil. Petit déjeuner très minimaliste mais de bonne qualité, peu de choix c'est dommage et pas de salé.

The staff were always on hand to help and the location was excellent.

The room was gloomy (not romantic) and the air conditioning is a joke. The breakfast is an express continental and is appalling value. Go to one of the many coffee shops in the area instead. Although I admire what the hotel is trying to achieve it falls short on customer comfort. Overall this is not a 5 star hotel.

perfect location, near tube station, near Oxford street and SoHo. the stuff were nice and welcoming. big room and spacious that is rarely in this area at that price. most of the rooms in other hotel are tiny for the same price. cool soundbar and surrounding for music in the room.

no noise cancellation at the windows, it was hard to sleep. we heard everything going on the street, and the door of the building going so much noise every time it closed. and the lights in the room isn't enough for the day. charging 5% for daily cleaning that's supposed to be a standard in a 5 star hotel and not supposed to cost more,

The room was beautiful and the sound system was amazing. Me and my girl had a great time.

Tolles, spezielles Hotel in perfekter Lage (Bus, UBahn, Pubs, Restaurants) Freundliches Personal, alles super! Wir können es empfehlen und würden auch auf jeden Fall wieder hingehen.

I may be wrong but we were on the top floor of the listed building up a narrow steep staircase,and I couldn’t see a fire escape . It’s a really cool suite but I couldn’t help wondering what one would do if there was a fire?

I didn’t end up staying because the room was not as advertised. A 5* Hotel in London with a room on the fourth floor with no life (Elevator). This was unsatisfactory so I decided not to stay.

Perfect location Very comfy bed. Loved the decoration of the room, quality of fixtures and fittings and overall facilities - a real boutique, high quality feel.

Room would have benefited from a kettle and iron. Heating seemed to be centrally controlled and didn't quite cool the room Lighting was atmospheric but could have done with the ability to have it brighter when getting ready

Qualidade do jogo de cama e banho, decoração de bom gosto e qualidade geral do quarto. A localização é perfeita para uma viagem de compras (está muito perto de Covent Garden e da Oxford Street) e muito próximo principais teatros com musicais e museus (National Gallery e Portrait Gallery). Muito perto do metrô (central e elizabeth lines) que conectam com outros pontos turísticos de forma muito prática. Hotel em uma rua icônica de instrumentos musicais e com ativações culturais/entretenimento da Outernet.

Café da manhã tem apenas alguns itens básicos, a qualidade do café e dos pastries é muito boa, porém se quiser algo mais robusto com ovos, frios e outras opções de frutas é melhor não reservar com o café incluído e tomar café em restaurantes próximos.

Location was brilliant. Apartment was huge and decorated lovely. The bar area and the bath were great, very comfortable bed, sound system was another great feature . Everything was top notch.

The rooms are amazing with everything you could need.

Rooms are not collocated with the bars. Noise from the street was excessive at night and in the morning.

The location is very central. Rooms are spacious and great bed. The staff are exceptional. Ollie the butler was fantastic. So sincere and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. Appreciated his friendly manner and my endless questions.

The rooms were quite dark. This is the mood and adds to the experience - but I did find it hard to locate things at times.

It really does have an amazing location, but other than that it’s not worth the money. I reserved for one with a balcony and city view. Yet my view was a small passage lane and a building. I paid for that hotel based on a false information

The suites are always spectacular and the staff are exceptional from start to finish. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else.

Breakfast was delicious. The room was great with a view overlooking some great alley for people watching. Location was great for any food or shops we wanted to go to.

Rude and unfriendly staff, particularly two English ladies that work in the lobby, didn't even answer or smile when said good morning/afternoon to. This was our second stay at the hotel, it was the same member of staff last time with the same behavior. Because of this we won't be staying there again.

For a luxury boutique hotel it lacked basic amenities, the breakfast was appalling and laid out on a bar and was stale croissants and some fruit. The overall hotel needed some updating and work - paint chipped, felt grubby

The location was great! By the busy street and in the area where you can walk to the theatres and shops etc.

No breakfast, no lobby area, no other facilities. I don’t have to have these facilities but it was listed as a five star hotel, that troubled me

We didn’t have the breakfast, but did enjoy wonderful cocktails the previous evening! The bar at No 13, was impressive. Loved the location on Tin Pan Alley. The staff were amazing, all perfect really.

If nitpicking, the room lacked a well lit space for make up.

Decor - everything so dark. Even had black toilets. Had to press panels to get daylight light into the 2 bedroom suite. Slightly off putting pictures on wall.

For me, the location was perfect, very close to everything I needed to do. However, it is tricky to find the front entrance; the approach feels akin to walking down a dodgy back alley. The bathroom was the best feature of the room.

No kettle... only pods, which I personally don't like. Give me a good old-fashioned kettle in my room, without having to ask for it... You're supposed to be 5*. My only other gripe - the air conditioning doesn't go low enough; 16 °C was the limit, and the room felt a tad stuffy!

Fantastic Hotel and location for the theatres and was so different. The reception staff Hayley and Oliver were outstanding, nothing was too much trouble and the butler service was great as well.

Reception staff were not very welcoming, full street away from hotel. No information about the facilities provided by the hotel, ie, menus and services. Tea and coffee were charged at extortionate prices. Disappointed as the street wasn’t as welcoming as promised.
