Reviewed Oct 17, 2025It was really close to the Centrale station so if you need metro, also rooms are nicely set up, bathroom large and great table space. Tonia was also amazing host, always responsive and lovely to interact with.
Unfortunately no modern elevator but that’s to be expected.

The access area & lift are not what you might expect. We nearly left & went to a different hotel because we were frightened to enter. If I had been warned maybe this would have changed. Now I will recommend to everyone coming to Naples. There were some lovely restaurants close by.

Reviewed Oct 14, 2025This guesthouse is located in a block on a very busy central square in Naples near the main train station - on Piazza Garibaldi which is actually a very convenient location to explore the sites of the city. It's quite a chaotic square, as you would expect for such a central location but once inside the guesthouse it's so peaceful and calm. It was really lovely coming back to such a tranquil, secure and clean space after a day of walking the streets of the bustling city. Tonia (the owner) was there to greet us and was very lovely and friendly, offering recommendations for food or how to get to certain places. We went and ate at both of her recommendations and very much enjoyed the food. The free tea and coffee bar, by the reception desk, was a really nice touch and set us up for the day. We would definitely stay again and recommend this guesthouse to other travellers. Thank you Tonia!

Reviewed Oct 8, 2025Place was lovely inside! Exactly like the pictures. Shower was the best all holiday! Tonia was really lovely and helpful and very responsive. We stored our bags the next day for an hour or so which was a nice touch.
The area was noisy would pre warn about wearing ear plugs as woke up by the traffic very early. However your across the road from the station which is what we needed to go to airport the next day. Although shower was amazing the head does need de scaling it was quite dirty. You do have to be specific about check in time. It didn’t bother us so much but worth mentioning incase this is a problem for people.

Tonia was an absolutely amazing host that helped with everything and her communication is awesome, anything that we needed she responded almost immediately. She even let us check in early and accommodated everything that we needed. She gave us great recommendations for restaurants and nearby places. The coffee/snack bar was also a nice touch every single day. Cannot recommend this place enough, an awesome place to stay if you’re visiting Naples.

A stunning apartment, spotlessly clean overlooking Piazza Garibaldi. Our host Tonia was lovely, she met us on arrival & helped with a recommendation for dinner which was superb!

Reviewed Sep 28, 2025Classy place with helpful staff. Er had the king room with balcony overlooking Garibaldi square, very dramatic! Several good restaurants close by. The room was well insulated from street noise. Hint: use their taxi service so you don't get ripped off by the airport crooks.a
The .10 cent required to use the elevator is absurd, but probably beyond the hotel's control.

Sehr sauber, geschmackvoll und nach Wunsch wurde meine Geburtstagsüberraschung mit Ballons, Torte und Prosecco liebevoll erfüllt. Wenn in Napoli, dann wieder hier!

Reviewed Aug 15, 2025A wee bit hard to find. But we did it ! Once we got oriented, then it was easy. A 5-7 min walk to the end of Giuseppe Garibaldi Square and we arrived.
We had to be careful that no one entered the building when we were coming in and out. A bigger more prominent sign would be helpful.

Reviewed Jul 13, 2025Lovely room looks really nice inside to a high finish, and most definitely looks like the pictures online which is always a bonus! Lovely host who gave us some good tips and insights about what to see whilst we were here. The location is good, close to train station and not too noisy as other parts of the city. Balcony and view was really nice too!
Bed was a little uncomfortable for us maybe it is because we are not used to such a firm mattress but it was difficult to get used to it.

Reviewed Jun 29, 2025Sehr schön ausgestattetes, modernes und super-gepflegtes Zimmer direkt an der Piazza Garibaldi. Sehr freundliche und stets ansprechbare Gastgeberin, die ihr B&B mit Liebe managt. Bewachter Parkplatz in der Nähe, Zugang zu Metro und Zügen. Auch das historische Zentrum erreicht man an in 10 Minuten zu Fuß.
Die zentrale Lage an der Piazza bedeutet auch 24/7 Verkehr mit entsprechendem Lärm und Gehupe. Dieser bleibt leider nicht ganz außen vor, was für Leute mit etwas leichterem Schlaf ein Problem sein kann. Zudem ist die Gegend um die Piazza teilweise sehr verdreckt, die sozialen Probleme Neapels werden hier offensichtlich.

Reviewed Jun 15, 2025We had no problems. AC worked great. Comfortable room and bed! The host's communication was great! We appreciated the elevator for our luggage. We did not hear any street noise. There are restaurants nearby. We were just staying here for central transportation.
Nothing negative to say about the room. This more about the area not the room. It is near the train station which is super convenient but people should stay alert at night if out and about late.

Reviewed Jun 14, 2025Double edged sword: It was close to the train station, which was convenient BUT the area is super sketchy. Like most train stations, the surroundings are off putting. Room was very nice, with great bathroom and shower. The bed was the firmest of any on our 3 week trip in Italy - excellent. Using maps or gps can make things tricky. From train station, look for tall building with B&B sign at roof top. The ATArooms bldg is across the street.
The elevator, which requires .10 euro coin to operate, often eats the coin. Make sure you have plenty on hand.

The location is near to the train station which is handy but the area directly in front of the hotel is for the homeless - mattresses & makeshift tents can feel intimating especially after dark.

Reviewed Jun 8, 2025Such a beautiful little apartment in the heart of Naples. We didn’t spend as much time there as we would have liked, but it would have been amazing to stay for a longer period. Conversing with the owner was easy and she was very helpful in sorting out travel to the airport for us early in the morning. Fantastic all round :)
The only downfall is the entry to the apartment, unfortunately the lift requires coin which we did not have on us at the time, so a long way to lift heavy luggage up the stairs :)
