The location, cleanliness of the property and spacious

no concierge service in the reception. it will be good if you can leave your luggages after check out to maximise your day, specially if your just came from overseas.

Very nice care before check in and during the stay. Great view from 28th floor.

Very clean and spacious. Also convenient to amenities.

Close to BGC High street and other attractions. Good security. Good space with all necessary implements in the kitchen. Small but ok balcony could just do with a chair out there. Nice pool area, and goos to jave lots of local.shops for anything forgotten.

Air con in 2nd bedroom very loud and impossible to keep on, meaning a very hot and disturbing night. No TV channels which iss a problem for longer stays. Netflix worked intermittently. Need to fix bathroom wall, bit unsightly and makes the place seem cheap. Very hard mattress, could do with a topper.

The host and the rest of the staff were all very accommodating and helpful. The location was perfect, close to the shops and restaurants. The unit was clean and very comfortable to stay in. Also had good wifi and access to Netflix was a bonus. My family enjoyed our stay at the apartment. Highly recommended! Will definitely be back!

Convenience

location was ok but make sure you get proper directions and accurate contact details for arrival.

Firstly even though we booked months in advance we had a last minute message to say we had been bumped into a 2 room apt as opposed to the 3 we had booked for our family. Not ideal but let's give it a go we thought.... Arriving in early as previously indicated no host or representative available... after about 30 mins in the general vicinity asking around eventually host makes contact and find accommodation.. To have the apartments pitched as "luxury" is quite frankly a fantasy.. I am presuming the previous positive reviews never stepped into the apartment we were given. Please see photos.. old, poor quality fittings and furniture, beds awful and not the cleanest of places... After a few hours sleep we were shown to a slightly better 3 bed apartment, but then the constantly yappy pooch next door wakes up !! No thanks we thought.. In fairness host eventually offered a full refund.. We then headed off to the Belmont Hotel near the airport for a far easier, cheaper and pleasant stay.. "Caveat emptor"

The location of the property is fantastic. Walking distance to Market Market and SM Aura. The person who gave the keys was very friendly. The property security is fantastic, there are boom gates with security guards before you can enter the property.

The aircon in the bedrooms are really loud. The Bathroom was small and can do with a bit of a revamp as the shower is old.

The property is very clean, perfect place for the whole family. Wonderful tv amenities - lots of programs to choose from. Having a big tv makes the place feel like home away from home :). Staff are very nice, very hospitable.

I do love the property a lot! The only confusion was the building is named differently in booking.com. So I got confused where was it located despite having the same address location.

Unit 2801 North Tower - Great location, clean accommodation. We've found out that we are missing an item upon reaching our destination, I've contacted the staff and she was helpful to search the property for it.

Unit 2801 North Tower. We booked from 30 September to 5 October but stayed only up to 3 October. 1. We've checked in at around 21:30 due to a delayed flight but was told to pay PHP250 for the staff taxi fare. We've never been made aware of the late check in until we got to the property. 2. The ensuite bathroom shower head is busted so we can only use one shower for 5 people. I've informed the staff, but was only told to fix it ourselves. 3. The second bathroom has a pungent smell. It may need deep cleaning particularly the toilet bowl. 4. The internet works during our first night only.

All on the one level no stairs. Spotless and provide the extra things like toiletries. The gentleman that checked us in was brilliant.

There is a bit of communication on the number of people that will check in but they sort it out.
